The apartment is located on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmadena only 8 min walk from the trainstation in El Pinillo with several grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, the area is quiet and safe with a lovely mix of international and local residents. Walking to the beach takes scarcely 10-15 minutes and also to the port of Benalmadena
The space
The property is spread over a large, bright and modernly decorated living room with smart TV and fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with mountain views, 2 bedrooms of which the master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite, plus an additional bathroom. There is also a large balcony with barbecue and long table in the south-west position, perfect for the big communal breakfasts, lunches and dinners, there is also a "solarium" as it is called in Spanish, a large roof terrace with 360 views and a lounge area as well sunbedsThe courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Getting there from the airport was easy. However, we would have wished there were some cleaning items in the apartment so that we could have cleaned more during the stay itself, as we were there for almost 2 weeks. Then we didn't get much answers when we had questions and wrote messages. Regards, Sarah

Very nice apartment with 2 great terraces, 10 min walk from El Penillo train station which is located 6 stops from Malaga airport and where you can drive for 2.30 euros. 2 supermarkets at 5 min walk, a Dia and a Lidll that is open until 10 pm. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only downside is that the dining chairs on the terrace need to be replaced. The plus is again the beautiful swimming pool that we always had to ourselves and the beautiful roof terrace with 360 degree views and until late at night the sun. And with the train to Malaga city center is only a half hour drive. We had a wonderful holiday and definitely recommend the apartment if you want to enjoy your vacation quietly.

The location of the apartment is great, 5min walk to the local shop and then only 15min walk down to the marina. The roof terrace and outside space is great and the views are amazing. The pool was clean and a good temperature, the only draw back was there was no sun beds available to use. Would stay here again!

Amazing roof terrace with fantastic views set in a quiet residential area which was great for chilling out. Lovely communal pool with immaculate communal areas. Short walk and you have a huge choose of bars/restaurants, a nice 10 minute stroll and you are down to the beach and Marina. Apartment has everything you need and if the weather is good you will spend all your time on the roof or lower terrace. Only criticism is 2nd bedroom could do with a mirror! We know the area very well and this was a great location to get around from.

We'll definitely be back. Very nice apartment, comfortable. The rooftop sun terrace is stunning. We felt at home there. Ideal for long stays like ours. We stayed there for a month. Ideal for 2 people but would be small for 4. Little storage in the rooms for personal belongings. Lots of groceries close by. Frankly a good choice.

Had an amazing week staying here. Had everything we needed and the terrace was fab! Had no complaints and would recommend to anyone, shared pool wasn’t a problem as beach was a 10 minute walk away and not a far walk from shops/bars on the marina either. Perfecto!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Lots of room inside and out. The balcony and terrace are amazing as are the views from them. We sat out there day and night. The location is perfect for the train and buses. Also a great selection of supermarkets. Several restaurants within walking distance but a choice of hundreds if you walk a bit further or get the train.

Had a wonderful stay, nice and clean apartment with all the luxury you need. Also a lovely roof terrace with a beautiful view where it was wonderful to stay in the evening for us. The pool was wonderful as well, salt water. We haven't been bothered by crowds or nuisance. Niki and Sofia's service was also excellent, they responded quickly and the taxi was also well arranged. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week and in terms of comfort it leaves a lot to be desired. It's managed by a company and not a private host, and it shows in the details. Indicate that they have body soap and there are 4 envelopes of hotel-type bath gel for 4 people for a week. One of the two fitted wardrobes is literally a gap with two doors, it served us to hide our bags. The kitchen was missing basic things and the toaster didn't work. The mattresses were about a 4cm thick plastic protector that didn't breathe and made a lot of noise. A maintenance person came in with his own key while we were inside and no one had warned us. This person fixed a blind. We were the whole week with the kitchen faucet without a filter and the water coming out in all directions. Also the thermos dripped into a tray that was strategically located in the kitchen under the thermos. Everything you left in was wet. In short, otherwise, the terrace, the development and the tranquility of 10.

Clean. Nice location. Great rooftop to enjoy the sun the whole day. 10 min walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the local Lidl. Would recommend.

Lovely spacious apartment in quiet residential area. Well equipped, good wifi, fantastic roof solarium with amazing views. Pool was lovely. Definitely recommended. 10 min walk to beach. Supermarkets close by. Bbq was fantastic.

The apartment was very clean on arrival with everything required to stay. All information given before and during our stay was excellent, only downside was that the pool wasn’t open until June so would have been nice to know beforehand however, we will book again as was the perfect location as only 5 minutes walk downhill to the harbour.

Very nice apartment. Enough space for 4 persons. Gorgeous rooftop. Comfortable furniture. Barbecue worked perfect! Basic appliances were present as well. There’s one towel a person, but there is a washing machine and washing detergent. We had a great stay!

