Super apartment with a fantastic view. Great for 6 people. However, you may be a little challenged by not having full service and glasses for 6 people. The large terrace was clearly where we stayed the most and enjoyed the really beautiful view. But the furniture on the terrace was not like in the pictures and it is a pity that on such a large terrace and the even larger roof terrace there are only 2 sun loungers. We pointed this out already before arrival - and also during the stay. But there was no response to that. But beyond that, communication has been fine and key delivery at the airport was super easy.

On arrival it was extremely difficult to find the key. It took messages sent to the contact number to identify that this was actually on a key lock at the bottom of a grated door! We arrived at the apartment (lots of stairs) to a clean & spacious apartment, but soon realised during our 1st day that we didn’t have what we expected. Although the sea views are amazing there was no comfy white sofa/table & chairs on the terrace & no sun loungers on the rooftop terrace, as advertised just a vast empty space, very disappointing. The pool area opposite the apartment looked wonderful. Imagine how disappointed we were as a group of 4 to find just 2 allocated sun loungers in a very poor state. We were told ‘we did not know the sunbeds were an important factor in the booking, otherwise we could have notified you’ - ridiculous response for a 6 person apartment. We were offered a 20% refund, but we actually received less than this. Sadly we wouldn’t book this apartment or company again.

The apartment is very spacious and the pool is large with warm water. You need a car to get there and get around, but the views and the development are worth it for a family holiday. We had a great time.

Frank is a dirty tanyer and a water bottle shop for 22k plus cleaning. Keep an eye on it, don't let it stay with a hair!

An arrival with a hassle. We had to play the scavenger hunt to find the key but after a call (1) we were able to find it in another place. Upon entering we discovered one of the air conditioning in the non-functional room that was repaired quickly after 1 day following a call (2). We also discovered in the main SB a complete wall filled with mold and in the bedrooms of the mattresses blackened and yellowed by dirt as well as a curvature that plunged us towards the center. After a call (3) a cleaning team intervened to clean the wall with bleach and add a mattress cover to cover the mattresses. In my opinion the mattresses are to be changed and the wall of the SB should be opened in order to correct the unsafe situation for health. Finally, our stay still goes well without being able to take a hot shower once and feel like I stick to my wife due to the mattress curve

Bonjour, Franck's place was 1000% of what was shown. My family loved staying between the pool and the beaches near the property. You could walk around or take the car, making it easier to discover other places. Life is awesome and breathtaking!!! The only thing is that there is a lot of traffic but the sound of the sea and life is largely compensated for that. The accommodation is spacious, clean and very well maintained. The whole family was delighted to stay here. The Andalous people are more than welcoming, I will happily return and recommend more this place!!!

We had a nice big apartment on the roof. It was very nicely furnished apartment. We also enjoyed the location very much. And the host was always available and also responded quickly, thank you.

The penthouse was as described. A beautiful view and the amenities were fine. The surroundings are quiet, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and a small supermarket. A car is recommended. We had cold water twice, making showering difficult. All in all I am satisfied with the price / quality and I would book the apartment again.

The place is as described and as shown in the photos. It is a great place for a family where everyone had their own space, plus the balcony is very large so another grand living room and dining room in the sun with open views of the ocean. All rooms had AC (heater/cooler) that worked well. One thing to note is the hot water runs out before everyone has taken a shower. It seems to be a building-wide issue, but we were able to work around it. The communication with the contact number/persons was fine and they responded quickly. There are several restaurants nearby (walking distance) with a small market, but with a car there are so much more options within 10-minute drive. Also well located to visit Malaga, Granada, Seville and Gibraltar. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Lovely resort area with a lot of privacy and beautiful pool areas. The apartment was lovely with a fully equipped kitchen which was a great addition. Sunrise and sunset were outstanding from the spacious terrace.

This home was lovely. The location is quiet and in between Malaga and Marbella. Every morning we had breakfast overlooking the ocean. Our reason for lowering one star is mgmt and a bit dated. We tried calling late at night when we couldn’t find the key box. No one answered or called back. If we didn’t find it we would have been stranded. We were lucky that our cab waited and helped us instead of dropping us off at the end of the ride. We also had a couple of questions that popped up and mgmt company was not as responsive as they could have been. Granted nothing was huge but they were noticeable enough to mention or inquire about. We knew it was a walk up but the home is on the 3rd floor with 6 flights of stairs. No AC in stairs which would matter later in summer. The stairs and interior flooring are marble- which is beautiful- but a slip hazard we didn’t expect. A rug in the bathroom covered worn flooring. Overall beautiful older place and location. Not the 5* penthouse we expected

The apartament is great and the view spectacular, we were surprised, better than in the pictures. The apartment is very comfortable, the terrace is great and cery spacious, everything was as described, really recommend it!

The apartment is the same as in the photos. It has good equipment and stunning views. For people with mobility difficulties, please note that this is a fourth floor without an elevator.

Lovely and Spacious Apartment and great views Disappointed their was no welcome pack, absolutely nothing, we arrived at 9pm at night and couldn’t even have a cup of coffee and the nearest shops were a 20 minute walk away, which we didn’t find until the following morning Location of the keys was changed at the last minute and during us being on the Flight from Manchester, consequently we didn’t receive the message until we had landed.

Franks place was lovely with amazing views. We just found it extremely difficult to find the key in the evening when it was dark ( it was like a treasure hunt ) Also the pools were closed and the pool bar during our stay. I believe this only opens seasonal - however when I asked frank he said it was open. I think once these are open in the summer it will be an amazing place to stay.

The location & the views: a dream. We also saw dolphins from the balcony/terrace. We liked the private facility very much. The equipment was very good and the room layout was/is great (Two couples and 2 children). The weather was great at 20°C and a lot of sun and we will be happy to come back.

pleasant accommodation, no hot water upon arrival. Sals sheets in one of the beds. For the rest, everything was as described.
