The space
Outside on the terrace you are greeted by tall banana plants, orange trees and well-kept hedges, there is lounge furniture, sun loungers and a dining area, as well as a private swimming pool (unheated). The kitchen of the villa which is on the left when you enter is fully equipped and of excellent quality, here there is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, micro, toaster as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. One floor higher in the villa there are 2 bedrooms with their own balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, both bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning with both heating and cooling. By the pool, as part of the accommodation, is a guest apartment with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and sofa bed. The house is also fully equipped with WIFI, international TV channels, private parking, private pool, dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and much more. Cleaning costs include one set of towels and bed linen per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability.The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

Fantastic villa in a brilliant location. The villa was very spacious and well set out and beautifully kept. The location is ideal as Mijas Pueblo is only 5 minutes by car and you can get down to the coast in less than 10 minutes. We very much look forward to a return visit very soon.

Franks villa was beautiful. It had everything you needed for a holiday. Communication was brilliant. It was very private and peaceful, mijas was a 4/5 minute drive which was perfect! The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but one message and the pool people were there the same day! Couldn’t fault it. The only negative thing I could say was some rooms were a little dated and some outside furniture was a little worse for wear. We would love to come back next summer and already looking at dates!
