We stayed at this 3-bed villa in Torreblanca and it was one of the worst Airbnb experiences we’ve had. On arrival, the pool was filthy with a thick scum line and unusable for 2.5 days. Only after repeated complaints was it properly cleaned and the jets finally switched on. The downstairs bathroom was even worse – raw toilet water backed up into the sink and shower multiple times. We were eventually told not to use it at all, leaving 5 guests sharing 1 toilet for the rest of the stay. Ants were everywhere: in the downstairs beds, coming from the air con, through holes in walls, and even up sinks. The layout is also misleading – to reach the 2nd double bedroom you have to walk through the 3rd bedroom. The host only replies in office hours and sent maintenance staff with no real knowledge of the house. While some individuals tried to help, the villa is poorly maintained, unhygienic, and not worth the price. A huge disappointment and very badly managed due to it being through a company.

It was a really nice apartment, and it had a good location, as it was both close to the water and a train station. However, we had quite a few problems with the air conditioning, as it did not work in half of the rooms. The host didn't seem to care, even though we wrote up to several times. In addition, the pool was really disgusting, and it was so dirty at one point that there were algae in it one morning when we woke up. Both the air conditioning and the pool were some of the reasons why we booked this villa, and that the two things did not really work was not very optimal.

We had a lot of fun! But it is worth noting that the single room is not a separate room, but is behind a curtain in the living room. Good location, everything you need nearby.

We had a blast! There were 4 adults and 4 children, suited us perfectly! Frank and his colleagues were always quick to respond, we had access to early check-in, great service at check-in and the house was spotless for a week's holiday in the sun and heat! 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend this accommodation!:)

We had a really nice time in the Villa Torreblanca! Communication with Frank and the team was great – fast, friendly and always helpful. The accommodation itself was exactly as described: great view, perfect location – just a short walk to the train and the beach – and you can quickly get to Málaga or the airport. There was a little fight with ants and a few insects, but that absolutely did not spoil our mood. The apartment was well equipped, we didn't lack anything. All in all: an all-round successful stay – we would come back!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Was in a lovely quiet area with a short 10min walk to the beach. The pool was a huge bonus and enjoyed having lots of space to eat as a family on the terrace and the inside table. Only issue was the air con didn’t work in 2/3 bedrooms. Luckily it wasn’t too hot however was a little fustrating

We had a lovely stay at Frank's place. Lovely house in quiet surroundings close to beach and train. And great pool. We were notified that the pool was not working upon arrival, but would be repaired the next day. And it was while we were at the beach. Unfortunately, at the end of the stay, we found that the power went out and that we couldn't reach the landlord until the next day during business hours. However, they answered our message before the office opened up. Unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved, so they immediately refunded the amount of the last few days of rentals. And showed full understanding that we had to leave dishes in the kitchen due to the lack of power. So that in all super service:)

The electricity in the villa went out 4 days into our weeks stay, it was not resolved until day 7. During this, the communication from Frank was a disgrace, taking over 24 hours to reply, and only did when I raised the issue with AirBnB. Frank sent out an electrician who didn't fix anything. Had to take it up with AirBnB again, Frank sent another out, solved the problem in the villa but it resulted in the pool being out of bounds (no electric to the pool, the filter etc was not working). Also had to sleep 2 nights without AC - 1 guest slept outside due to heat. Had to bargain for a refund from the host, who didnt even refund a full day's worth when the electric had been out for 2. He said he would refund the gone off food from the fridge/freezer being off due to no electric. Told him the amount over a week ago and he has not replied nor refunded. Please avoid Frank, plenty of villas in the area that I'm sure would have better hosts. Only host I've ever had a problem with. Disgrace.

Lovely place to stay. Close to train station which made exploring easy. Beach, restaurants and super market also close. Quite a hill to get up to the villa if you have a walking child with you like we did but manageable with a midway stop.

House is in a quiet area near Torreblanca station. Beach is also nearby, but hilly so not for people who have difficulty walking or you have to have a car. Private pool was top and bigger than expected. Instructions were clear and they were quick to respond if there were any questions or a problem. This was solved quickly. In short, had a very good time, thank you.

Amazing stay! We had a great time and the pool was a real hidden gem! The aircon was broken in the front bedroom so was a bit warm but we managed! Would definitely recommend and will be staying again xx

Really beautiful views, quiet and private and within walking distance to furingiola. Good place for us with a small 8 month old. A high chair and bed were provided for a fee. That service could be included in the price. You communicate with someone called Sofia, and there was some confusion when she responded to something other than I asked. Otherwise, there was great service and it was very easy and smooth with check-in. There's a really good pizza place nearby and a supermarket close by. We will definitely come again.

The accommodation was easily accessible thanks to their agency located in the center of Fuengirola (facing the port). Some items were damaged or broken (deckchairs, benches...), but overall it matches the listing. The exterior of the house with swimming pool and the sea view is perfect.

The house, overall, is great. The private pool is a great way to spend a holiday. Location was good, although very hilly. There are lots of shops & restaurants & bars nearby! Frank & his team, in particular Eva, were friendly & helpful. However, there were a few things that could be improved. - the AC in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, despite Eva trying to help it didn’t work our whole week. - towels and bed linens were provided but it would have been great if a refreshed set were made available half way through the week. - the pool unfortunately turned all of our swim suits Green, unsure if there is an issue with the chemicals mixing with sun cream etc. - the bin containers weren’t detailed so we weren’t sure where to put them. Again, it would have been nice to have these emptied mid week. Overall though, we loved the villa & would come back.

I discovered after booking that it was a company that was hosting a private owner. Was a little critical, but just have to say that it all ran smoothly and perfectly. They responded immediately and gave advice. Check-in and checkout were smooth via lockbox. With the company's own digital platform, there was a lot of advice to pick up. The pool was cleaned quite often, which was delicious. The house was charming and very clean. the terraces are private and the area quiet. We had a rental car and quickly found out about parking - despite narrow street, the neighbor's cars and the owner's car that also stays there. Definitely want to go back.

Easy to get in touch. The house was quite nice Spanish style and well equipped. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace space, etc. Despite the unheated pool, we used this and we were nicely satisfied despite the cool water. Good internet connection as well. All in all, highly recommended
