Welcome to this luxury apartment in the newly built Middel Views with pool, gym, private parking and 5 minutes walk to the beach and the lovely promenade of Fuengirola.
The location of the apartment is the best imaginable in El Higueron because Middel Views is located at the bottom of the hill, it is also possible to walk the short walk to the beach, if you do not feel like hanging out at one of the 2 pools with children's pool that Middel Views has to offer. There is also a fully equipped gym
Further into the apartment you have the living room with a fantastic sea view, dining table with 6 chairs, a spacious corner sofa in front of the large Smart-Tvn.
From the sunny terrace you have a beautiful view of the Mediterranean that you can enjoy in the comfortable lounge group, the sun loungers or during breakfast at the dining group.
Further into the apartment you have 4 bedrooms where 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each and the third bedroom has a double bed and the master bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Dishwasher and Washing machine, Private parking, access to gym and pool and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

Excellent place to stay. Worked really well for our big family community with people of different ages. The hill was quite heavy to get to the place to stay, but the uber cycle was reliably needed. Smart layout and super clean and smart, functional spaces. Peaceful pool and gym area.

A truly stunning and upscale accommodation that exceeded expectations. The host was flexible and communicated quickly. The subway station is conveniently adjacent to the ease of mobility. A private garage space where it's convenient to park, for example, a rental car for the duration of the holiday. The climb from the beach to the accommodation is quite steep, so it's a good idea to prepare for this.