We have visited the apartment with our family (two adults and two kids of 7 and 5 years old) for a week. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It was only a short stroll down-hill to the boulevard and beach. The kids also had no problem with the distance. What was also very convenient is that there are several supermarkets very close by. We also made use of the train. The train station was also a short walk (approx. 5 minutes) and takes you in about 20 minutes to the airport and about 35 minutes to Malaga. We had a very good stay and I can recommend this place to anyone.

The accommodation is really great, everything was clean and corresponds to the photos. On the 2 (roof) terraces you can enjoy the sun, but even better on the very beautiful beach about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés in the area and on the beach promenade. From Malaga Airport, you can easily reach the accommodation by train. The stay here is really highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

Both Frank and Niki's hospitality and kindness were incredible. As for the house, it is a luxury to be able to enjoy its penthouse. The social areas are great and the swimming pool as well. Garage availability saved us And there was everything in the home. If I had to repeat, without any hesitation.

Frank doesn’t own the place so can’t make decisions without speaking to the owner, this being the case, you get no or very little responses when you need something, the bedroom shutter was broke and didn’t get fixed until the 8th day, the cleanses of the bedroom was a shocker, dirt/hair everywhere, you also had people below smoking cannabis all the time, don’t go there

The apartment left the most pleasant impression: 1) magnificent sea view from the main terrace, where you can have breakfast and dinner with friends (up to 6 people). Lunch is needed inside due to the bright sun; 2) chic sea and mountain views (360 degree panorama) from the upper terrace (this is actually the roof of the building) from the top terrace). There you can also sit with your friends enjoying the views, and sunbathe during the day without leaving the apartment, as there are sunbeds; 3) the presence of a fenced area with a small swimming pool (in good condition) and a place for cars in the underground parking; 4) location in a quiet sleeping area, relatively close to the sea (1.1 km - about 15 minutes on foot). At the same time, Dia and LIDL supermarkets are 100-150 meters away. But, we would recommend walking to MARKEDONA, there is a wider range of goods, a better selection of wine and cheese and most importantly, there is always an inexpensive chilled fish, which will be cleaned for you for free. The railway station is about 600 meters (15 minutes on foot). You could go to Malaga again. If you go down to the main road, you can go to Ronda by bus (see Google map); 5) good equipment of the apartment with household appliances (induction cooker, washing machine,

A great clean apartment in a lovely quiet area that is very near supermarkets, carihuela beach and puerto marina where there are loads of good restaurants. There are bus stops nearby too for Malaga City & Fuengirola. The pool area was lovely and maintained and some days we had it to ourselves. Washing machine was very handy and great drying area on the roof. We requested a 2nd key and a few extra towels which we got the next day so that was great. All in all we had a fab 2 wk holiday at Frank's place.

Positive points: - Pleasant apartment to live in, spacious and very well equipped. Good bedding. Good internet. - Very easy to reach and comfortable underground parking. - Location near shops (Dia, Super Sol and Leader Price). - Pool and double terrace. - Well fenced and safe condominium for kids. - Beach 15 minutes by walking. Cons: - Unmaintained pool. A resident of the condominium explained to us that all the co-owners did not want to finance the repair of a filter. Flowers, leaves on the surface of the water. We still bathed there. - A little lax welcome by Ismaël who showed up half an hour late and didn't have the garage remote. He is supposedly gone to look for it to bring it back to us quickly. Unresponsive communication. In fact, he only dropped it off the next day, entering the apartment, in our absence, and without telling us. Incorrect. Positive assessment after a week in this apartment as described.

One of the reasons we chose Frank’s place was the fact that it had a swimming pool in the communal area. When we actually wanted to use it one day, a lady who’s a permanent resident in that block of flats came out and warned us not to do so as it hasn’t been cleaned since last year...Having a closer look you could see that there were lots of stuff on the bottom of the pool and the filters haven’t actually been switched on. I wish we were informed about that in advance as we would probably have chosen another accommodation!!! If the swimming pool wasn’t ready for the season, the owner should have informed us in advance rather than providing misleading information...disappointing to say the least...

Thank you for a great stay in Torremolinos! The apartment was really stunning. Everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are sufficiently large and nicely equipped. The communication with the host was also very pleasant. A few things have really convinced us and were so clearly not stated in the description: (1) The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces in the basement garage. Unfortunately these are a bit narrow for big cars, but you can reach them directly by lift. (2) There is a very large balcony with a great view. Perfect for all meals and protected by an awning in the heat. There is also a huge roof patio with lounge furniture. This is exclusive to this apartment and can be reached via the balcony. (3) The location is really perfect. Not directly on the beach at all the hotels and bars and therefore very quiet. To the beach it is about 10 min walk. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). The train station "El Pinillo" can be reached in 10 minutes. From there there is a great connection to Malaga. (4) The equipment is great. From the kitchen (very good appliances with dishwasher) to the washing machine and a very pleasant air conditioning. There are only a few little things that can be done better. There were a few towels available (one pair per person). Also, a second pair of keys would have been an advantage for us. Probably these problems would have been solved even during our stay if requested. All in all we can only recommend the stay and would book again at any time!
