The apartment is located in a quiet area but only a 10 minute walk to the Shopping Mall where you can get the L1 bus into the centre. The roof area is lovely with views of the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other. Inside the apartment it was basic but clean.

Nice apartment, but needs some work. The kitchen appliances were in poor condition. The microwave owen didn’t work at all. Neither did the stove extractor, so when you fried some eggs for example, the whole kitchen smelled like grease. The coffee maker also had some issues. You had to shake it many times in order for it to boil all of the water. It took around 25-30 minutes to get a half pot of coffee. The door on the fridge opened the wrong way around so every time you opened the door, you scratched your knuckles on the wall. It only takes maybe 10 minutes and a philips head screwdriver to turn the door, so I would recommend doing so. Also for some reason the door shelves were removed from the fridge. The jacuzzi was a nice addition on the very large balcony, but it also had some electrical issues: it couldn’t be turned off. I had to flip the fuse in order to turn the jets off. It would be a five star apartment with great value for money, if these small annoyances would be fixed.

Overall Great 4* Lovely apartment with amazing views. The balcony is the WOW factor. We used it all the time. Pool area lovely quite/No inflatables. Rental company/great key pick up from airport easy and sorted problems out quickly, Sunbeds Hot tub NOTE: Its a taxi ride into the town or you'll need a car as there isn't much except the shopping centre nearby. Not suitable if you have difficulty walking. Some Points: Bedrooms Mirrors needed there isn't any in 3 of them Storage for clothes is limited The ikea beds are great but take valuable floor space banged legs constantly Kitchen. Fridge cooker work tops need an update Lounge/ Dining area Fab use of space enough space for 8 Outdoor Space Fabulous ACE👌 Hot tub could do with update BBQ didn't use as it wasn't clean Car space was an advantage but not easy to park a people carrier. Don't expect anything in kitchen cupboards you need everything. Would highly recommend this apartment

Great apartment and the outside area was large and fantastic. You have an amazing view of the mountains at the back which made for stunning sunsets, and you can see the Sea from the front Of the Terrace. The Jacuzzi was great once the filter was cleaned by the maintenance man. Minor issues were dealt with very quickly and we had a great stay. It’s about 15 mins walk down to the shopping mall and 20 mins back as it’s a steep climb. We had a car space under the apartments and it only took a five minute ride to get the beach. It is a very secure peaceful apartment and the communal pool was very good as well.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. The building's common facilities were in good condition. The apartment was also in excellent condition and all the amenities listed in the description worked perfectly: jacuzzi, bbq, towels, etc. As for the location, it is relatively close to the beach (with a slope). It would be advisable to check pedestrian accesses. Frank and his team quickly answered the questions we had. Highly recommended.

Overall the apartment was very good, the terrace is incredible and rooms and bathrooms very comfortable and in good condition. The bad thing is that the crockery was dirty and we had to clean it before using it, some appliances did not work (toaster, blender...) we also had problems with the hob and had to do without it on the last day. On the other hand, the jacuzzi was in quite a bad condition, we contacted them and one of the comments was that they had to shower before getting in (when it was dirty from the first day) and they didn't give us a great solution either. We emptied it, we cleaned it with a rag and filled it with water from the hose, we didn't touch anything else. On the last day we were told that we were charged an extra cleaning because there was something white in the jacuzzi when we didn't throw anything except water, we just left it acceptable to use it, which should have been like that the first day. In the end, things like this are the ones that disappoint.

Great beautiful apartment with a large roof terrace and jacuzzi. Kitchen with plenty of items, bathrooms and bedrooms neat and clean. Quiet (but on hill) apartment, within walking distance of beach and shops. Pool was unfortunately not accessible, which we would have preferred to know in time. Furthermore, a great apartment with enough space for a large group.

The place was clean, located close to the sea. The city center is further away, we took the vehicle to get there. To know that there are uber!!! When it comes to bedding, it would be necessary to change the mattresses of 2 bedrooms out of 4, the people who slept in the 2 bedrooms were very badly slept very badly. We had an issue with the hot tub, it smelled very bad and there was sand at the bottom but the problem was resolved in a few hours! We returned from the walk the water had been changed, and a new hair dryer was dropped off for us at the entrance because I had indicated that it was broken. Very quick troubleshooting! The barbecue was not clean, the railing on the entire terrace completely rusted, that didn't stop us from having a nice stay. The hot water in the shower takes a long time to get hot. To my taste, it would take a refresh in the apartment. Communication with the host was impeccable! I would recommned this property.

