We have stayed in Alamar (different apartment) before so we knew where it was and what to expect etc. Nonetheless, the agents arrival and entry instructions were very clear and excellent communication and service throughout our stay. One evening the electricity went off and we were able to identify that the kettle was faulty and causing it to trip. We contacted the agent and a replacement kettle was delivered the next morning. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lovely big balcony that gets the morning sun. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our 23 day stay. Just one thing to note, the wardrobe in the main bedroom is locked (presumably because it contains the owners belongings), so the only wardrobe available is in the 2nd bedroom meaning there is limited storage for clothes. It was fine for us because it was just 2 of us, but if more people are staying the clothes storage is limited. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Over all the apartment we stayed in was beautiful, well located and extremely clean. However we had a terrible experience on arrival as we were given the wrong instructions, apartment number along with the wrong keys. When we tried to contact Frank he wasn’t very helpful as he wouldn’t answer his phone and would only reply via text .When air b&b finally contacted us after 12 hours they let us know we were in the wrong apartment. The experience on arrive was not great however we were offered a late check out for the inconvenience free of charge. Over all I would recommend this apartment to stay in however the check in process needs to be fixed.

Nice and big apartment with walking distance of about 10-15 min to Strand and 15-20 min to city center (Lidl is 2 min away). We were given some incorrect details according to where the key was located, but despite the fact that it was 1 am at 1am at night Frank answered the phone and helped us, which is very positive 🙌 Otherwise it was very easy to find. Nice communal pool and large sunny terrace in the morning. The apartment and terrace could probably need a "deep clean" as previously mentioned by other visitors, but mostly clean and neat! Nice, large bedrooms and well-functioning apartment at a relatively good price. Thanks for us! :-)

Really enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable with everything you could want in the kitchen and on the balcony. Great location for Lidl, 2 minutes walk away, parade of bars and restaurants 5 minutes away and centres of La Cala a steady 15 minutes stroll. Will try to book again for 2024 so that tells its own story.

Good location and good value for money The apartment would require deep cleaning and for info little space to store clothes. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is not bad, we had a problem and we were told that there was a microwave,but when we arrived it was not true, we let him know and the next day he brought us a new one. We missed a blender. What we saw worst was that check in was at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00. Quiet place and you could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. Lidl is about 100 meters away. And the village of Mijas Costa is also nearby,for walking.
