Our vacation was very pleasant in this apartment. Although the space is pleasant and with good areas, we consider that the apartment needs some repairs and requalified, especially the bathrooms. The terrace is very nice, with a lot of tranquility, where great meals can be eaten. The apartment has what it takes to spend a good vacation.

Beautiful clean apartment with beautiful surfaces, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and maybe a slightly small kitchen and to finish a spot for the car in the basement, that's for the positives which is already not bad. The negatives are just details to be settled by Frank, a broken relaxe, a large hole in the terrace table hidden by a table set (Definitely left by previous tenants), a proposed but not accessible pool following an order in the Province of Malaga for a water shortage (but there Frank is not there for anything), a broken toilet seat but replaced during the day and some missing glasses also completed the same day. Otherwise, we had a great vacation. The apartment is very close to the train station, shops, highway and beach and moreover I recommend the beach restaurant "Los Andaluces".

The apartment voted with the description on the listing. It was bright and spacious, as well as necessary equipped. The apartment is just a 3-5 minute walk from the railway station and just as far from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed our stay and will take advantage of the next trip.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. It has a great balcony to enjoy the meals overlooking the sea. The development is very calm, with good green spaces and care and the pool is nice with late sun which allows you to enjoy and take a dip until dinner time. The automatic Check-in was not at all easy, as the keys to the apartment were not in an accessible and easy to find place (far from the apartment), since we did not know the place and were unable to open the photos that gave the correct indications. However, our vacation was very good in this apartment despite the inconvenience of check-in, as the place in general made us overcome the difficulty of the first day. We plan to repeat the experience...

We had said we were coming in the middle of the night. We had a picture where the lockbox would be sitting. The location was hard to find. Because it was in the middle of the night, it was completely black and no lighting was in the relatively single location. Frank didn't respond when we called. Airbnb also didn't provide any help. A housekeeper came to our help and said he knew where the lockbox would be sitting but when he was shining with a flashlight, it wasn't there. We got to sleep in the car. The next day after our round of golf, we had made contact with Frank and one person met us. Despite several calls to call us, he only wrote. He didn't want to talk to us. The person who met us showed us a picture that the lockbox was there the day before. Blamed us for not finding it. Unbelievable and not very nice. Also not an excuse for letting us sleep in the car. Under all criticism!!!!

Really great resort i recomend. We were satisfied with appartment, exept the pool was a little far and first day we need specifily ask for key to the pool area. Balcon was great, with option to close with glass if cold weather comes. There were problems with doors of Bedrom/Balcon and Toilet who cannot lock, but no big deal for us.

Good points: Large apartment, perfect for couple, family etc. Large sunny balcony. Very quiet location. Close to train station, easy to get into Fuengirola and Malaga. Walkable to Los Biloches bars restaurants. Close to beach. Bad points: While I understand it is a rental property, the apartment is in need of attention. Wardrobe doors hanging of runners, bathroom fixings dirty and not fixed etc. Balcony sunbeds are very old and broken, one is unusable (this was reported to owners but not replaced during our stay). Apartment is described as having private parking, however when I enquired about parking I was told parking is available on the street. Unfortunately it is not always possible to park near to the apartment. The complex has more than one pool, however you only have access to one area which is locked until 10AM, no good if you want an early morning swim when its quiet. During our stay on two occasions the pool area was not unlocked until early afternoon. I understand this is for maintenance and would not be a problem if you could access the other pool areas but unfortunately you cant as these are also locked. There are only 10 sunbeds around the pool area and these do all get taken in the afternoon While the apartment has potential and may suit some people, the small niggles and issues with pool not being available when we wanted to use it would prevent us staying here again.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the listing. It was bright, spacious, modern and airy. It had lovely views of the sea from the very large balcony and was lovely and quiet at night as it is quite far from the main road. The hill from the train station up to the apartment is challenging though even for someone who is fit, so I would not recommend it for anyone using a buggy or someone with mobility issues. The apartment is only a 5 min walk to the train station and 5 mins to the beach which is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

The apartment is according to the photos, its location is ideal for visiting the nearby towns. Hosts were always available for any additional clarification including on the weekend. The beaches were very nice however it is advisable to use a vehicle to travel to them. Overall it was in line with our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our vacation in this apartment. It is situated in a very calm and friendly area, perfect for our family. We started every morning with a morning jog along the beach, visited different market places in Fuengirola and Benalmádena, rented boats by the beach and just enjoyed the lovely sun in Spain. The veranda is so beautiful in the evening - a glass of wine and the beautiful view of the ocean - just fantastic!

Good and clean apartment (like on pictures). Large terrace where to have family dinners together. No big grocery stores near. When moving by foot getting back home is a nice physical challenge:) Really enjoyed our time there!

A nice quiet place. Uber, Bolt and taxi work well, so the location of the place is not a problem either. Of course, it's best to rent a car. Nice apartment, and especially the terrace in sunny weather is great.

The place was clean and like in the photos. The nice thing was a filtered drinking water tap. The air conditioning and heating in every room was also good. For a fee, we were able to check in earlier than usual. Walk from the beach to steep uphill about 15-20min. All in all, good.

nice clean apartment, good size and functional, nice terrace even if it was a bit cooler, it was easy to get there by train, the big uphill of the apartment still did its part that we also took a lot of taxis, but luckily the prices are pretty reasonable too Maarit

Comfortable sunny apartment with sea view. On the glazed patio, it was good to eat breakfast and see the sun rise in the Mediterranean, even if it's a little cooler. The village of Carvajal is within walking distance and you can walk to get the breakfast breads. An even shorter trip is to Carvajal train station, from which good and affordable connections in the direction of Malaga and Fuengirola. I could come back to the apartment.

The house was very good, just like in the photos. The problem was that when we arrived they did not give us the parking keys and the little they told us was that when they had them they would give them to us and we had to park on the street every day

Very spacious and comfortable condo. Very complete in equipment and utensils. The only downside is the hill back from the beach. Everything else is great.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, and with many amenities, very comfortable mattress and spacious rooms. The agency responds quickly to any mismatch. To go to the beach you need a car, as it has a very steep slope. We would return without hesitation because it is a quiet and comfortable place and close to the beach and with parking. Also know that there is only YouTube and neflix if you have an account, so we couldn't watch tv. The highly recommended stay with our three children, and the quiet and clean pool, with very manicured gardens.

Beautiful apartment with lovely large balcony which gets the sun all day. Exactly as shown on photos. Very clean and secure. However the apartment is situated on a very steep hill which is challenging for even those without disabilities. We would walk down to train station but always got taxi back. The beach and restaurants are down a number of stairs from train station so no amenities close by. Train service very good and only three stops to Fuengirola.
