This house was perfect for our family of 5 - kids aged 1, 8 & 9. Location within the complex very handy with gate opening on to a 30 second walk to the pool, football & tennis. The pool is open 12pm til 9pm with a lifeguard (Pablo, who our kids loved) on duty all the time. Football and tennis open 10am til 10pm. The complex is quiet, with a mix of permanent residents and holiday makers. It only really gets busy after 4pm when the locals use the pool. Property had everything we needed, all kitchen amenities, small lounge with tv, a/c in lounge and two bedrooms. Rear garden was great for sitting in the shade with parasol and roof terrace was perfect for some sun bathing during the day or relaxing at night. There was also space in rear garden for a small paddling pool we set up for our 1 year old. It’s around a 20 minute downhill walk to either the beachfront of Fuengirola or to the shopping mall which was handy. We loved our time here and will definitely look to stay again!

The house, facilities and location was great and as described! Super nice terraces, especially evenings at the roof terrace were great! Pool and tennis court were very nice when traveling with kids. Communication was managed by a bureau, which did not do a good job. Make sure to get very specific instructions for check-in. The photo sent from regarding the position of the keybox was wrong and also not on the pin provided, and (2) the keybox was unofficially placed at ground level attached to a fence behind garbage bins. Also, responses were slow.

Great three weeks stay because we like doing home from home on holiday .there’s a fantastic carrefour at bottom of hill especially if you like fresh fish 👌👍need taxis to get back with shopping .about 15-20 minutes walk into fuengirola so your away from hustle and bustle all in all great stay .

We booked this place because it had quite tidy reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with us. First, there was neither a self check-in nor an electronic door lock. After our train ride, we had to pick up the keys at the Costarentals in the middle of Fuengirola, then from there we had to travel further to the apartment by taxi. This is very unpleasant alone with two children after a long flight. In the apartment it would have been very friendly if there was a bottle of water there. Since we didn't have a car, it was very tedious to get to the water in the midday heat at first. It should definitely be emphasized that a car in this remote area would be beneficial. Free parking is only available in a nearby gravel spot or with luck in the street. We could only use the door lock for two, because it could only be locked or opened if you held or pulled very strongly against it. After providing us with basic food and water, we wanted to cook spaghetti and found a very inadequately equipped kitchen. This does not correspond to the description. There is neither a microwave, not even a large pot where you can cook a package of noodles, nor a normal small cutting knife. You have to cook in two pots and if a third stove top is turned on, the general power protection flies out. It looks like the dishes weren't dried and stuck. The food on the supposedly cozy terrace was also difficult because the cheap plastic table (apparently already screwed up and wrapped with plastic tape) so wobbly so much that you couldn't even leave a glass there without spilling the contents. The umbrella was torn. We had to cut off the thorny plants partially because they overgrown the terrace. The wardrobes were mostly locked by the owner or stuffed with contents so that you could hardly store your own belongings. The two large beds creaked so loudly when moving that sleep was unthinkable. The "laundry room" consisted of an ancient washing machine, the drain hose of which had a hole and a clothesline. The pool times were: 12 to 15 o'clock and 16 to 21 o'clock. The water was very cloudy and always smelled like urine. Unfortunately, early swimming was not possible - this should be mentioned in the description. In the pool, predominantly Spanish large families meet in the afternoon, who chat standing there. Swimming is not possible then Then they meet in their apartments and celebrate loudly. The nocturnal dog barking from all sides was the crowning glory. In the complex there are smaller apartments (basement) in which young people live who have constantly smoked marijuana when the front door is open. We always had to walk past the gate, which is not so great with two teenage kids. We didn't use the little TV the size of a monitor. I would like to highlight the stable WIFI and the air conditioning. And Thiago who gave us the right key to the roof. And the nice Spanish neighbor in # 32!

Wonderful stay. This apartment offerers a local Spanish experience just 15 - 20 minute walk from the sea. Up a hill but well worth it for the views. The location of the apartment is a much welcomed contrast to the lively sea front, the surroundings feel relaxed, surrounded by nature with three outside spaces and a roof terrance with sea views. We found it a perfect balance for the centre of Fuengirola for proper relaxation. Wonderful hosting, everything clean and in line with description. Hosts were responsive when we had questions. Pool a very good size and well maintained. Literally a step out of the gate to the pool. I’d recommend double checking with the host when the swimming pool is open, if you are travelling outside peak holiday times and that is important for your holiday. We loved the train and exploring the coast of Malaga - lots of great spots to stop off at and experience something new. The train was very easy to navigate. There are many restaurants in Fuengirola, they offer something delicious for every budget (lots of low priced places, especially along the front close to where the apartment is, from the bridge to the centre of town). We loved our stay and hope to come again one day. Thank you !

The estate need a bit of love and attention but the location is perfect. 10 minute walk down to the beach, look for the cut through down towards Myramar, just after the bridge by the View rather than along the road, a mistake we made the first time. Walks up behind into the countryside a must. Not a luxury apartment but incredibly good value

Very good apartment. Small atypical cottage in a very quiet and family private residence. Clean pool always disinfect and watch by a lifeguard. Very, very good location 7 min driving from Fuengirola beach. One of the best beach by the way. Very nice place and very nice surroundings, I had a lovely stay. To be repeated