But Airbnb and the landlord took the issues seriously and got the errors fixed quickly, so we had a great stay the😊 apartment is in a lovely place, with beautiful views and walking distance to the city and beach. The place generally needs an upgrade.

We stayed at the apartment for three nights and had a great time. The rooftop terrace was huge with great views both inwards towards the mountains and some overlooking the sea. It blew a lot when we were there so it was perfect with the glass doors that provided wind protection to the part that knew the sea. There was perfect sunny location for breakfast/lunch. And the rest of the terrace for evening sun. The hot tub was nice to sit in at night. It took about 10-15 minutes to get down to the beach where there were restaurants open even in February. We are very happy with our stay!

Large home good for family or several friends, lovely roof terrace,very spartan, broken curtains and dirty furniture. 2 of 4 rooms had good beds. There was no kitchen equipment for 6-8 people but good treatment of the host who fixed ex new coffee makers and wine glasses quickly .

Beautiful place the views were amazing sun all day long .very clean and tidy . There were a few issues but these were sorted out as soon as possible . ( due to being over Christmas) . There is a path to the mirimar centre that takes about five minutes but very steep when you want to come back we got a taxi which was €4.60 . There was everything you needed as it says in the advert washer ,dishwasher , good cooking facilities . The only thing not enough cutlery and may be could do with some more mugs and bigger drinking glasses. The pillows needed replacing they were very thin , the beds were comfy and the bedding clean as were the towels . The hot tub was great and also the outside sitting facilities were good .the only let down the tv was only in Spanish although it was a smart tv it was not connected to the internet . Over all we enjoyed our stay and would book this place again .thank you to costarentals for all your help while we sales there.

The apartment was clean and tidy, nice views of the mountains and sea. The hot tub was nice for relaxing in the evening. it's a 15 min walk to the beach. 30 mins walk to central fuengirola. It's a quite neighborhood but there was music from concert till late on the weekend. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a week's stay. we had a lovely holiday.

We had a great stay, were happy with the apartment and service from Costa Rentals. Views are outstanding and the space was a surprise when we entered. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Apartment was clean apart from a couple of stained pillows and chair. We had a crack in the kitchen door glass and issues with door locks which the team quickly addressed . The patio doors are still hard to lock. The front bedroom would benefit from somewhere to store clothes it only had a bedside table. The outside space is palatial in terms of size, the loungers, soft chairs and dining area were really appreciated – an umbrella would have helped. A touch of paint on the rusty balustrade would transform the space. The pool area was lovely, clean, safe and quiet. We hired a car so appreciated the underground parking, would recommend you reverse all the way into the designated parking spot. The apartment is great as near the castle, with a quick walk to the beach. Many thanks, we had a great stay.

We arrived at the apartment on the Saturday about 6-30 but didn't get in until the Sunday afternoon due to lack of clear instructions as where to find the key box because of this it cost us 300 euros for hotel rooms Saturday night. After this initial stress we had a lovely holiday. The apartment is very spacious clean and comfortable everything you need for your holiday but on the night time we were unable to turn jacuzzi of cleaning mode so was a little noisy for the back bedrooms. It was lovely to have the use of the jacuzzi and the rooftop is a suntrap but has some shaded areas to relax. Overall a lovely place and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful, large and spacious apartment. Lots of amenities, a hot tub, and a stunning patio. A pool is also available, little space in the parking lot for a large car. During peak hours, low hot water pressure ( normal in Spain). Dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Plus a welcome package. Lots of cooking utensils, big kitchen facilities.

The apartment is spacious, the rooftop location with jacuzzi, view of the mountains and sea, is really a plus. The linen and towel service as well as the cleanliness of the premises is to be highlighted. Still a few points to improve (hot water distribution! Kitchen equipment...) But which will undoubtedly be taken into consideration by our attentive host. I recommend it for travellers who want to find a useful and pleasant pied-à-terre to discover the Andalusian coast.

