The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Torreblanca with close proximity to everything, just outside the apartment you have a well-stocked grocery store, a bunch of lovely restaurants and bars and several paddle courts nearby.
The space
When you step into the home, you're welcomed by a bright and modern atmosphere, featuring a spacious living room with plenty of natural light. The living area includes a large Smart TV with Chromecast, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a dining space for four people. From here, you can step out onto the cozy balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening relaxation.The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, oven, and more. It’s perfect for preparing your favorite meals during your stay.
The apartment offers two well-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a large and comfortable double bed, as well as air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk, providing a peaceful spot to catch up on emails or work.
The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower for your convenience.
Fully equipped with air conditioning in every room, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, fridge freezer, and more, this apartment offers all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

The home itself was very great! Clean, fresh and we didn't miss anything. Located right by a supermarket so it was easy to get food and water. In addition, walking distance to both the sea and the commuter train. Perfect location, simply, simply! What brought down the rating was that you were not allowed to swim in the communal pool between 3-5 pm (siestan), which was very disappointed. The resident Spaniards were quite unpleasant and seemed very tired of constantly having tourists at their pool. We didn't feel directly welcome there, which was a shame as we actively chose a home with a pool to make it easier for the kids. Another thing we would like to advise against is booking the Costarentals airport transfer. We booked (and prepaid) a taxi (on the Costarentals area), but the transfer never showed up and when we thankfully got a regular taxi, they were amazed at the price we had to pay for Costarentals transfer (total 78 euros). We got a regular taxi for €41.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates - Pool opening dates vary a lot so please ask us to be sure the pool is open. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive poweruse could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen and towels per person is included. - Possible that you need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival, however day before arrival you will get all information as its depends. - we can order you transfer, ask us about the price. - early check in/late check out may be possible, we do take a fee for that, fee depends on the time, few days before arrival/ check out you will get a message if that is an option.
