Just returned from a 4 night stay at Franks apartment in Belamadina, this was our 4th stay in Belamadina (1st time in this apartment) we all agreed this was our favourite, spacious, clean, with a view you will find hard to beat ,great communication from initial booking inquiry untill we left this morning, would thoroughly recommend

The stay in the apartment was absolutely wonderful! 🌞 The apartment is very charming, tastefully decorated and above all impeccably clean. From the first moment, we felt comfortable and at ease there. The apartment is perfect for 6 people – it has 3 comfortable bedrooms, a spacious and functional bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette connected to a spacious living room. Everything is thought out and prepared to make guests feel at home. The biggest advantage is the beautiful view of the beach and the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and evening rest with the sound of the sea. The location is excellent – the apartment is located right next to the promenade along the beach, which allows for daily walks and quick access to restaurants and attractions. This place has a unique atmosphere and will definitely meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone – both families and a group of friends. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment in a good location near sea front. Clean and tidy but be prepared to take your own toiletries as only a small bar of soap provided. Washing machine in apartment but no detergent. We bought ours and left for next guests also shower gels . Shower flooded as trap had not been cleaned. Overall we had a lovely holiday, very central for marina and restaurants. Trips can be booked at the top of the street and pick up point there too. Buses are cheap to use and go to all main areas. lots of information given and Airbnb kept in touch. young lady who met us at airport was excellent and helpful. we asked if we were able to leave our luggage at the apartment as we had more than 4 hours to wait. unfortunately we were not able to have an early check-in or leave luggage but she did offer to find us somewhere to store our cases.

Super nice apartment already been here for the 3rd time. Very clean, nice, large roof terrace, sea view, right on the boulevard and the beach. The port of Benalmadena with shops and restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. You can also walk to Carihuela. Definitely coming back here.

An apartment with great outlook onto the beach and marina. Very quiet but with easy access to restaurants, bars, buses and taxis, the location really helped to make our holiday. The apartment itself, while in an older building, is very modern with a kitchen that has everything you need for preparing, cooking and serving food. Bathroom is also very modern with a fantastic shower. Host was very responsive and solved our minor issue in less than 2 hours a great host! Would happily recommend.

Great location - clean and spacious. Balcony overlooking beach front promenade and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very secure and safe. Easy key collection with clear access instructions from Costa rental desk in airport. Great holiday and would highly recommend.

We have been visiting Benalmadena for many years now, and this is a brilliant apartment. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea and close to plenty of bars and a short walk to the marina. Collecting the keys from the airport was great, made everything so much easier. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need, it has a lovely large balcony with plenty of seating, so you can sit and watch the world go by, and being south facing it has sun all day. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

we arrived on August 26th and found the house in excellent condition, we were happy with the entire structure and good location for anything: sea, buses, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. we'll definitely be back sooner or later

We had a lovely holiday in Frank's apartment - super nice and large balcony overlooking the water. Lovely apartment with a well-functioning kitchen, there was everything we needed. Lovely large bathroom. The surroundings are also just perfect - there is everything you need in walking distance.

Super nice and clean apartment in a great location right on the beach. From the boulevard, you can walk up between the shops. Be sure to use it again. If someone has difficulty walking, it gets a little more complicated because you first have to climb a staircase to get to the front door.

Frank and his team were always responsive and friendly. The apartment was spotless in a great location. Only downside was that despite booking for 8 people the sofa bed was not made or unfolded meaning we had to do this ourselves.

Upon entering it was clear the property had not been cleaned with dirty linen, towels, floor etc as well as old cooked bacon left in microwave (I don't eat meat so this is a big thing to me). I made contact and hosts extremely quick to call me and rectify the issue straight away. The property was exactly what I wanted. Functional kitchen, amazing shower, comfortable beds, lots of storage space, good air-conditioning, 3 sets of keys, great location. Only downside was on the last day, a maintenance person allowed themselves into the property before 10am. Luckily my sister was in the living room and stopped them as I was naked in the bedroom. Overall though, even with the issues, it was a great place and highly likely I would book again.

We had a four-day stay between Christmas and New Year's Day. Flawless and very clean apartment with a pleasant terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is ideal with a beautiful ocean view. Host communication went very well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing apartment a stones throw from the beach! Supermarket, bars and restaurants just outside the door so many options to choose from when dining in or out. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Kitchen fully equipped will all appliances and equipment. Very spacious. Would definitely love to visit again.

Luxury apartment, large, spacious, well connected, beach walking distance to apartment. I missed a couple of extra towels, a couple of sheets, blankets and pillows (we had 6, we indicated there were 8 of us), plus toilet paper, and that the sheets and blankets be washed before you arrive hehe. We washed them and they went impeccable.

Location is right on beach promenade with a lovely big patio, perfect for dining in evening. Apartment was large enough to accommodate 6 adults easily, although only 1 bathroom, it was adequate , lovely large shower. A little tricky to find at first as above a restaurant ( ICECOFFEE ) was very private. I would recommend the place to anyone, would definitely book next time in the area

The apartment was in a fantastic position to access the beach and the Marina. Lots of restaurant and shops right out front. The details of how to find the property helped and also how to enter. The apartment was spotless and had a lovely fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a huge balcony with table and chairs as well as loungers. Unfortunately due to building work on the property and nearby buildings the balcony was filthy with dirt, dust and debris. We would have appreciated a heads up about building work as this effected the health of 2 of our party and they couldn’t sit outside. Overall we would recommend this apartment and if the building work is finished we would rebook for next year.