Great apartment, very spacious inside and outside. Well equipped and comfortable. Terrace huge with hot tub and space for sun and shade. Plenty of chairs and sun beds for terrace or to go down by the pool. Pool and garden, often we were the only ones down there in August! Clean pool and garden very well kept. Location great for beach (5 mins over the blue bridge by IPV hotel a further 10 mins and you are on the esplanade with 100,s of bars and restaurants (recommend Japanese, Shaafi's Indian many others were great in old town area 20 mins walk. 5 mins leaving by pool garden gate in the other direction is Carrefour and Miramar shopping centre. Security excellent in the complex. Finally communication and support from Franks team at Costa Rentals is 5 star.

If you like to walk a little, the location is fine. If you have a baby, the equipment for him is not provided, as indicated in the listing. It's possible to rent it. However, specify that you want the tablet for the high chair, otherwise there is none, and the chair does not slip under the table😆. The apartment is clean, but it lacks a lot of love.

The place was in a great location and was perfect as a remote work location for three people, could have easily had at least another person there without any problems. The fact that the jacuzzi was already filled and warm was a nice surprise - everything was taken care of for us! Overall, great place, location, and facilities, would definitely recommend staying there. Might be worth noting that if staying with a bigger group, there might not be enough dishes for everyone simultaneously. We had some initial trouble with getting hot water, but it was resolved quickly.

The apartment was the first big disappointment I have suffered in the years I have been an Airbnb user. I'm going to review the positive and negative points of the stay: The positive points are the proximity to the beach, that the development is very quiet and that the community pool is very good. Private parking is a good plus. On the negative side is everything else: - When we arrived at the floor, right at the agreed time, a girl was doing the cleaning, no one had communicated that we were coming in at 4pm and we had to wait quite a while until the cleaning is over. The person who cleaned was lovely but they had not been told about our arrival. - The terrace of the apartment is in a deplorable state, totally dirty and neglected. The railing is rusty, the paint is terrible, the lounge chairs didn't disgust because of how dirty they were, the armchairs on the terrace were terribly stained, also producing a very important decline. The terrace hadn't even been cleaned for quite some time. - Regarding the beds, some mattresses are more uncomfortable than others, in any case it is very cheap material. The mattresses had no guards, so (in this time of covid) we found the fact of just lying down was quite unsafe. The sheets were very rare as the backsplugs were the size of the mattress but the upper ones were much smaller. They put two sheets on the mattress to try to cover everything. Some pillows didn't even have a cover. We were disgusted to lie on them. - The kitchen was not clean and is terribly neglected. We found open bags of food in the kitchen cupboards, very bad! There were no cleaning products available to us, not even to wash the dishes or put in the dishwasher, but nevertheless they ask you to have all the kitchen utensils clean and put in their place at the end of the stay, it's crazy! The vacuum cleaner wasn't working and there wasn't a simple dustpan, we had to go buy one at the mall. We feel deeply deceived. - The living room has stains on the armchairs, many stains, they are very bad. - The walls of the entire flat are frankly bad, the paint years ago should have been retouched. There are many cracks around the door frames. The truth is that the appearance is deplorable. - The Internet connection is approximately 2Mbps, which is incredible today. - The water heater easily breaks down and has to be restarted for the water to come out hot. It's a complete disaster. We felt really bad in the apartment, we have the feeling of having been cheated and scammed. I would not recommend staying in this apartment.

Large apartment, with a large terrace in good development, a little removed from the beach, although with good communication, we were told that the jacuzzi was going to be fixed, but when we arrived the water was green, with which we were barely able to use it, there were dirty pans and cutlery and the sheets smelled bad.

Fantastic views from terrace, very comfy jacuzzi. Just few minutes by walking from the beach and around 20 minutes from Fuengirola's port. Appartment would benefit from refreshing, but it's definitely not in a bad state.I can only highly recommend Frank and Niki as hosts!

Unfortunately, the apartment was more worn out than the pictures show. It was also very dirty and dingy, bed linen and towels were stained. The hot water was turned off several times a day and the wheels of the sun loungers came loose with each use. The jacuzzi needed a lot of cleaning, it was covered with sand on the bottom. Must give praise to the hosts who were very quick with solutions.

