The area is very quiet but close to restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife, as well as the beach, Nagomi Spa, padel court (one of them is right in front of the house and included in the rent) and much more.
Malaga Airport is 15 minutes away by car, 27 minutes by train (Carvajal).
The space
When you step inside the gate you have your own parking and breakfast terrace, to the right inside the inner door is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker, toaster and much more.Half a staircase down is the living room with a large smart TV, fireplace (decoration only), out from the living room there is a lovely balcony with sea views and a staircase down to a larger terrace overlooking the padel court.
The basement floor of the house offers a comfortable and inviting space, featuring a cozy sofa bed and a ping pong table for entertainment. From here, you also have direct access to a sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
Moving up one level from the entrance, you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has its air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.
For the ultimate relaxation, the roof terrace offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, complete with sun loungers where you can unwind and soak up the sun.
The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, and access to a gym and padel courts. Guests can also enjoy the shared seasonal pool and many other amenities.
There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy, including a porch at the front of the carport, three terraces (on the roof, by the living room, and at the basement level), and a private balcony attached to one of the bedrooms.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!

The apartment itself and in its entirety is wonderful, reasonably modern and good for a larger group. There were 3 couples and 2 children at the destination. The beach is close and easy to walk to from the apartment. The hill is reasonably steep from the beach to the apartment, but only about 5 minutes away. Communication with the CostaRentals team was reasonably good, although I received a few slightly stumbling responses and incorrect price information. First, the price of early check-in was 29 euros, but a different person tried to charge 39 euros for it, the same thing with late check-out. The house was cleaned a little poorly, there was dust, dirt and, for example, spider webs in the kitchen and on the stairs. The ant problem is real, even though things were taken care of and the garbage was taken out according to the instructions, they were already in the kitchen and also in the cabin and bathroom. In addition, a paper larva was found in the house. The swimming pool was supposed to be open on the weekend, but it wasn't and it was especially annoying

A perfect apartment for short holidays. The description and photos match perfectly with reality, everything is very clean and tidy. + perfectly equipped kitchen, in fact it is the only apartment I have seen in my life that has so many kitchen utensils and in an almost perfect condition + great views from the terrace + good location, if you don't have a problem climbing a small hill (~10-15 minutes from the beach on foot) - ants in the kitchen, they don't bother you much (they're small) but there are thousands of them and you can't leave anything on the counter. - for a stay of more than four days we would like you to leave us a working vacuum cleaner, because the beach is sandy and no matter how much you shower before you get home, you bring a lot, so with a broom it is almost impossible to remove it. The apartment vacuum cleaner hardly vacuums and makes a lot of noise, a lot without exaggerating.
