Great place that’s actually more spacious than the photos suggest. Plenty of homely touches. Well located for some small bars, restaurants and the beach (10 mins walk max). Larger towns are a short drive/bus/taxi away. Shared pool has its quiet and busy times. Overall a lovely place.

Nice place to stay, walking distance from shops, restaurants and beach but far enough away to be nice and quiet on a night. My partner loved to sit on the terrace in the morning and watch the view, the kids loved the shared pool.

A lovely apartment - exactly as shown in photos . The balcony was so good - great views , sun on it most of the day and great views . Facilities were all as described . Beds were comfortable Easy walk to good restaurants and bars . The beach was also easily walkable . I’d recommend and I’d also return

Wonderful apartment, much bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, walked to corner shop / supermarket and favourite restaurant and the beach every day. Super quiet apartment complex and the terrace was the best. Sea views, sun all day. Could do with a sun shade (there is a very small umbrella which we used). Had trouble booking taxi transfer from the rentals app and it didn’t arrive in the right place so would probably use Uber or similar next time. 💯 recommend this place to stay.

Very nice apartment, very bright and nicely furnished and with a well-equipped, large and modern kitchen. Air conditioning is in all rooms. In the evening we stayed mostly in the terrace and in the conservatory, the terrace has a great view of the sea. Communication with Frank was easy and you got a quick response. It is not far to the beach and if you didn't feel like it, you just jumped into the pool. Shopping and various restaurants is in walking distance, so we got fresh rolls from the bakery every morning. Parking is plenty outside the house. All around we were very satisfied and had a nice time. Thank you

The apartment is clean and well-maintained. Nice and big pool. Only sun loungers or chairs by the pool are needed. Amazing large terrace. There are two shops and several bars nearby. Unfortunately, there are no places to sit in tonight. Close to the beach, but the entrance to the water is very rocky. No experiences in the neighborhood. I recommend this apartment for a quiet,family vacation.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment matches the photos exactly, we especially loved the terrace area. The pool was great and usually empty when we went in. The supermarket is less than 5 mins walk, and beach nearby. Peaceful, quiet area for a relaxing stay. Host was extremely responsive and even organised transfers to & from the airport.

Beautiful modern apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Especially liked the upstairs living area and beautiful terrace. It was exceptionally clean and the grounds were also pristine. There's a well stocked supermarket a short walk away as well as a few restaurants and bars. It felt like a safe neighborhood. The pool area was lovely but there were no sunbeds provided. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is located in a well-kept complex. The apartment matches the pictures and is probably a little more beautiful in reality! Very clean and well maintained, good kitchen and apartment in general Great location - a short walk away from the beach promenade where some delicious restaurants can be found. We cannot agree to the street noise described many times. The nearby village of Mijas Pueblo is definitely worth a day trip! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back, thank you!

Nice apartment with a super roof terrace where there are sun loungers and a dining table to dine in the setting sun. Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. Dishwasher and washing machine dryer available so you can also “live” comfortably for a longer period of time. Close to highway that you sometimes hear some noise from. Walking distance to beach with hiking trail, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Key to be found in lockbox, instruction via app. Good internet and air conditioning that can also be used as heating, unfortunately needed in the evening in February.

Already the third time in this apartment. It was as nice and clean as before. We appreciated the sea view and easy access to the walking track along the beach. Unfortunately most of our favorite beach restaurants were closed. Looking forward to come again next autumn Best regards Jaakko

The communication was very nice and easy. Parking is sufficiently available in front of the house. Unfortunately, the highway is quite loud. The terrace and conservatory are an absolute highlight! Here you can stay from morning to evening. Also a well-equipped supermarket and the beach are a few minutes walk away. Also a perfect connection to Malaga and Marbella (by car). Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't wash quite as clean, but we washed some parts if needed. Otherwise, everything was clean and available.

We (2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12) spent our holidays in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a very high standard. Also the pool and the complex are very well maintained. Unfortunately the traffic is not to be missed... The sea can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. We were often at Chiringuito El Juncal (highly recommended). By car we made many excursions (Ronda, the caves of Nerja and to el caminito del rey). These destinations are sensational. For swimming we are often to Marbella to the bounty beach (beautiful wide sandy beach and clean toilets).

This apartment was very spacious over 2 floors and had the most amazing balcony with fantastic views. The balcony was both indoor and outdoor with retractable patio doors. It was only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The pool area was lovely and caught the evening sun. I would really recommend a visit.

Excellent property in a good, quiet location. The terrace is great and the apartment is spacious enough, comfortably for a family of 4. No noise issues from the nearby, busy road. The pool is excellent but no communal chairs/sun-beds at the pool side. Close to a sufficient amount of shops, bars and restaurants.

