Generally the apartment was very good there were a few little problems which took the edge off the stay; there wasn’t enough cutlery, the tv kept freezing due to the slow internet. There was an electrical socket in 1 bedroom which was taped up. There was a leak through the bathroom ceiling which took 24hrs to fix Overall we would recommend the complex as it’s very relaxing and peaceful.

Very good apartment complex. Short distance to the grocery store. Nice swimming pool. Quiet and quiet around. Gated community around the apartment complex. Well monitored at night time with security guards. The apartment was clean but needs some maintenance. Good parking facilities outside. Recommend renting a car to get to Marbella, Poerto Banús, Malaga etc. To look around a bit. The seafront of Calahonda is amazingly nice. Lovely morning walks every day are recommended. We had a very good stay in Calahonda. 👍

We spent one month (July) in the apartment, a family with 2 small children. The apartment is very spacious and nice in a calm and peaceful environment. I would definitely suggest the owner to make full refreshment in the flat, as the walls are very dirty at some areas, beds should be replaced, etc. but still, we really enjoyed our stay and those things didn’t bother us anymore once we got settled down. We would definitely suggest the place, especially if you are travelling with children. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was clean and tidy, however as per previous reviews, the sliding doors to balcony did not lock so the apartment was not secure. No equipment in kitchen for cooking - only 1 saucepan in cupboard and the few bowls in cupboard weren’t clean. Location is not really close to much. We had a hire car and drove out most days and evenings. I wouldn’t return to this location

There was no security, the patio doors to the living room were broken and could not be locked. The duvet covers were yellow although the sheets were clean. The place was so dated. Only good thing was the security parking and the location. Impossible to find the apartment in the dark while dragging a three yr old and suitcase around looking for the apartment in the dark.

Next to the LIDL and some coffee places. The place was clean with a nice morning sun on the terrace. Couldn’t lock the terrace door and when you check in with a car you first have to pick up the remote in the apartment to open the gate for private parking.

The apartment is handily placed for shops and beach, local cafes, restaurant and also the bus stops. Spacious, well equipped, clean with a large balcony for outside sitting and dining. The complex was quiet and peaceful with nice gardens and decent pool (1 off season) and a great base for an enjoyable stay

A lovely apartment! Spacious and clean, two beds and two bathrooms. Living area on to the terrace is very nice. Ideal location close to supermarket and 5 minute walk to the beach! Easy to check in and out, parking was easy too! Thank you!

Communication with your landlord leaves much to be desired. I had a problem right upon arrival as they had not been told to me or that a remote was needed to open the garage or that that pilot would be inside the floor. In a place where there is no parking available nearby (there are a couple of spaces but always occupied) and you have to look for a place to park, look for the apartment, look for the keys to the garage etc. Very unpleasant. The worst thing was that I had to make an conclusion all on my own, because when I called the number I received, it takes an automatic voice saying that customer service would only be available from Monday to Friday from 9: 00 AM to 6: 00 PM. The kitchen would need more utensils and pans because there were only 1 more or less in condition, the other 2 in terrible condition. There's a drawer full of utensils but they're plastic and they're all burned out. I wouldn't use them at all. The floor is very spacious and the furniture in general is fine, the problem is the mattresses, of 4 available only 1 was in very deformed condition the others. The development is fantastic, very quiet, the pools are good and removing the parking problem (there are more cars than spaces) you have a very good time in the area. The apartment was super clean when we arrived and that stands out. Having to check out at 10am for me was a negative point since check-in was at 4pm, I thought it was a little off. I recommend going early to Cabopino beach (if you want to park for free you have to be there before 10 am or then pay to park at the marina), in addition, I recommend the Da Bruno restaurant which is close and is very good to go as a family, rich food, live music and unbeatable service.

Nice, clean apartment with a lovely balcony, good parking situation and super market next door. Pool and beach can be walked to easily. Initial check in - by car - can be slightly tricky.

