Welcome to Club Caronte, an exclusive urbanisation located in the sought-after area of Riviera del Sol on the Costa del Sol, Spain. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment boasts a comfortable and modern design, making it the perfect place to call home.

The space

As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood in, highlighting the neutral decor and high ceilings. The living area leads out onto a private balcony, where you can enjoy al fresco dining or relax and take in the breathtaking views.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and entertain. The modern appliances and ample counter space make meal preparation a breeze. The dining area is perfect for hosting dinner parties or enjoying a casual meal with family and friends.
The apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is particularly spacious and features a, built-in wardrobe, and aircon. The second bedroom is also a good size and has a built-in wardrobe.
Club Caronte is a gated urbanisation with a range of amenities for residents to enjoy. The complex features a seasonal large communal swimming pool, a children's pool, and well-maintained gardens. There is also a playground for children and padel/ tennis court nearby.

Other things to note

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

In accordance with current regulations, due to the drought in Andalusia, the use of water for filling and topping up swimming pools is prohibited from October 1st. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will be CLOSED from September 30th, 2024 until further notice.
