Apartment was nice and spacious. But the small details were not perfect. Kitchen is poorly equipped eg. no wine bottle opener or functioning frying pan. Dishes were dirty when arrived and no washing up liquid. After asking got one dishwasher tablet. And as it is said, the courtesy set is only for the beginning. So you have to buy everything yourself: toilet paper etc. Apartment is neat, although a bit outdated. Air conditioner was making a loud noise on the balcony and it sounded like it needed repair. Doorphone recorded all the sounds from the apartment and played them at the gate even though it was turned off. Everyone on the street could hear us talking inside. So no privacy at all. Was fixed after a couple of days. The pool is nice but poorly maintained. Filter system and showers stopped working. We tried to ask the renter why, but they didn't want to solve the matter. At end of stay beware that you can't leave yard without a key if someone has locked gate to the street.

The apartment looked just like the photos. Had plenty of space. The sun terrace was lovely, sunny & private. The location was between Torremolinos & Benalmadena so you could walk to either. On a quiet peaceful road.

Lovely big peaceful terrace got the sun all day, nice big comfortable beds, everything you need was at hand to make it feel a home from home. Could do with a couple of hand rails to help getting in the over the bath shower. Although there was a separate walk in shower. Was a 10 to 15 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Slightly downhill on way out so slightly uphill on way back. 20 to 25 mins to benalmedina marina or carihuela beach with all the lovely beach restaurants. Overall a very pleasant stay

The home is wonderfully secluded from the most central area, but still within walking distance of the boardwalk, the main street, and the harbor. There's a lot of space and the rooftop and balcony with awnings were great places to stay where we enjoyed eating meals. We were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space. I think if adults are staying in the bunk bed, they will probably be woken up when you turn around, as it squeaks a lot, but it was no problem with our small children.

Good and comfortable house. On the site, it is not visible that there is no plumbing on the upper floor by the main bedroom. So that means down the spindle staircase if you need to pee. There are also no hanging cabinets upstairs. The sunbeds for sun beds are dirty. So order large beach towels. A compliment to the kitchen. This one is very well equipped. Anything you need is present. When we were there and it rained hard, there was leakage in the upper bedroom. You can also see it on the ceiling. We were there for four weeks. We asked for clean sheets during the period. They were delivered promptly. The communication with the back office of Costarentals was very good.

Great duplex apartment with fab sun terrace catches the sun all day. Great location 5 minute walk to Lidl for all your shopping. 10 minute walk to beach and harbour loads of great bars and restaurants. Loved Benalmadina . Easy transfer from the airport cost 30euros didn’t not need a car to get a round really great bus and train services . Lovely pool no loungers around the pool but we brought some lilos which did the job. Pool does close between 3-5pm which is not great time wise but not a major issue . Would definitely recommend .

We really enjoyed our stay at Franks apartment/villa. It’s very spacious and the double balcony on the top floor is a real treat. The apartment was clean and is in a good location. However, the walk down the hill is much easier than the walk back up 😂 Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic, large apartment. Dark at night if you arrive late particularly upstairs but had everything needed for a fab stay. Quiet at night. Not too far a walk to the main Harbour. Well catered for with local, large supermarkets all within walking distance.

A fantastic apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. It’s positioned between Benalmadena and Torremalinos , and a short 10 min (or so) walk from El Pinilo train station. We stayed here for 9 nights with 4 adults and two children (3years and 4 months). The area is very hilly so pushing prams in the heat often was very hard work. The pool area is lovely but shuts between 3-5 in the afternoon which we often found annoying as that would be the time we’d be home and want to cool down in the pool. Be VERY aware of your keys. There are two sets and if you leave one set in the door by mistake and exit the apartment you will not be able to get back in. We had to pay over 300€ to get a locksmith to do 3 seconds of work to get back in. The internet and sky didn’t work and we messaged asking for help to fix it but none was given. As we weren’t too bothered we just left it but for others this might be an issue. Overall we did have a lovely holiday and I would recommend the apartment (especially if you plan to hire a car).

Had a nice family holiday here, apartment had everything you need, only 10 minute stroll down to Benalmadena marina and set in a quiet location, pool gets direct sunlight all day so is always warm. If we return to this area would not hesitate to book again

Spacious apartment with everything that you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Property is on 3rd floor but has elevator access for those who can't face the stairs. Balcony off the main living room gave plenty of shade and overlooked the pool. The roof top terrace is the place to top up that suntan, but also has an awning for shade if required. Communal pool was easily accessed, never too busy and perfect just to cool off. About 700 - 800 metres from beachfront and is on a bit of a hill, but that is offset by neighbourhood being pretty quiet and decent surroundings. Enjoyed our 2 week holiday there!

The apartment is a blast, it's very new and very well conditioned, we loved it. The beach is a 20 minute walk, so you're taking a walk . The pool is great , the only thing is that from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm can't be used and that limits a little, but it is very well cared for and clean, both the pool and the garden. I highly recommend it, we will repeat fixed.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, for a family of 6 or more has everything to spend a good holiday, the kitchen is very well equipped, the only downside it would put is the distance to the beach that is 20 minutes walk, so you have to use the car to go to the beach, which is impossible to park, otherwise it is perfect and very comfortable

Large functional apartment with everything you need, exceptional sea and mountain views. Very good pool. The team was very responsive for my TV issue. Great stay. We will be back. You can take a taxi for about 6 euros to reach the torremolinos center.

Lovely stay, accommodation was just as stated. Would recommend this stay. Superb communication throughout.
