Very nice house. There are certainly stairs to get there, which will make arrival difficult for people with reduced mobility, but apart from that my family loved the place, especially the garden. My daughters had a great time.

It was nice and quiet. Great value for money. Everything is very clean, but the double bed could use a new mattress. Pool very clean and the complex very well maintained. Overall, it was really great and the check-in was easy and self-explanatory. It should be mentioned that the accommodation can be recommended. But I find the accessibility a bit limited 10 am - 6 pm. The apartment was as described, it was a little dirty (bathroom) and there were a lot of ants inside. Great patio and garden - perfect for families with kids. At night, you could hear the highway, but for us it wasn't a big deal. We drove a lot so the proximity of the highway was a plus here. I recommend!

Our photographer stayed at Franks place whilst he was over here shooting our wedding. It was perfectly located, clean, tidy and well equipped.

The accommodation was generally great once reached. Although not mentioned in the listing this place is very unsuitable for anyone struggling with steps. As a young family with a pram, there is no lift or ramps. so any journey to or from the place was via lots of steps, this really should be a point in the advert as not safe carrying a double buggy up and down stairs while trying to look after young children. Also we struggled to have a warm shower as the hot water ran out after two minutes so this wasn't great for a family of 4, this was highlighted to the owner at the start of the stay but wasn't resolved. The Children's pool had broken and missing tiles so this wasn't ideal for standing on. There was some additional pillows in the wardrobe but they looked stained and very old, this again isn't great. The majority of the accommodation is great but seriously let down by some missing information from the advert and also a few details that should be resolved for future guests.

A fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. Very peaceful setting and beautiful sea front walks only a couple of minutes away. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay in this apartment. I was with my parents and they loved the balcony and being able to walk along the grass to pool (which was very quiet in mid May). The apartment is very close to the busy road so the sound of cars too a while to get used to. Great communication when I blew a fuse and, through mobile communication, the problem was sorted in ten minutes!

I traveled to Spain alone in November to get the sun and warmth. I lived in Frank's apartment for 9 days and every day the sun was shining and the heat was more than 20 degrees, that's exactly what I had come for. The apartment was just as it was in the ad. Based on the reviews of other users, I expected the nearby highway to be noisy. It didn't bother me, I'm a city person myself. For the elderly and low-legged, I wouldn't recommend this place, so many stairs will have to go to get to the house. A clean and peaceful neighborhood. The walk to the seaside was reasonable, with public transportation you could easily (and cheaply) get to nearby cities. There was plenty to see and do. If I had any questions, I got a response from Frank very quickly, that's why I felt safe in a completely unfamiliar place, I knew I could trust the landlord.

Very nice place to stay. Close to the beach. Clean apartment. Sea view. The pool was great. The only bad thing is that the apartment is very close to a highway. It was very noisy all the time.

Very nice location, so clean and calm area, the unit is well equipped and with good terrace and swimming pool. Only for older is a little hard to reach to apartment with steps.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was comfortable and well equipped and with easy access down to the beach and into la Cala. Lovely views from the terrace. The only compromise is the road noise but to see the sun coming up in the morning from the terrace was worth it. Also lots of steps down to property which was fine for us but wouldn’t be suitable for elderly.

Beware of fraud! The apartment is right by the Autovia del Mediterraneo motorway and far too noisy. Not to be enjoyed at all. The level of cleanliness (dirty bedroom window, dirty patio table, ant infestation in the kitchen) was inadequate In addition, the following defects: broken sockets, chairs and lamps, cabinet doors that cannot be closed, bedroom doors that cannot be closed, fuses blowing when you plug in the toaster. Loose kitchen light cables, a broken kitchen light bulb, a broken bedroom window with a spring sticking out of the opening mechanism, a bedroom mattress less than 30 cm thick, and more damage that the maintenance man has recorded with more than 15 photos. I had to go to the office in Fuengirola and was given the wrong flat key and also told that the flat was occupied. However, it was free, and I had to wait several hours for my check-in, even though I had come to the office especially. The host did not respond to my complaints at all or only very slowly, and even told lies and wrote to me saying that I should not bother him. The flat is not to be rented in this condition. For me, a week of phone calls with Airbnb to deal with the case and get some money back. My clear recommendation: stay away from the flat. I was clearly cheated.

The swiming pool was better than we expected, also surprise opening time from 7am till 11pm. Apartament clean and cosy . All what you need is there . Breathtaking views from the garden and swimming pool.Great beach nearby with the restaurant where you can try sardins . Great place to stay with family.

Such a Lovely apartment with everything you need. Furnished so nicely and the terrace out the back is lovely to relax for breakfast or evening drinks. Highly recommend the place and we would love to go back one day. Frank and Niki are excellent at communicating and all went very smoothly.

Very nice accommodation, clean, functional and very well laid out. The only small drawback is the expressway that runs along the edge of the property.

There were four of us (2 adults, 2 kids) there for a short stay, and we felt extremely comfortable! The apartment is perfectly equipped, the view from the terrace to the sea is excellent, and the pool offers a lovely way to refresh yourself! Everything is very well maintained!
