It was a nice location, close to the beach. Beautiful and clean apartment, mega large roof terrace and private parking. Good explanation and quick response from host. It was just quite noisy. The neighbors heard us chatting on the balcony in the evening. They didn't have a holiday, of course ;) Had a very nice stay.

Great stay at Carvajal beach. The apartment was great for our family with a nice shared pool in the complex, easy access to the beach and 15 minute walk to train station. The only issue is there are no large local supermarkets, it was a steep 45 min walk up the hill to get a proper shop but there are some local shops for basics near the beach. Gecko bar is great for late night drinks for adults (and serves good tacos). We went to Pacos Chirringuito for dinner which I also recommend. The best part was the roof terrace. This had a great view of the ocean and is a great place to sunbathe during the day or watch the stars at night. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice apartment with great views. Clean and fresh. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet area. We enjoyed ourselves, had no car but went by taxi or train where we were going. Everything worked well, clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Exactly as described. Honestly, for the price, I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't! Great little flat with terrace and bbq, as well as lovely quiet shared pool. Surroundings are nice and chill. Couple of lovely bars nearby as well as nice restaurants and the beach is pretty much on your doorstep! The only thing to be aware of if you're considering is that the property is up quite a steep hill from the beach and the main street. It's manageable, but if anyone in your party has mobility issues you might want to consider alternatives.

It was our first Spain vacation and we are completely satisfied. We enjoyed our breakfast on the balcony. The sound of the sea and the view were great. The facility is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The beach a few meters away was perfect. By rental car we made very nice excursions to Malaga, Nerja, the Alhambra, etc. We will be happy to come back.

Nice apartment with good views and lovely terrace. Good for the purpose. Disadvantage: many ants in the kitchen and even though we got help with ant cans quickly, it didn't help. It probably takes a bigger round against pests. Also many loud dogs in the area and one opposite the living space used the terrace as a dog toilet. Not very nice views of a lot of dog poo. But good communication between costarentals and us👍

All in all the place is good, located in a good area with great view. The beach is a few minutes walk from the apartment. Frank is helpful and answers soon.

Beautiful Apartment, pool and beach access easy, only drawback is that the parking wasn't described/qualified in the email to us as an underground (basement) parking, the entrance location (had to go outside main gates to enter at another point) and how to access which was not obvious to us when we arrived (note that it was late at night, 1am making it bit more confusing). Overall though, this is a lovely apartment and had all that was needed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean and looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. There were even beach chairs, swimming tires and a parasol that we took the short path to the beach. Unfortunately, during our week-long stay, one of the two pools was closed for a few days, but that was not a big problem: the second pool was still quite empty and the beach was a few minutes' walk away. We always got a parking space at the apartment and can only recommend the apartment!

Very clean apartment with lovely views and all the amenities you might need. The development was very well+maintained and peaceful. it was close to the beach and easily walkable to the railway station which was great for trips and getting to and from the airport.

We loved our stay at the apartment and the terrace was beautiful. The apartment is in a great location. So close to the beach and a short walk into town or a short taxi into a more lively town. Accessible for public transportation and the facilities were perfect. Great value for money.

Excellent accommodation, on the edge of 2 busy areas, where you are at a reasonable short distance away. Beautiful coffee maker Jura, some small flaws of kettle and umbrellas.

Beautiful apartment, large roof terrace and balcony. Close to the beach and a strip with several eateries. About half an hour drive to Malaga town where it is also very nice. We have made great use of the 2 swimming pools, but a pity that there are no beds there. For the rest, enjoyed our stay!

We had a great holiday The apartment was above expectations. Especially the roof terrace was a great plus! Also the distance to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Only the distance to a supermarket is actually too far without a car. Car rental is actually a must.

Lovely clean apartment, had everything we needed for our stay and had a great balcony and roof terrace for enjoying the sun. The gorgeous beach was only a few minutes walk away and the apartment was within walking distance of shops restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this apartment if you are planning on visiting this area in Spain.

Apartments best part was the view to the sea - amazing! Apartment was clearly newly renovated and heating worked well (not always happening in Spain). We used the upper terrace only little but smaller balcony was great! I would have hoped to have better instructions and correct keys to the garage. Also basic instructions for heating, tv and kitchen machines would have been needed - we used internet to cover those.
