Spacious apartment and nice balcony from the sun. Directly in the vicinity of the apartment not attractive. Complex though. Beautifully carried out construction, safe and luxurious. New inventory, complete. No traffic noise. Clean and well maintained garden and pool. No chairs. Host easily accessible and proactive. Minor irregularities resolved immediately

The pros: new, moderm and comfortable apartment; spacious and well-equipped. Nice pool. Supermarket 5-7 min walk. The cons: very noisy due to building works all around. At least 15-20 min walk to beach and nice restaurants -which can be a challenge with children as it's a steep walk up on the way back. Driving to the beach and historic centre would also be challenging as parking can be tricky especially during high season. Check-in is later than average (4pm) and check out earlier than average (10am) You are not dealing with the owner but with a company. In my experience, owners are better hosts as they care about your stay and experience.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - Pool opening dates vary a lot so please ask us to be sure the pool is open. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive poweruse could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen and towels per person is included, pool towels costs 3€/towel - Possible that you need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival, however day before arrival you will get all information as its depends. - we can order you transfer, ask us about the price. - early check in/late check out may be possible, we do take a fee for that, fee depends on the time, few days before arrival/ check out you will get a message if that is an option. - Throw rubbish away
