stayed at the villa with a group of friends in April. It was great for us and worked really well . There are quite a few steps in the villa up to the front door, between levels and down to the pool so not great if you have mobility issues but for us it didn't matter. Loved the 2 bedrooms downstairs with its lounge area if people wanted to sleep we based ourselves downstairs so not to disturb. The inside and outside areas were lovely and plenty of space the pool was chilly but expected in April! We did check in earlier than planned which was great but I think the cleaners must have been rushing as there were a few bits left over from the previous guests but nothing serious . The villa is on a hill so walking down is fine but it takes a bit of effort to get back up especially in the heat but it's very well located for town. We would definitely stay again!

Great villa in a good location. The layout worked well for our group, bedroom layout and bathrooms, plus lots of social and entertaining areas - great stay. There are some nice restaurants and shops close by, easy to get around and a good base to explore the area.

We had an incredible stay at this villa. Our group of 11 fit perfectly, with spacious, well‑kept rooms and everything we needed on hand. The location is beautiful and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing break. The pool was outstanding — large, clean, and perfect for both lounging and swimming. There were generous communal areas for socialising, plenty of sun beds, and the outdoor space gets sunshine all day. A truly wonderful property that exceeded expectations. Five stars.

Excellent place and was a perfect layout for our family holiday of 12 people . The room layout works really well. Amazingly beautiful views and great sun rise too. It is a walk up the hill to get there , but we knew about that and were fine with it. The local town is excellent and beautiful lots of shop, supermarkets and Restuarant’s. All very friendly . The only reason I rated it as a 4 and not 5 was due to the fridge not working properly (which can be easily fixed) and be aware of the hot water for showers, it was used up quickly and you had to wait for the water to be warm again . Apart from that this is a perfect place , we had an amazing time , the host is responsive and friendly, I highly recommend this quiet beautiful location with great pool and amazing views

The place was just amazing! Everything was spotlessly clean and furnished with great attention to detail – we felt at home straight away. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful view that you could enjoy every day. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful; we felt welcome straight away. The location is also perfect: easily accessible and ideal for getting to the beach and many other attractions quickly. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this place!

Really lovely house to spend a few days with friends. We had rented cars to do activities and drive up and down. Day to Malaga with Uber was also good to do. Lovely house, great pool and beautiful terraces. There is construction in the area, but we did not experience any problems during the weekend.

We were 12 people (6 pairs of friends) who had a very nice stay ;) 2 of the rooms had a living room, so here those who sleep can experience a little more noise from other guests. We had more than enough space. We sat out on the terrace with lots of fun and laughter until late at night without it bothering those around us. The place was easy to find. We rented a car and drove to the beach which was 3 minutes away. The house is up a hill, so we did not walk, but it is also nice to walk to the beach ;) All in all, we had a nice stay. Experienced a little noise due to construction, but without it bothering us very much ;)

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Spain! It was perfect for a group of 7, with 3 distinct “wings” offering space to spread out and come together easily. The villa was very clean, and everything was provided – linen, towels (including pool towels), and all necessary kitchenware. The pool was a highlight, and the location ideal for La Cala. There were a few minor issues: nearby major building works started around 7am, with noise and dust in the air (though usually finished by 2pm). The villa is on a steep hill with stairs up to the door – so, not suitable for those with mobility issues. There were ants in the kitchen coming in under the window – ant spray and powder were provided. The bathroom drains had an unpleasant smell. The front gate release button didn’t work, so you had to use a key or be buzzed out. The towels were small, and one bedroom had a dripping aircon unit. Despite these, we had a fantastic time and would recommend the villa for a spacious, enjoyable holiday.

Amazing villa with stunning views! Check-in was super easy with key pick-up right at the airport. The villa had everything we needed for a group holiday, and the location was great - just a short walk to the beach, supermarket, and loads of bars and restaurants (the hill was steep but not a huge issue for us personally). We barely noticed the construction mentioned in the description of the villa. We did have a couple of issues with the pool and the electrics tripping when using hair dryers/straighteners in two of the bedrooms, but the hosts were very responsive and had someone out straight away to sort it. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our group of 10!

nice house, well-equipped kitchen. Good beds except in the small room, needs to be replaced. The accommodation is not for those who cannot walk very much uphill to the house. Hot water was not enough for 10 people. Sunbeds were broken 2 pcs and it was stated that there would be sunbeds for everyone, there were only 8. The outdoor environment was filthy, not cleaned and the pillows were dirty. The grill did not work, it said charcoal grill and charcoal but it was a gas grill, 2 guys came and fixed it but it was incredibly dirty. It had been a party there because we had to vacuum up sequins in the house after other residents. 10 minutes to the beach is not possible by taxi. The pool was good. There was construction work going on but it was in the information from Frank, a plus for Freja who handled the check-in and waited for us even though our plane was delayed. The large table in the dining area outside had broken chairs and was very wobbly. Poor cleaning products. Blackout curtains were only in 3 rooms, the others were in the laundry room, broken. Rating 3

Great location and fantastic views, the villa itself was spotless and had loads of space for the 11 of us that went. Other reviews highlighted construction in the area being an issue, this was not the case for us, we barely recognised that construction was happening other than the very small number of vehicles driving past the villa. The only improvement we would suggest is to include more toilet rolls / shampoo & shower gel / dish washing soap etc etc as we ran out of these on the first day or 2 and this meant we were buying supplies for the villa that we didn't completely use by the end of our stay - this is a very minor criticism and other than this we had an amazing time in the villa and would definitely recommend or revisit!

