When you enter the house you are greeted by a bright entrance with the elegantly furnished living room right in front, the beams are exposed and give a luxurious and hasty atmosphere while all the furniture is of the highest quality. In the living room there is a Smart TV, sofas with room for everyone to sit, a dining table and a secluded space where you can sit and work quietly if needed.

The space

Outside on the terrace you are greeted by tall banana plants, orange trees and well-kept hedges, there is lounge furniture, sun loungers and a dining area, as well as a private swimming pool (unheated). The kitchen of the villa which is on the left when you enter is fully equipped and of excellent quality, here there is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, micro, toaster as well as plenty of crockery and cutlery. One floor higher in the villa there are 2 bedrooms with their own balcony overlooking the Mediterranean, both bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning with both heating and cooling. By the pool, as part of the accommodation, is a guest apartment with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and sofa bed. The house is also fully equipped with WIFI, international TV channels, private parking, private pool, dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms and much more. Cleaning costs include one set of towels and bed linen per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability.

The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

Other things to note

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
In accordance with current regulations, due to the ongoing drought in Andalucia, the use of water for filling and refilling swimming pools is prohibited from 1 October. ALL SWIMMING POOLS will remain CLOSED from 30th of September 2024 until further notice.

We had a wonderful few days. The location is very quiet, ideal for relaxing and quiet sightseeing. You need the car for any scrolling (it's the counterpart to tranquility). Highly recommended.

Top clean, modern and chic house with well-kept property. Plenty of space for many people with a variety of bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need and the pool is super nice. Loungers and chairs available for the outdoor area. Towels were provided. Small deductions: - No dryer available - No air conditioning in the living/dining room -Brill available nothing usable without a gas bottle Overall a great house recommended.

The villa was as described and was very clean. Kitchen had all you needed. Lots of cutlery, pots pans, cups etc. Coffee percolator, bean grinder, milk frother & kettle. Beds were really comfortable. Lots of seating outside. I went with the family and elderly mother, having the self contained annex work really well as it was all on ground level. So peaceful and secluded with lovely views to the coast and also Mijas. Would highly recommend this villa and we would not hesitate in returning.

Very nice and clean house. The beds were too soft.The instruction to use the TV aren’t clear.
