Simple but nice apartment in a perfect location. The balcony was large overlooking the ocean. The apartment was simple but had everything you needed. + the location and the large nice balcony - a little worn apartment but completely ok for this price.

Very nice stay, the apartment is very good. Maybe to improve the check-in directions because the garage keys were on the floor and that caused us some uncertainty since we had not been communicated, we thought the keys that had been given to us opened the garage and it was not. Also you have to change the mattress in the double room, there is no one to sleep in it, you go out every day with back pain. But in general the apartment is phenomenal, very close to the beach , the Mercadona next door is a luxury and the area is very worth restaurants, bars, ice cream shops... The A/A works perfectly in case you need it and the crown star is that huge and beautiful terrace that is enjoyed a lot. In short to recommend and repeat.

Listing according to description and photos. Central and a large grocery store in the same building. Smooth with private parking garage, please pray on advance instructions on how to get in and where to park. Not sure at the beginning but got superb description and help from the host.

Enjoyed our stay here. Nice apartment in a great area with pool and beach on the doorstep. The kids loved it. The balcony is a great space. It felt homely which was great with 2 small kids. Would stay here again.

Although check-in was a bit busy( as the garage keys were in the floor and not being well parked around the area) once in the garage, everything went well. The request for 3 pieces of food that were old, they fixed it at the moment. The apartment was very comfortable, the terrace is unbeatable and both its proximity to the beach and to Mercadona,😉 better

Great apartment with amazing outdoor space. We encountered a couple of issues which were soon resolved . Aziz the maintenance man and his helper were brilliant as was Sofia in the office. The facilities were brilliant.

We liked the apartment and had a nice stay. Good location with excellent terrace and nice view. Convenient and clean. The check-in process could have been a bit easier if we didn’t have to go to Costarentals office first but otherwise a lady at the office was very kind and helpful. We definitely can recommend this apartment to others.

The apartment we liked very well. The communication was very good. It was also made possible for us because we had a very early flight that we could check in earlier. We really loved that. Thanks to Frank and Niki 👍

The apartment is very well located, with a huge terrace and good views. The rooftop pool has been without being able to be used for two seasons. The entrance to the parking lot is by means of a vehicle elevator.

The best location and terrace. The house needs maintenance despite fixing the notice of the broken blind on the same day, the truth is that less one was all wrong, it needs to improve this and the kitchen as some necessary things such as the stick on the sweep brush were missing.

Good location, sea views between the buildings, good local access and amenities - 1st floor apartment. Really large nice balcony, with excellent furntiure, which caught the winter sun first thing in the morning and in the afternoon after it had passed the shadow of nearby buildings. Kitchen had good resources. Stylish, clean and well presented.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Frank's apartment. Excellent location, close to shops and the beach. Location has easy access to Marbella and Malaga. We had 2 kids with us 11 and 9yrs and they enjoyed their stay, Aquamijas water park is a must go for young families or the young at heart. The rooftop pool became handy when the 'key issues' was sorted out. A couple of things we have suggested to the host to look into is a decent bed for the main bedroom. We struggled to sleep throughout the 9 nights and only came back with joint pains. For families on a longer vacation, a good washing machine and an airer will be a good addition to the apartment. Apart from this, we would have given the apartment a 5 star. Thanks

Frank is a thoughtful host. When it turned out that our apartment had water damage 2 weeks before departure, he looked for another option with great patience. He came to pick us up from the airport with a bottle of sparkling wine.

A very well situated apartment close to everything. We bought a new broom since the existing was without shaft. The vaacum cleaner had seen better days. Only 4 towels in the apartment. Very good communication with Frank and accurate check in and out. A fantastic terrace. The bed i master bedroom was too small for me being 192 cm. All in all a fine stay and would return to this apartment.

Very nice and well equipped apartment, ideally situated close to the beach and all kind of amenities. Communication with host is smooth and easy. I strongly recommend it to future travelers who want to enjoy Fuengirola, my home place.
