Lovely spacious apartment in a great location. Fabulous views across the sea and right next to the Parke de Paloma. So peaceful, just what we needed after visiting a couple of cities. Thanks for a lovely stay and hope we can return.

We stayed in Frank's apartment for the 2nd time and we had another fantastic stay. The apartment was super clean, exactly as in the photos and with a beautiful view. The location is ideal, check-in and check-out was very easy and the apartment has everything we needed. The contact is fast and welcoming. We would love to come back and we absolutely recommend it!

The apartment was amazing, in a fabulous location with outstanding views from the terrace. It was a very spacious apartment for 2 people and was well equipped with plenty of storage space in the many rooms. I would highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again. To help we had difficulty locating the entrance gate until we realised it was around the side of the building not in the front. It is next to the Lola Restaurant, also as we were on the 4th floor we were pleasantly surprised to find a lift which is right by the apartment

This was our 3rd stay at this apartment and hopefully will return some time soon It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and is well situated within easy reach of bars restaurants and supermarkets. It’s also close to the Paseo and beach and Paloma Park is across the street

We have just spent 10 nights in this excellent apartment. Very spacious, well appointed and equipped, quiet, private, fabulous views and great location. The shared pool also very good, with plenty of sun loungers available. The kitchen is well equipped including store cupboard ingredients which is very useful. Wonderful view of the mountains in the morning from the tread mill - a lovely start to the day when it was a little cooler followed by further exercise in Paloma Park which is well worth a walk. We can't wait to book again!

The location of the apartment was excellent and the view was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our three week holiday. Overall the place felt like home after only a few days and we would definately recommend it.

Very nice apartment close to many bars restaurants and supermarkets. Parque de Paloma is an amazing place to walk around and is just across the street. The beach and paseo is a short stroll downhill. The apartment itself is a little quirky but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. This was our second time here and have booked again for November

A lovely apartment that has so many useful amenities. Although not easy to find once settled in we loved the place. The decor, and size of the place was really impressive. The pool, and the next door high quality restaurant and superb local make it on of the best places we have stayed. Loved the roof terrace…. Can’t wait to go back!!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks. We didn't have the best of starts as there was confusion over the precise address of the apartment and, as the agents knew, we were arriving in the early hours and ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment and disturbing the residents there! Very arkward and embarrassing. Once located, the apartment suited us, was of reasonable size, clean, with super comfy bed and modern bathroom. Balcony off the lounge with access up to private roof terrace. Main pluses for us were it's location, over the road from the park and 15/20 minutes to most areas of interest. The complex is extremely quiet with little noise from other residents and no noise from roads etc, we both slept really well. Ample storage space in the apartment. Cannot comment of the sauna as we chose not to use and although we were keen to use the running machine we were unable to due to problems with plugging into socket that agents didn't respolve despite several requests.

We have just returned after having stayed in this apartment for one month. It’s in a great location next to Paloma Park. It’s a 5 minute walk down to the Paseo and beach. There are many restaurants bars and supermarkets close by. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped with stunning views out to sea from the spacious balcony. Whilst there, we booked it again for a shorter break in May and really look forward to staying there again

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It is well equipped and was spotlessly clean on our arrival. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to the beach and 15minutes walk to the station with direct trains to Málaga. A lovely park across the road for early morning runs and a local cafe for refuelling afterwards. The views from the roof terrace are stunning. Frank and his team were responsive and helpful. We plan to return!

Pleasant accommodation as described. We found everything we needed and felt great. Nice terrace with a great view. The pool in the residence is really a plus, we loved going with our son. Communication with Franck was good, we had all the information thanks to him. Apartment close to everything: restaurant and beach shops. I would recommend this place 🙂

The apartment was great, everything we expected from the photos and Frank's explanation. The problems were unclear from Costa rentals who work on behalf of Frank regarding instructions on where to find a keybox and what we were actually looking for. Also, it was confusing which block the apartment was situated in as there was no clear signage on the ground floor with directions for the 4th floor. We also felt let down on check out by Costa Rentals after completing their checkout information and requesting an airport transfer that never arrived. we requested a transfer via two separate emails, which they said they didn't receive. Overall, Frank's apartment is lovely, and we really enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend it. But clearer instructions would be beneficial to future guests.

Frank's appartment is beautiful with lovely views from the terrace. It is extremely well stocked and squeaky clean. The only problem I had was locating the lock box on arrival and finding the appartment once inside the complex.

