We had a wonderful stay. We were three friends on a golf trip, and for us, the apartment was almost too spacious — in the best possible way. It felt genuinely luxurious to have so much room, with large, fresh, and beautifully maintained rooms throughout, as well as a very well-equipped kitchen. It was also incredibly convenient to take the elevator directly up from the garage in the same building, especially when carrying golf bags. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear and helpful throughout our stay. The balcony with its sea view was fantastic, and the location (perched at the top of a lovely hillside neighborhood) gave a wonderful sense of peace and a beautiful setting. A truly great place to stay, and one we would happily return to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the Costa Del Sol, the apartment met all our expectations, was clean and easily accessible. Not to mention the wonderful view of the bay from the lounge balcony. Frank and his team responded very promptly to any questions. Only one minor "wish list item" - would have been great to have access to English speaking channels. Thank you again....

We enjoyed our stay at Franks apartment which appears to be in a mixed area of residential and holiday lets. We already knew La Calla de Mijas well and the view across the bay from the apartment lived up to our expectations. The apartment is well equipped, the only slight disappointment we had was the limited number of English speaking television channels. Any query we had during our stay was quickly responded to via email.

Our stay was wonderful, clean, spacious and walkable to local amenities and the beach (pretty big hill though!) The decor was modern, spacious kitchen and everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I can fault is that the swimming pool was being fixed, which is fine, but there was no mention to this prior to our stay. It would have been nice to know before packing, but that was a tiny blip in an otherwise incredible apartment.

The Apartment was very well positioned with beautiful views. Lounge very nice, kitchen well equipped with a really good selection of glasses. Bedrooms were abit 'tired', towels were old & wore, bedding was OK but single quilts on the double beds were messy & disappointing.Pillows lumpy & only one each.There was one spare pillow but the cover was very stained. Trip to Ikea & a few euros spent on new bedding & towels would make this 5* . Shower had great water pressure. We had to call to get light bulbs changed. I had to clean off a nasty mark from the wall, This down to the cleaning & maintained so the owner may not be aware. Photos need updating as shows a bath and one of the guests particularly needed a bath rather than a shower.

The apartment is very good. an impressive terrace the bad thing is that the TV is smart and you have to put your Netflix Amazon keys... to be able to see something and if you have an account you don't have much to see

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The quality is simply exceptional. Everything was impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel at ease. The spaces are large and spacious, exactly as pictured. The view of the sea is sublime. The kitchen is very well equipped, perfect for preparing meals at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality getaway.

Beautiful apartment, with many comforts. We were 3 adults & 2 kids with 3 adults and 2 kids. With 5 or 6 adults, we would find the balcony too small. Supermarket, restaurants and beach easily walkable. It's nice to rent a car so you can visit more places.

The biggest problem was the swimming pool, we were told it was out of action the day before we arrived, and of course it was too late to change to another location. I felt we were not been given the truth that the pool could open , but the pool was never going to open. So we had to pay out each day for sun beds on the beach.

Stayed in this beautiful apartment for two weeks. We were with 5 people, including elderly couple. The beautiful thing about this spacious apartment is that you have three bedrooms, one with separate shower and toilet. The apartment was very clean, neatly tidy and really equipped with every comfort. On the site there are still old photos but beds have now been replaced by very nice and neat beds as well as the outdoor furniture. Several places (balconies) to enjoy the sun (morning and afternoon sun). Easy parking in the garage under the apartment and close to the center. Supermarket (LIDL) within walking distance. In short, a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back

Stayed for six weeks. Nice walk to all amenities. Twin balconies and great views are a big selling point. Felt secure and safe in the area. The unit is showing some wear and tear. Wall damage in several rooms. Towels are quite worn. There is literally nothing in the apartment. An extra roll of toilet paper would buy a lot of good will. There’s a charge for everything. Even staying for 6 weeks there was only 1 tea towel, no extra sheets to change bed unless you paid. A checkout 1 hr later will cost 29 euros. I usually feel like a guest when I do long term stays but not the case here.

We stayed here last Oct / Nov so this is our second visit. The apartment is really well situated, with two balconies giving sea views of both sunrise and sunset. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. There is a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and a lovely bodeguita 5 minutes walk to enjoy a glass of wine. The town centre is a pleasant 15 minute walk. To be honest, it is difficult to fault.

I arrived late on my own after a long journey. Then to face having to look for the safe and to struggle to see the numbers was stressful. Also I couldn’t park because the keys with the garage fob were in the apartment.

Beautiful large apartment with beautiful balcony views of the pool and sea. Parking in a large garage. On the whole, everything is great, but a bit sparse with hygiene/household items. Only starter set available, but this wasn't even enough for the 4 days we stayed there, no replacement toilet paper. Everything has to be purchased by yourself. This wasn't the case in other homes Otherwise top location (20min walk to the beach)

The house is great. Very clean, tidy , quite large kitchen, large and very shaded terrace which allows ,in summer, to eat and dine with a very nice views. It features a very wide parking space and close to elevator. Very comfortable beds and mattresses, very spacious bathrooms with a shower. We were very comfortable and would like to do it again. Highly recommend

Myself and my two daughters had a wonderful restful time.. The swimming pool and balcony space is amazing . It's also very walkable to the beach... Coming back up afterwards is obviously harder work!! Very good holiday

The apartment was fantastic and very well located! It is appropriate big for a 5 member family. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, 2 big terraces with fantastic view, 2 big bathrooms, big well equiped kitchen. There is a big and comfortable privat parking place in indoor garage. We did not meet anybody, but the instructons were clear, we could pick up the key easily. The beds are very comfortable! So highly recommendation!

Frank's apartment exceeded our expectations! Even nicer in real life than in the pictures. Super comfortable beds, good heating system/AC and two fresh bathrooms. In addition, a big bonus with two balconies for different directions so that you have both morning and afternoon sun. Smart TV which was easy to use and well equiped kitchen. A really good apartment with walking distance to both the city center, grocery store and restaurants. We would gladly come back!!

We loved our stay in the fantastic apartment but it is at the top of a very steep hill, hence the great views. If you don’t have a car you need a good level of fitness to walk up the hill especially when carrying a few items of shopping. Having Lidl supermarket so close though is great. La Cala town centre has everything you need and good beachfront restaurants and walking.

Apartment on the 3rd floor very nice and very large for 6 adults. Beautiful balcony exhibition is with views of the pool and the sea in the distance . Very clean , beautiful decoration , 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms . Great kitchen , well equipped . 1 km from the beach. Everything was perfect

I recommend arriving during the day because when we arrived at night we had a key problem and no one responded to us so we stayed outside until daylight. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms. Otherwise, for the rest, everything is good.
