Welcome to our lovely apartment in Alamar, only 10-15 mins walk from the incredibly fine beach of La Cala de Mijas which is also blue-flagged and quality marked for the clear water, fine sand and other nearby services.

The area around the urbanization Alamar is quiet but at the same time near to life, restaurants, beach and activities. Alamar is a modern complex with security around the clock, tennis court and a and year-round open swimming pool.
The space
When you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a well-decorated hall that leads into the cozy living room straight ahead, where you have a new Smart TV, dining group for 4, comfortable divan sofa and a stereo. From the living room you come out to the spacious balcony where you best spend the days and evenings with friends and family.The kitchen that is on the left directly when you enter is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. Both bedrooms are equipped with A / C and one bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom, Ensuite. Second bedroom has a bunk bed and a bathroom outside with shower.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI in all rooms, Parking included, Coffee maker, Microwave, Smart TV and much more!

The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels in one set per person.

We stayed at the apartment for 12 days. For an earlier check-in we paid 39 euros. The apartment is in a central location. Lidl, beach, restaurants is in walking distance. Unfortunately, the apartment is a little out of the ordinary and definitely needs a renovation. Especially the shower partitions/ silicon grout in the bathrooms should be renewed. The kitchen was well equipped: coffee machine, toaster, water surface, microwave, etc. Unfortunately, there was a small ant problem there. Although we didn't leave any food or anything outside. Furthermore, the apartment is very audible, but this is due to the design. It is also important to know that there is plenty of construction in the background and noise nuisance can occur. Communication with the host was very good.

almost all the hosts offer a check-out at 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. that you offer, which is the limit to vacate the accommodation.

Apartment in a superb residence. Incredible pool with room to sit all around. 10/15 minutes' walk from the sea. 3 minutes from Lidl

The apartment is very big and well equipped and the location is great! Communication was great and I really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Well located apartment, 5 minutes walk to the LIDL supermarket, and 10min walk to the beach/playground and restaurants. Communication was always done in advance and in a clear way, and they always responded to the messages. The apartment has several amenities that are to be highlighted such as the generous areas, the smart TV, the capsule coffee machine and the air conditioning. The kitchen is small but functional with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, exhaust and a good fridge. It also has a wonderful balcony with a table and 4 chairs where we always had lunch, plenty of shade and views of the pool. We always had parking space by the apartment. The pool is huge and the water from so much catching with sunshine is "warm", the gardens cared for and with umbrellas scattered along the pool. Overall we had a nice stay and we counted on going back. Thank you
