We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean. Bathrooms are dated. Lovely terraces and the pool was a bonus! Everything you needed was there to self cater although we didn’t use these facilities as there are so many great places to eat literally on the doorstep. The location is fantastic 3 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for a good stay.

Really impressed with the host and the company who were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is as described, a little bit dated as to be expected situated in heart of the old town, but very nice and clean with everything you need. There are stairs to negotiate but my wife and I are mid sixties and had no problem. The location is excellent just metres away from shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the beach. Despite its location the apartment was surprisingly quiet and we had no noise issues. I thought the rental price was fair and we would have no problem staying there again.

Frank is a great host. We have a precise connection. Frank uses or is related with a management place called “Costarentals”. Their employees are great and help me with everything. About Frank’s place I can tell it is super comfortable for 6 adults, super clean, great location. Near public transportation, taxis, groceries, restaurants, cafes, and only 2 blocks from the beach!! … we are planning to repeat this trip, and if possible, we will stay in Frank’s apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. Both roof terraces have sun until late and you can cool off in the swimming pool.

This apartment is spacious and in a great location. Perhaps we missed it in the listing, but it would have been nice to know to expect the pool cleaners and when. We returned to the apartment and did not know they were upstairs, they walked into the living room and scared us a bit. Also, perhaps it was a problem with the city, and not the apartment, but there was a very bad sewer gas smell from one of the bathrooms. It was so bad that we couldn't use the bedroom that it was attached to, and we could smell it throughout the apartment even with the 2 doors closed. Otherwise, the space was clean, large, and comfortable.

We had a great stay, apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of La Cala next to all the restaurants/bars/shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach :) Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, two balconies are ideal for entertaining (one with BBQ, one with plunge pool (although the pool saw no action as February)) Kitchen had everything we needed. A couple of issues were sorted out promptly.

We (a family of five with kids aged 5 - 13) loved our week’s stay here. It was a great location so close to the beach (two min walk) and near to lots of restaurants and parks. The apartment was fab - spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The outdoor balcony space was also lovely to have as well as the small pool to cool off in. The hosts were also easy to get in touch with and provided helpful info. We’d definitely recommend staying here. 😊

Lovely holiday home with at the same time private and central location. We enjoyed the spacious house and both terraces that met everyone's needs, with the opportunity to both be shared and themselves. Nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

This is a great place! Three comfortable bedrooms with individual AC’s, great location, large terraces (enjoyed both of them as well as the shower & small pool), communicative host and very clean. We (a picky family of five) loved it and gives it our warmest recommendation!

As a group of 4 travelling for a weeks golfing break in the La Cala area. We could not have asked for better situated or presented accommodation than this apartment. The facilities within the accommodation lacked for nothing I would highly recommend this property and the management team to anyone considering a quality residence within easy reach of all local amenities

Apartment in a perfect location with stunning views! The pool on the roof is an added bonus also. The area is also lovely and has plenty on restaurants and bars to enjoy while there if desired. The bus link is very easy to head to Marbella and very cheap. Definitely recommend and will be staying again myself!

A beautiful apartment in an amazing location so close to all the shops, bars and restaurants in the Cala and 2 minutes from the beach. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and with a supermarket literally 2 minutes away it was great to enjoy drinks and BBQ's at the apartment.

2 of us stayed in this fantastic apartment, nice open plan living space, with 2 sun terraces that gets the sun all day! Great location, 5 min walk to the beach/board walk and bars/restaurants, and a supermarket just across the road. Easy and hassle free check-in and check-out, the host replies very quickly to messages. The only thing to mention is that the air conditioning unit only works for two hours at a time, so it is a bit of a pain to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on if it is too hot or cold.

We wanted so badly to love this place, but the lack of communication from the host's side about issues regarding the pool and when it would be fixed left us with a very sour taste in our mouths and days wasted waiting for someone to show up to the house that never did. While the location is great and the house is spacious and modern, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and fully equipped as described. Check-in and Check-out was well coordinated with friendly service. The location is ideal in that many restaurants, services and beach are all within an easy walk.

Amazing spacious penthouse with great facilities/amenities - as described in the listing. My friend and I didn't miss anything as it was pretty well equipped which gave us a real sense of being home. It's a lovely and convenient location 20min from Malaga airport and 30min from Marbella centre and Puerto Banus. The place is also surrounded by a big supermarket, lots of restaurants and a walking distance from the beach. In a nutshell, probably one of the best airbnb listing I had so far. I would definitely recommend it and come again

Frank's place is brilliantly located in the heart of Calle De Mijas. The apartment is very stylishly done, with a lovely plunge pool on the roof overlooking the sea. It is immaculately clean and very well serviced. Our teenagers loved the location as it afforded more freedom to explore whilst we enjoyed a bar or the beach front. Thanks Frank, we loved it!

Location, location, location. The property benefits from a brilliant location that is seldom more than 200 metres from everything in the town, including Legends (live music venue). The plunge pool is perfect and easily accommodates 6 adults. Used the BBQ on several occasions which was great.

Beautiful penthouse apartment with amazing outside space. We had a lovely holiday here, the penthouse was well equipped with extremely comfortable beds & good quality bedding, the kitchen had a good sized fridge freezer, good selection of glasses crockery & cutlery. The location was great a few minutes walk to the lovely beach, supermarket, restaurants our favourite was El Olvio & we enjoyed a night in Legends bar & The Times. Everything went smoothly with booking the accommodation & meeting up with the host on our arrival. I can strongly recommend this penthouse.
