I will keep it in mind for future holidays, my family and I loved it, very complete with all the utensils you need to have a good stay with the family. We had a little mishap with the toilet, but we called, and they fixed it very quickly. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Waking up in the morning and having the view of the pool and the sea is a fascinating experience. We really loved it.

We enjoyed our time staying here. Lovely appartment, beautiful view. Great set up. Clear instructions and prompt, friendly communication. Bedding could be more comfortable, especially the single beds. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours late into the night.

Frank's place was at beautiful spot near all Cala de Mijas restaurants and shops and nearby all Fuengirola etc towns facilities. Sun was shining to the balcony from half past 10 to half past 15pm at February and that was enoung for us and we also enjoyed the pool area even if the pool itself was closed due to the huge water issue in the Costa del sol. All together the place was fine, a small update to the bedlinen (matresses/pillows/plancets) could be done but kicthen was great and we enjoyed cooking nice meals as there was enough kitchenware to do that. Thank you Frank, we definetely consider to come again to this place.

We had a good stay in the apt. Kept to expectations, with respect to the photos, etc. Nice location, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to most places☺️ Most of it worked as it should. Could have some more equipment like dish soap, dish soap, hand soap, some washing dishes for the washing machine and stuff as we ended up having to buy all of this ☺️ so a tip is to have this included when guests arrive. Otherwise a very nice and functional apartment

The apartment complex that this unit is in is an old and well established complex that is extremely well cared for. We have been staying there for over 15 years in a variety of units. Frank's unit is one of the larger ones with two large bedrooms and a full kitchen -- a good value. Two things to note/watch out for: it is listed as a second floor apartment, but given the lay of the land around this complex it is actually 32 stairs from the street to the door. If you have issues with stairs, that's a lot more than most second floor apartments. Second, the owner is either a part owner of-- or represented locally by -- a real estate agency, Costa Rentals. You never actually deal with Frank, all communication is through and with this agency. Prompt but they ask you to provide a lot of info which defeats the security of renting thru AirBnB. I refused and they were able to deflect to AirBnB but you will get lots of annoying emails from the other agency.

tired place could do with up date .electrical goods and electrics not reliable. could do with big update ,ants in kitchen, lack of light bulbs kitchen equipment tired or blew fuse switchs

The apartment, the amenities, and the location are perfect. We had a spectacular vacation, and that was also because of the quality of the apartment that made us feel right at home. Everything is highly recommended.

The apartment is clean. Very functional. It has everything you need. Quiet residence close to all amenities. Cala de Mijas town is close to Marbella and Malaga town. Very nice for visits. The only problem is that we are dealing with a Costarentals agency that speaks only English but not with the direct owner. For checkout I had received an email from Costarentals who allowed me to choose a checkout time for 12PM and in the end the cleaning agency came at 10:00 am and we had to hurry to empty the apartment. When you have to drive 2:00 P.M. it should give their guests time at least until 12:00 P.M. especially when you have children. Otherwise, for the rest, no complaints.

We spent 15 days vacation in August. We are a couple with a 6 year old boy. Our vacation was based on the beach, visiting Mijas village, Marbella, Marbella, Fuengirola, Fuengirola, Malaga capital. We weren't looking for a night party and we were able to rest every night.