The place is just like pictured, very clean and tidy, and everything you need for cooking etc. Great AC and wifi (important!). We also enjoyed the fill-your-fridge service, since the walk to the store/stores is hot and a few blocks away (was hard to locate, but it really isn't far, just a lot of hills to climb). But the prices are of course WAY cheaper there :) The yard is perfect, not very busy at all and the pool is great. The terrace is gorgeous, but beware with small kids, there's no fence. The staircase is also steep for kids and pregnant ladies :) The terrace was too hot for us to enjoy expect for after 8 pm unfortunately, the small umbrella provided doesn't shade the sun as its's there all day. There's nice AC in the bedrooms and downstairs though, but would have been fantastic with some sort of shade upstairs too since the view is gorgeous. Overall, we can absolutely recommend the apartment! It's a quiet area and you'll likely spend time at the beach or cooking/hanging out at home/by the pool.

Everything went smoothly, the apartment is as described and has all the comforts, the conservatory and the great terrace are the best. There are bus connections within walking distance every half hour towards Marbella and Malaga, they stop in every district and are highly recommended. In the mountains unfortunately only every 2 hours. The barcode at the stop tells you right when the next bus comes. Also within walking distance 2 supermarkets, one is open daily (even on Sundays) until 2 am. Restaurants for all tastes, it's best to try the fresh fish in a beach hut that's freshly fried on the grill. There was only one point that unfortunately bothered us very much, the road that actually runs far below is very noisy and is almost uninterrupted. We imagined it is the surf of the sea...

Great place. Very close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), with great views and a wonderful terrace. Communication with the host was very easy, with prompt replies. The noise, some of the reviewers mentioned was barely noticeable, with no impact whatsoever on either sleep or relax on the terrace. We were very pleased. Thanks

An amazing apartment with a spectacular terrace. All communication was first class and entry easy - even though we arrived late at night. The photographs are totally accurate - in fact it's better in real life! One bedroom has sea views, the other a view over the pool which is only steps away. The kitchen is incredibly well supplied with everything you could possibly need. A short walk under a safe walkway takes you to the beach and a good supermarket with an on-site bakery is also about 7 minutes away. There are numerous places to eat near the apartment. All in all we totally recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing time away.

We had a really nice stay at this apartment. It is very spacious and perfectly clean. We loved the big terrace and also the sunroom on the upper floor. Unfortunately you can hear the expressway quite loud during the day and at night, also in the main bedroom. If you are sensitive or looking for absolute peace, this is the wrong place. If that doesn't bother you so much, it's a really great apartment within walking distance of the supermarket, some restaurants and the beach. The proximity to the expressway means that you can get anywhere super fast by car, it is about 25-30 minutes to Málaga and also Marbella. The whole apartment complex is very well maintained and the pool area was also really nice and clean. The communication with Niki was also really easy and always available if needed.

Very stylish and pleasant apartment. Has everything one can need and the hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming. Do recommend coming with a car as the place is far from any city. Also it’s right above a very busy road which makes it hard to relax or work on the terrace.

Frank and his partner are very responsive, the apartment is well equipped and the view from the terrace is really soothing. Accommodation a little complicated to find at the start because the GPS is not accurate. The neighborhood is very quiet, I would recommend it

We stayed with our family in the apartment for 4 days. The apartment is in excellent condition, has everything you need for your stay (dishes, coffee maker, oven, etc.). The location is very convenient, close to the beach, shops. Quiet, cozy street. Free parking lot. Very pleased with the veranda! The view of the sea is amazing!

It was already our second booking and we felt very much at home again The apartment is located in a small quiet complex and is located within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants. There is a great footpath along the sea to Mijas, which is a good 30 minutes to walk. The apartment has a terrace with great views, fully equipped kitchen and conservatory that is pleasant especially in the cooler season. So you can still enjoy the great view. We would love to come back!

The apartment was brilliant! The pool is right outside your door and was very quiet, some days we had it completely to ourselves. The balcony is wonderful for sunbathing and having meals. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything we needed when cooking. The apartment is brilliantly located just a short, quiet walk to supermarkets, a few pubs/restaurants and the beach. Frank was very easy to communicate with too!

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is freshly renovated. It has a wonderful terrace where you can stay in the sun from morning to evening. The nearby A 7 is no problem at all, you can't hear it. The ocean view is fantastic and you have a short walk to the sea where you can walk to Mijas on the promenade. The supermarket and several restaurants are also within walking distance. The amenities were very good and we didn't miss anything. It was a really great stay and the dates of arrival and departure worked out perfectly.