We had an enjoyable stay at Frank‘s place. The apartment is exactly like how it’s described, very clean and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the roof top when the sun is out. The view from there is amazing, overlooking the sea and the mountain. Overall we would definitely come back if we are in Malaga.

We stayed for 11nights, absolutely perfect, no need for car as buses and trains within minutes to get to. The views from the apartment and roof top terrace stunning. Easy check-in. Quick response if you need to know anything. We have booked again for our anniversary weekend. We have been going to Benalmadena for 11 years now and this apartment is by far the best we have stayed in. Thank you Frank .

This place was like paradise. It was very clean, very spacious with the most beautiful views of the Mediterranean, the pool and gardens, the mountains, and the park. The water pressure was great in the shower. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. Honestly this was the best Airbnb that we had ever stayed at. The other Airbnb's were wonderful but this one was over the top awesome! I can't say enough good things about it, it was perfect. We were sad that we had to leave. But, we plan to come back as soon as possible. I would recommend Frank's place.

Our 23 days at Frank’s place was thoroughly enjoyable and very comfortable. Grounds are outstanding with a beautiful view and lovely pool. Nice patio furniture. All appliances were in working order. It would have been nice to know what the settings were on the washing machine. A keyless entry system would be nice instead of all the keys.

Fantastic apartment in a good and quiet complex with a beautiful pool and lovely area. A slightly fun floor plan that worked really well for us. Good beds and everything for the kitchen. Wonderful views from both the balcony and roof terrace. The only downside was that the key box was broken when we arrived and we couldn't get in touch with the host until noon the next day. But otherwise everything was great and we would return next year if it was not rented out.

Fantastic apartment close to the beach and park. Lots of things nearby for families. Apartment is spacious and has lots of different rooms. Amazing view of the sea! The complex it is part of has great pool and restaurant bar area where the staff are very friendly.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Although listed as a one bedroom apartment, the gym/sauna room had a single bed set up for us (it is a good sized room). We didn't use the sauna (July). Roof terrace was amazing and great to watch the sunset behind the mountains. Lots of great views from this apartment. Very short walk to the beach. From the beach there is a long prom to which takes you to the marina. Lots of bars/restaurants in walking distance. The park across the road is really pretty with a nice playground that has lots of shade. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk up the hill (making the journey downhill when returning with supplies). We had a great time.

Frank's apartment is amazing and located in a lovely area, close to almost everything. We arrived by train and it was super easy to check in. Communication was very easy and we got quick answers to our questions. The apartment has a lovely view and we enjoyed running on the treadmill. We were also pleasantly surprised by the pool. We will not hesitate to come back.

Just came back from a 2 week stay in this fantastic apartment. It is absolutely immaculate throughout,with everything you need and more .It is very spacious with fabulous large balcony and beautiful roof terrace which is lovely to sit and have a drink and watch the sunset.The apartment is ideally situated for everything Benalmadena has to offer ,very close to the beach ,nice walk along to the Marina and large supermarket just up the road .I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would definitely return ,it made our holiday

This is a fantastic apartment with stunning views, and situated in an ideal location for getting to most places on foot. The apartment is very spacious with the added surprise of a roof terrace for all day sun. Fabulous and spacious kitchen and extremely clean throughout The facilities are perfect with added extras, like a running machine and a sauna. This is our second visit and we find it to be a most pleasant place to enjoy a stay in the sun.. Communication is always excellent and nothing is too much to ask .. Brilliant place ..

Very cosy and welcoming apartment! We felt at home and really enjoyed our stay! The bed is super comfortable and there's everything you might need. This is a fantastic Apartment with brilliant views of the sea and the mountains. The Apartment has great facilities. It was very clean and tidy. You will find a well equipped Apartment with all your needs catered for, the Kitchen is well laid out with plenty of space and the bathroom too. The living area is very spacious, with a fantastic TV. The swimming pool is also conveniently situated close by. There is a Sauna and running machine, which we didn't use however it was an added extra. The terrace is fantastic and the separate terrace above the Apartment is another wonderful surprise The location is such a bonus being close to just about everything, it really is ideal and we found we were close to all the local amenities.

Good stay and good apartment, but the description shows that there is a particular penthouse, which we could not enjoy. In fact, I asked before I arrived that he was his own and he didn't tell me anything about him being in construction.