Stayed in the apartment for a week over new year, two families with young children. Can not recommend this place enough!, great location next to the beach with fabulous views from the balcony. Apartment is clean and very modern with all the amenities you need. Lots to do nearby, with the marina and lots of bars, supermarkets and restaurants within a very short walk. Overall had a fabulous break.

We stayed with our two small children (1 and 3 years) in this nice apartment for more than two weeks. The location is completely top.. On the beach, eateries, shop, etc in front of the door. The apartment (entire building) is outdated and therefore it also looks less neat. The corrugated plates of the catering tents below the balcony are an example of this. A large balcony, beautiful views, but also the balcony does not look completely "clean" (dirty walls/ shade cloth not fresh). The new kitchen (+equipment) and bathroom (nice shower) is completely fine. The beds are okay and with our family more than enough space, which was very nice. For 6 to 8 adults really too small I would say. Overall a good place for a fair price..

The apartment is in a perfect location with lovely views of the sea nice coffee shop below and bars and restaurants plus marina a 5 minute walk away. Apartment was spotless and communication with Niki was always quick We arrived early so had to pay €40 to check in early even tho the apartment was empty anyway and also if you have late flight no luggage storage unless you want to take it to their office in Fuengirola Other than that everything else was spot on and I would definitely recommend

A great beachside apartment. We were unlucky that the beach in front of us was closed for the majority of the time we were there, which kind of defeated the purpose of being in the apartment by the beach. Despite this however we enjoyed our stay. the balcony is a good side and we spent many evening playing games and drinking on there. the kitchen and bathroom areas are modern (shower fitting was a bit loose) , however I think the beds could do with being bigger personally or more doubles instead of singles. Was great having air conditioning in all the rooms too. Overall a nice modern apartment in a great location. Would certainly think about rebooking.

Absolutely loved it, apartment was spotless and the views were amazing sitting right on the beach. Massive balcony to take it all in. Ideal location with a little square right behind with a few bars n restaurants, buddy's was our favourite. Under 10 mins walk to the marina and less to the St Andrews Square. Clare and Niki were always on hand to answer any questions and were so accommodating. Great base to take in all that Benalmadena has to offer. Would highly recommend.

Just back from a few days away and can honestly say this apartment was perfect for our stay. The location was excellent and the access to the prom was so handy. Along with the apartment itself, the apartment block is so secure which gives anyone peace of mind. We had a group of 7 adults stay aging from 30 right up to 75 and all enjoyed it equally! The apartment was spacious and modern. The balcony was a great size and lovely place to sit in the evenings watching the world go by. There were fold up sun loungers in the apartment which could be brought to the beach straight across from the apartment which was a nice touch. We did this daily!! Apartment was so close to the beautiful Marina but our group liked to turn right on the prom and head back up to some really nice fish restaurant. It felt more relaxed up that end. A huge plus was the amazing aircon throughout the apartment which was a life saver for some of our group. Overall a great experience, fantastic apartment well equipped and beautiful views. Frank the host very accommodating and responsive. Will be back for sure!!

Great location right on the beach front , has everything you could need like home from home . Easy check in someone met us at apartmentwith the keys . Also for a small charge we were able to keep the apartmenta little later on check out as we had a late flight . Would highly recommend this apartment .

Second stay here with family including 6 children. We loved the location and facilities the place offers. Nice coffee shop below which offered great snack food and coffee each morning. Place everything for a family. Iron was missing but host delivered us a new one in a box. We where also given a late check out on final day. The balcony is a great feature which was big enough for our large family to have a meal on and enjoy the beach view

This apartment is in such a fantastic location & truly is perfect! It’s modern and spacious and has lots of extras to offer for you’re stay. Thoughtful touches like a food trolley, cool box,umbrellas & folding beds to use really helped. The communication was great & it was no problem for us to pay a little extra to have the apartment for a extra day due to a late night flight. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend!

Nice square at the rear of the property (plaza de ole) around a central fountain, with a few bars and restaurants to relax in the evening. The terrace at the front of the apartment overlooks the beach with a beautiful sea view.

Lovely home by the sea. Perfect location few steps from the beach ,shops, bakery and marina with lovely variety of restaurants! Modern and clean house with everything that you need to stay ! We had a wonderful time at Frank's villa! Spacious living room and great size terrace with beautiful views! We would definitely recommend the place to anyone! We will be back!

The apartment is in an excellent location with only the promenade between it and the water. It is really close to the marina, pubs and restaurants, although those on the promenade are over priced. Plaza Ole, a lovely square immediately at the rear of the apartment, has some great cosy bars in a beautiful setting. Arroyo with its amusement world and old style bars is just a fifteen minute walk from the apartment, as is the train station. 24 hour square is only one hundred meters away once you go up to the main thoroughfare-if you ever wanted to go there. The Apartment was spotlessly clean. The internet was super fast, almost 350mbps down. It is a very secure apartment in a great location Everything worked as it should and whereas it is in one of the buzzier areas the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Frank, the host, was very prompt at replying to queries and unlike some of the other apartments in the area his price did not go up in accordance with the number of guests. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We had an excellent time in Benalmadena due to the location of the apartment. The apartment had everything to meet our family of eights needs. The terrace is a good size and has good views of the beach. We stayed in Dec/Jan and found the place to be very child friendly and the weather to be brilliant for the time of year. It is surronded by resturants and cafes that serve good quality food. Frank and his team where very responsive. I would highly recommend it for a winter break and would stay again.

The flat is spacious, fully-equipped and has an unbeatable location right on the promenade! Beach and “chirinquitos”-local restaurants for fish and seafood are just a few steps away. Frank and his colleagues are punctual and very professional in terms of check-in/out and communication. Definitely recommend the flat to anyone looking forward to relaxing beach time with family