We were super happy with the accommodation. hefty spaces which is nice when you are many. We were 11 people. large lovely patio where we spent a few evenings. Great pool and large areas around with sunbeds. The kitchen was well equipped. 750 m to the beach with a hill but it was quite ok. Great grocery store on the way home.

A suitable house for a large group,little flaws like the smell of mold in the bathrooms and the lack of functioning of the range hood,(caused a couple of fire alarms). The environment is being built all the time, so a little noisy during the day.

Villa is very beautiful and clean with the beautiful view. One minus is hot water. When we came there wasn’t hot water. They try to fix it. But the problem is that one small boiler for 11 people its not enough.

The place had an incredibly beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. We had a very good time and only a 12 hour power outage and some mold in the lower bathroom, our time was very nice.

Lovely Villa in quite location. 15 minutes walk to the town centre where there are many bars and restaurants plus the beach etc. Walk uphill to the villa may be hard for some people. Great pool and table tennis table , we loved it

We had a fabulous stay here. It was perfect for our large group and every room was a great size. The pool area is lovely and the outdoor dining / drinks areas were perfect. We used the bbq a couple of times which was great. Check in was nice - we were met by a lady who gave us a little tour. All amenities were available and lots of shops nearby which were walking distance. Would definitely recommend this villa!

The villa was absolutely exceptional and everything you could possibly need. The set up of the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for a big group and plenty of relaxing space around the villa. We had a few issues with the electricity cutting out but Frank and the team were quick to answer our phone calls to help fix the situation. The electrics possibly need a review in the top part of the villa as we found light switches/ black out shutter remotes working on more than one bedroom. Apart from that it was lovely, the pool area had plenty of room for all to lie out, the road is quiet with not much traffic and the views are breath taking!

Beautiful holiday home! We stayed with 6 people in the villa and there was an incredible amount of space. All a private bedroom and a total of 3 bathrooms. Furthermore, the house is exactly as described and visualized in the photos. The pool is wonderful and the view beautiful! Only downside is that the swimming pool is located on the northeast, so in the evening there is no more sun. We have not been bothered by the described construction work in the area. In short; we will definitely come back!

It could have been cleaner in some areas eg seating cushions and it was a bit noise due to construction works a That are happening opposite the villa. Overall i would highly recommend this villa.

The place itself is beautiful and Coastal Rentals ( Franck’s team) friendly and responsive. Unfortunately there is a huge road and urbanization construction close the house which makes the use of the pool and all the outside difficult as it is noisy, dirty and smelly with all the machines working. A few maintenance issues during the 2 weeks stay that have been handled by Franck’s team. The owners of this house put a lot of efforts to make it friendly for their guests . Beautiful decoration, Excellent beds , sufficient towels. Thank you .

We had a fabulous time, we were a group of friends and felt like we had loads of space and individual places to relax throughout the house, the house was beautiful with amazing views, very peaceful and quiet. The town was a short walk away with lovely restaurants. We felt very safe. Overall we all really enjoyed our few days stay.

Unfortunately, we had 5 days of pouring rain. So we couldn't use the pool. But the house was very spacious and big, perfect when we spent a lot of time inside. The layout was great if you have many children of different ages. Nice decor and more than well-equipped kitchen. Nice views and comfortable beds. Great

Frank was extremely responsive to us. Frank communicated well before and during our stay. The home was very nice and the setting was beautiful. The nearby amenities were close by. Unfortunately when we arrived, the day after Christmas, there was a ton of loud construction that had not been disclosed. When I reached out to Frank to express my disappointment, he stated that he did not know about it. The construction was so loud that Frank agreed to reimburse us for our stay if we could find somewhere else to stay. We stayed one night, checked out in the morning and then as promised, Frank reimbursed us for the unused 3 nights of our stay. Without the construction, I highly recommend this beautiful home (the terraces are spectacular) and very communicative host.

9 of us came to stay at this villa and we had an amazing time! We had someone meet us at the villa on arrival & show us round. The entire villa was spotless & just as described/photographed on the listing. You can tell a lot of effort was put into making us feel welcome. Down to little things such as drinking water in the fridge when we arrived, games and cards for us to use & extra towels for the sun-loungers. (There was even inflatables for us in the pool)! We would all most definitely come here again & will 100% checking out franks other properties!

Stunning apartment with all you need. Supermarket at the bottom of the hill, lots of restaurants too. Beautiful town with lots of picturesque houses and shops away from the main Malaga area. The pool was beautiful and the outside areas got the sun at all times of the day. Nespresso machine is the new style one so we couldn’t find the pods to go in it anywhere so worth bringing some. Some nice plastic glasses for by the pool could be a good idea. Had a great stay thank you.
