The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a residential complex. The villa was amazing! Spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Audrey, Frank, and the team were wonderful — they went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flight was delayed. The location was superb, within walking distance to most places we wanted to visit and only about 10 minutes from Puerto Banús harbour. We had an excellent stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again to Audrey and the team!

We booked this villa after our original accommodation cancelled on us 4 days prior. It was even better than we expected! The location was great and easy to get to from the airport, the villa was more than big enough for our large group of 10 and the co-host Audrey was so responsive. She offered us early check in which was super appreciated as we had an early flight, and kept in contact whenever we had any issues. Could not recommend this property enough!

We booked this with one week’s notice after a previous booking fell through. The team at Franks Villa were phenomenal - friendly, proactive, and couldn’t do enough for us. The villa is undersold - the location is fantastic, 10 minutes to the front of Puerto Banus. La Sala is a 4 minute walk, and lots of other restaurants by La Sala. You’re at the end of a peaceful lane, with only a couple of villas as neighbours. Franks Villa is the end, and there is nice green scenery behind it. The villa itself is HUGE. Every room is to a high standard, and the bathrooms are amazing. Every room has aircon, shutters for the windows. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. There is a wrap around balcony on the top floor, and the pool area is amazing - one of the best we’ve been too. Mix of grass, tiles, palm, and lots of sun beds. You get the sun all day! We will definitely go back here, we owe these people a lot - they made our wedding trip the best trip we’ve had. Book it!

Place was great, spacious, clean and well situated in the area. No complaints minus an issue with check-in (our flight was delayed two hours and they said it made it difficult to accommodate checking in but they left the keys nearby) and the gym was pretty dirty. But otherwise, the stay was great, place is beautiful with a room that has a window of a view of everything and it's walking distance to a very lively part of town.