Great and spacious apartment which is very well suited for two couples. Shopping accommodations are all in walking distance as well as the beach with some nice restaurants. Communication regarding check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated and friendly. I definitely can recommend the place and the people. Joachim Bongard, Germany

Great place to stay , didn’t think it was good that we had to collect keys in feungirola!! As had a taxi from airport so this added extra cost , also check out time was 10am very early

Perfect stay, in the perfect spot! The residence has 2 swimming pools and with a lifeguard, which is reassuring when you have children. The place is rather quiet despite the autovia ( ring road ) is right across. Neighbors are respectful. The residence is family. Shops are a 5-minute walk away. As for the accommodation, large enough for 5 people ( 2 adults and 3 children ), there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that's the best! Small bowls for the kitchen, which is functional but lacking enough to prepare good meals. Lack of dishes for a family of 5 ( except glasses and small spoons that were brought back to us the day after our arrival) and the air conditioning was malfunctioning, it was too cold, it was too cold and the outdoor block placed in the terrace exudes unbearable heat ( forced to turn off the air conditioning to enjoy the terrace ). But overall, it's a great place to have a great vacation !

One of the pool is always open, Lidl 2min walk and supersol as well as a very nice cafe/restaurant and a chinese market is only 5 min walk. MercaDonna also within 7-8 min walk as well as the Bus station. 3in drive to Malaga Airport and 25 min drive to Marbella city center.

The apartment is beautiful, even more spacious as shown in the photos. It was super clean, had everything needed for a family vacation, and the utensils, linens, towels, furniture, etc. are new or in very good condition.

The apartment is generally fine, although the photos look a little better than reality but more or less so. The location is very good if you want to visit the surroundings as it is very close to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Malaga. The beach is close to walking but dangerous because you have to go on a road where many cars circulate and cross two roundabouts without pedestrians. On the contrary, Cabo Pino beach is a 4-minute drive away and is very good, fine sand and covers very little. Cleanliness can be improved a lot. The light on the terrace is scarce, only 5 spoons of dessert and knives that do not cut, plates, cups and glasses. Cars are heard from the apartment as the A7 passes by the side. The development is very well-kept, the pools are great and the lawn too. Parking is very good, but the exit of it is somewhat dangerous. 100 meters away, a lidl and a supersol. Chiringuitos is worth it. One catch was that we had to stop by Fuengirola with what it means after a long trip.

Great stay in Mijas area. Very convenient to stores and nice restaurants. A quick walk to the beach and board walk. Bus to Marbella is close and runs every 20-30 minutes. Nearby Calahonda park was nice to have for refreshing hikes. We did not have a car, but the convenience of LIDL nearby and easy access to the bus made it a very enjoyable stay. Apartment was cool with the marble floors (we were there in February), but I imagine this would be great place during the warmer months.

So pleased with our last minute booking to see in the new year. This was our first time in Spain and first time self catering and private rental. The apartment was very clean, modern and much bigger than we expected. The grounds/gardens are very well kept, there was also men on site freshening the place up with new coat of paint to communal areas. It was close to local amenities too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this apartment! The communication was very good to, always had replies to any messages or queries. Thanks for a great stay Niki :)

The place fit the description, it looked nice and worked well for our purposes. Beach, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, other small shops in walking distance. Location very close to main road made it easy to explore the area, even thou you could also slightly hear the noise from the road ( not badly at all thou). The view from the balcony was nice, plus the neighbourhood seems very quiet and friendly. Frank also responded very fast to all the messages, brought us even a hairdryer that was missing from the apartment. We can warmly recommend the place, would be happy to stay there again too😊

The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The living room and terrace are very large and the rooms are great. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and they are practically new. The complex has two swimming pools and landscaped areas with sun lounging grass. There is a supermarket within a three-minute walk. You can walk to the nearest beach, although it is not very good for the little ones, it has stones and covers it right away. On the other hand, it is great, it recommends frying and espetos. A 5 minute drive away is the beach of cabopino, fine sand, dunes and palm trees beach, it is worth taking the car to go to that beach. As a summary, the apartment is highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this apartment - the only thing missing was sunbeds by the pool but the apartment itself was stylish, modern, pristine clean and spacious. Loved it!!!

The description and pictures were right so it was exactly as we expected, neat and clean. Close to the pools on the grounds and a very pleasant apartment. There were several shops with a short walking distance to shopping for food. Very easy to have a washer and dishwasher just as you are used to from home. There was morning sun on the balcony so breakfast was best suited to eat indoors but from lunch onwards it was shade. Easy communication with Frank and Niki and everything worked perfectly.
