This is a fabulous base for people looking for a peaceful holiday in a beautiful apartment. It’s close enough to La Cala and riviera but lovely and quiet at night for good sleeps. We love the walks in the morning either along towards the marina or round into La Cala. The pool is fab and we could always get a lounger to dry off when we went. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for, well stocked with crockery, pots, glasses etc. The terrace was perfect for the sun all day long from morning till night. The large parasol made eating upstairs bearable at lunch time and by evening meal the sun was setting and there was a beautiful breeze. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and will look forward to returning next year 🤗

If you’re looking for great value for money then this is the place for you. The roof terrace is great and the pool is big. The flat was clean and well presented. 10 minute walk to the beach.

Thankfully we had a great taxi driver who tried to help us locate the key, had to call owner and after a long chat in Spanish, they forwarded up to date photos, why these were not sent in the first place. The hill to the apartment was very steep especially as we had two pushchairs. The pool looked lovely was unable to use as a drought, but definitely a bonus when in use. Sun terrace is excellent, cleanliness not the best hairs and mould in shower. If you want to cook there is everything you would need. The wild pigs were great to see.

We had a very pleasant stay in La Cala and the apartment gave us the freedom to choose to both hang out on the beach and on the roof terrace. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and a couple of grocery stores. The area is quiet and provides the relaxation you need on vacation! The apartment was well equipped and had what you need in a holiday home, above all the beds were comfortable! The service and check-in instructions were very good and it was very easy to check out! We are happy to hire again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The roof terrace really made the apartment and we enjoyed some lovely BBQs and drinks on the terrace most nights. It was an absolute sun trap during the day. The pool was quiet and there was never an issue getting a sunbed for all the family and it was staffed by really friendly lifeguards. The only niggle was that there wasn't a parking space (which we were aware of) but we were able to park in the car park further up so wasn't a huge issue. Frank and the team were super responsive to any email queries. Would definitely stay in one of Frank's apartments in the future.

Great location short walk to beach and walkway which takes you into la cala. Great pool, life guard, sunbeds. Gated. Love the roof terrace, sun loungers, plenty of seating. Apartment as listed a little smaller than expected due to images taken by pin hole view. No microwave. Showers great, beds comfortable. Aircon did not go below 22, so a little hot some nights. Parking had to use dust carpark down the road, 5 min walk as hard to get spot out front. Great communication from host. Would use again.

We spent a few very good days with the family, to make a complaint the hot water runs out very fast and a microwave is missing. Otherwise everything was quite good. The rooftop is very comfortable and nice. It is definitely the key point of the accommodation. Check-in was a bit difficult because the lockbox was not where they indicated.

Good apartment in a good location with a fantastic roof terrace. We enjoyed our stay. Easy walking distance to a few local restaurants and a supermarket. We got an Uber into Mijas town a couple of times which was only a few minutes away. The pool immediately outside the apartment was closed while we were there, but it was just a few minutes walk up to another pool on the complex.

The apartment is in a great location, but a bit tired in places and a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. On a positive, it is walking distance to a lovely beach and great restaurants. Overall we had a great holiday

This apartment could be beautiful if it wasn't so terribly rocked down. Especially the terraces/balcony sets are almost unusable,dirty dishes in cupboards. Unfortunately, we can't really recommend it Communication with the hosts after arrival ridiculous

We spent some great evenings in balcony above. That is this apartment gem. Every breakfast and dinner were spent there. Also we had some fun time in the poll below. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The apartment is cleaned and centrally located. Unfortunately, surrounding apartments or their terraces or garden seating are very unkempt.

Wonderful apartment! Loved the private roof terrace, we spent almost every day there! The apartment is clean and nice. Unfortunately the pool just outside was closed (end of April 2022) but there is another pool open just a few blocks away. Really recommend this place and would love to come back!

Perfect ! We enjoyed our stay so much !!! Quite area, we could see wild pigs and roosters from the window, my 6 years old daughter loved that. The location is great for a stay in Andalucía, we had a car and went to great places from there

The house is nice but when we enter we found the crockery and dirty sectors of the house. Al llamar para reclamar me contestaron que lo tendría que haber limpiado el huésped anterior. La entrega de la llave para el check in es a 10km de la unidad. Nice house but when we get in we found dirty plates and the terrace wasn’t really clean. When we told the hostess she answered that the tenant before should have clean the plates! For the check in, we had to go 10km far from the house to get the keys.

Great place. Plenty of room for at least 4 adults and the roof terrace is brilliant. Short walk to supermarket and bars and restaurants and not even 10 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect for me.

