The villa is located in La Capelliana, between Fuengirola and Benalmadena, which is a quiet and safe residential area within walking distance to the beach and Fuengirola's 8km long promenade. It is 950m to the beach from the house and about 1200m to the nearest supermarket, cafe and restaurants.
The space
When you step in through the door, you are greeted by an airy hall and a large and bright living room with a fireplace, smart TV with a wide range of TV channels and 2 comfortable sofa beds. From the living room you come out to the cozy terrace and garden. The kitchen is completely newly renovated and fully equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and much more. There is also a dining area for up to 5 people indoors and also a dining area on the terrace outside.Master bedroom upstairs has a large double bed and a private bathroom with bath and shower, here you also come out on the cozy terrace with sea views and sun all day. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom with shower also upstairs and at the entrance.
The pool is newly renovated and can be heated at an additional cost (30 € per day)
The house is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, dishwasher and washing machine, WIFI, smart TV, kettle and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

You must advise at least 4 days prior to arrival if you want us to activate the pool heating as it takes some time to heat up to desired temperature.It will cost 30€ per day for the electricity and it is paid in cash on arrival.
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

The house was a good size and accommodated our group of 12. The view from the top balcony is gorgeous, but be warned that the area is extremely hilly and the entrance to the house is on a very steep hill. The house was fairly clean when we arrived, but it didn't look like the floors were mopped. The comforters for the beds were bare and stained and the pillows were extremely flat, so if you have neck problems, please bring your own. There isn't much you can walk to from there, we had to Uber everywhere. We also had to buy the basics for the house, because they provided very minimal supplies, i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Another warning, you have to take the trash out to the community receptacles, which are down the hill from the house. Going down is fine, but coming back up is a trek. We had a few issues with the lights in the house and they did send someone to fix those issues, so there were no issues with communication. Overall, it was an ok stay.

Firstly I would like to say thank you so much, what a fantastic family holiday. Theres a couple of things we would like to mention in regards to our stay, one being if you have young children, I would advise hiring a car as the villa is in a very hilly area, we would have struggled to go anywhere with the kids without a car. Another is the villa could have been supplied with better cooking utensils and cutlery, as we only had plastic cutlery to prep and eat our food. We couldn’t find access to a mop which was unfortunate as my one year old loves crawling round on the floor but by the end of the week the floor was very dirty. Communication on the last day could have been slightly better as we requested late check out but cleaners turned up at 10am anyway - in regards to this, it was sorted very quickly and promptly after the cleaners called them. All in all, we had an amazing stay here. It was clean and in a beautiful area. We would recommend staying here & would come here again.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Great villa, private pool and great for kids to play and make enough noise. Great for self catering and family. Booked for a party of nine people (4 adults, 3 teens and two younger children) accommodate us well, enough sleeping space and bathrooms. Located on a very steep hill. Ok going down but coming back up got an Uber that charged 5euros. Some of the group walked back up so it does depend on your fitness level. Overall lovely area. Was quiet but I think it depends when you go. We went end of October when a lot of things had closed for end of season.