It's a lovely apartment with a great terrace and a super good location, 5 min to the beach and shopping. The Jacuzzi works impeccably and is super nice to use. Unfortunately, there are also some downsides. There is nothing in the apartment that gives cosiness, empty walls, no decorations or plants. Cleaning was very inadequate, my wife started by washing the entire kitchen down, as well as washing off all tables, everything was very cool and not very welcoming. We contacted Frank, and after a few hours a cleaning wife came, but not much praise to her, twice she was about to leave without finishing the most basic cleaning, floor washing, etc. The standard of maintenance of the playground is below average. Frank has been made aware of this, so maybe my feedback will be followed up. If you overlook cleaning and maintenance and lack of coziness, it's a lovely apartment with lots of potential. Claus

The apartment was in a good location, close to the shopping center. The hot tub smelled and the water was dirty. The apartment has 4 chairs in the dining room and 4 sun loungers even if it could accommodate 8 people to stay overnight. One key to the apartment, I don't know if any more have been made. Apartment was at a good place, close to Miramar shopping center. Jaquzzi water smelled and was dirty. There was only 4chairs inside and 4 sunbeds. Only one key to apartment.

everything as told here.. very nice place to stay with amazing town views. BIG and sunny terrace to sunbath with relaxing jacuzzi. Apartments condition is very good overall and quiet place to sleep.. location little bit uphill for senior/bad legged persons to walk. beach and big hypermarket nearby and also not too far away from town centre to walk.. little negative things are what we missed were that had only one working door key set and not enough indoor sitting places to bigger group like us (4 x two person adult groups) , 5 chairs at dining table and one 3-person sofa at combined dining/living room. 3 sunbeds and two separate four chair-tables at terrace. Every bedroom and dining/living room has its own air conditioner/heater. Overall apartment that i could definitely recommend..

Apartamnet met our expectations . Very big apartament was perfect for 3 small families . Jacuzzi whit beatifull view on the top of falt was amaizing. Frank very fast gives as the anserw but we had also one problem : Frank gives as wrong number to the key-holder . Because of that we had a problem and we was there 22:02 . For that 2 minutes key holder want from as 50euro for late check-in. There was a quarrel whit key-holder you definetly want extra money from as. Fortunately after the phoned to Frank we do not need to pay but that cost as our nervs.

Booked for 20th Oct for 7 days. Owner was not fourth coming in telling us that the jacuzzi was broken, it wasn't until we said that we were looking forward to using it that he told us!, which was approx 7 days before we were due to travel. Too late to start looking for somewhere else to stay as im disabled and can't be messing around like that, but was told the jacuzzi would possibly be fixed before we arrived as the part to fix it was in Madrid customs (approx 5 hours away), so we just hoped for the best. We arrived to be greeted by a rep who let us into the apartment. When we asked about the jacuzzi he told us that they had the part and were coming on monday to fix it, this was a complete lie, because we found out that the part was still in Madrid!. We were not happy about this because as we told the owner, the MAIN reason for booking the apartment was because of the jacuzzi. Eventually on the friday, the day before we were due to leave, the owner contacted me to say that the part had arrived and that the engineer was coming to fit it. Turned out it was the wrong part!. I did request a refund of 30 euro per day for non use of the jacuzzi, which I did receive eventually, but not before I did it via the AirB&B resolutuion centre. I feel that I was lied to about this from start to finish. The apartment itself needs a fair bit of TLC, there were big deep marks on some walls, damp patch under one window, stain on toilet seat, the safety handrails around the outside walls need a lot of attention, especially on the ends where they had actually rusted away and left nasty holes for a youngster to put their fingers onto. The sliding glass doors do not have any safety warnings on, my 4yr old grandson walked into them twice thinking that they were open!. There were NO instructions for ANYTHING in the apartment, so we had to find out for ourselves how to use the cooker, tv, microwave, etc. The sea front is approx a 10 min walk, but if you want to get to the start of where the main eating places and shops are on the sea front in fuengirola then its probably nearer to a 30 min walk at least!. Would not stay here again!.