It was a lovely place to stay, although we got it for six I think it is more suitable for four. The pool was a lovely size, and the area quiet and peaceful. However, the walk up to the apartment was quite steep so I would bear that in mind :) There was also no lights on the top terrace, so we couldn’t sit up there at night which was a shame. Overall though, the area was good, close to a really lovely part of the beach, and the neighbours were all very friendly!

Good accommodation, very family friendly, very quiet development, and a very well cared for pool. Very nice A/C and wonderful terrace, to use in the afternoon-night. Very good communication with hosts. Recommended.

It is very well located, walking you are on the beach in about 10 mins. There are also two swimming pools that are fine. To park you have to take a walk, because there are very few parking spaces next door, but it is parked without problem. The place has a very small fridge that is not suitable for a place offered in the listing for 6 people. It also doesn't work too well and doesn't get too cold, especially at the beginning. Even so, the apartment is very good, the rest of things work perfectly. The pillow cases on the terraces and bedrooms have some stains, we think it would be convenient for them to be changed periodically. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and tidy. The terrace upstairs has a barbecue and is very nice in the evenings.

Thanks a lot for the stay in your apartment! It had everything that we needed for our plan to work remotely for a month in Spain! The roof top was amazing and better than expected from the pictures. Spent many breakfasts and working hours in the sun there! Close walk do to the beach as well, and nice situated with close driving distance to both Fuengirola and Marbella (in case there would have been opportunities to go there - municipality lock down when we were there). Also a plus on top was that there was a 15 min walking distance to the Miraflores tennis club where we ate several lunches and played a lot of Paddel!

Great apt magic roof space need to be fit if no car and great walk along board walk to la cala where there are lots of restaurants and tapas.Car parking not close to complex very limited spaces close to gate.

A modern and nice place near the ocean, pool, supermarket and restaurants. The rooftop terrace is the best in the whole flat. Walking distance to everything although there is a steep uphill when you walk home, but it is ok. You can see the lovely sunrises over the ocean every morning from the rooftop terrace. The wiew is the pool on one side and the ocean on the other. We stayed 5 adults and 6 would not be a problem. The only thing we missed was a microvawe. We would love to come back again.

This accommodation is in a great location and in easy walking distance to the beach and La Cala, however be mindful on your walk back there is a steep hill ! The sun terrace with sun loungers and bbq is a perfect place to relax and have drinks before going out to eat or have a bbq. There are a few restaurants within 10 minutes walk that are very good , especially Monica’s. Response from the owners is speedy and one issue we had on the holiday was resolved very quickly

Spell and grammar checker  french We had a great holiday in this very clean apartment with a 1 nice terrace that we did not exploit much it is not very lit. The residence pool is very clean. Not far from the beach, about 3 minutes by car, it is better to go by car because the residence is high up. The black dot of the apartment there is no parking space so with young children or for people with reduced mobility it is very difficult even if there is public parking 3 min from the apartment.

As seen in the photos, a quiet development with good pool service. Impeccable apartment wherever you look and very clean. The terrace is warm and a little windy but ideal for enjoying in the evenings. There is little parking nearby, but about 300 metres away there is an open space that serves as a car park. 10 minutes from the beach of the hype and about 30 from downtown (all walking). Definitely would come back

Fantastic!!! We and my family spend a great holidays in Frank apartment. Niki and Ismael are very friendly and communicative persons. The apartment its very clean, new and with a modern decoration very confortable. There is everything you need. On the roof top there is a very big terrace here We spend The sun sets with a barbecue dinner. We had a rental car all the time and it was easy to park near by because there is an car park 2 min walking. I strongly recomend this apartment to any guest. Thanks a lot Niki and Ismael

We were offered this apartment after there was a problem with the apartment we initially booked. Whilst we would not have chosen to stay here initially, we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is in a private complex with car parking (definitely recommend a car) and is a large size with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and had all the amenities we needed, including new air conditioning units in each room. The kitchen was fully equipped, there is a large living room with a new television and the bathrooms were very clean with a powerful shower. Outside is a good sized balcony which has a staircase that leads to a massive private terrace where we spent most of ours days. The terrace gets the sun all day and over looks the large pool. We enjoyed the use of the bbq and the sunloungers. There is a supermarket and restaurants at the bottom of the road and more restaurants, bars and the beach a 2 min drive away. Niki was a great host and greeted us when we arrived with a bottle of prosecco (even though it was late) and she was happy to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
