The space was spacious and functional inside. Of course, the villa is clearly old, and there are signs of use, for example, on the floors. The doors were mainly locked with a hut. However, the scenery made up for these shortcomings, it was the best part of the listing.

The hosts were very nice and easy going. They responded faster than expected to questions, providing helpful information about the stay. The view and outdoor area were great, some signs of wear and tear but nothing more than expected as it is a rental. Very happy with your stay.

Stunning location and easy check in. Only issue was there were a lot of ants in the villa. My friend also slipped in the shower, there needs to be something done to make them safer

Excellent stay. Really fantastic location and a super nice property. There was really only one shortcoming and that was the smell in a bathroom. There it smelled a lot like drainage. Otherwise everything is very very very nice and I was wondering if there is anything better in the whole area. I don't think. Had a very nice week there with my friends. 100% recommendation from my end. You can hardly hear the train, so it's not worth a thought at all.

Me and 6 others stayed at the villa for a long weekend and couldn’t have had a better time. From the moment we booked the villa, Frank and the team were extremely responsive and always answered any questions I had super quickly! When we arrived, check in was extremely easy and the instructions we were given were so clear and made it a stress free experience. The villa itself was spotless and we were able to settle in straight away - it immediately felt like home. The best part of the villa is definitely its surroundings. The view is insane and we spent every morning looking out - even spotting dolphins on our first morning! There’s also a range of lovely restaurants across the road, specifically Mia’s which is a fantastic Italian restaurant we visited twice. Getting around couldn’t have been easier with the train station a 5 minute walk away and a bus stop a 2 minute walk away - both easy and cheap to get into Fuengirola. I’ll definitely be coming back to this villa!

Beautiful , a bit dated house with beautiful views to the sea, nice outdoor terrace, and within nice kitchen sofas and TV! Bathrooms dated, but we were fine! Downstairs house is a busy road (between the house and the sea) and a train track behind the house didn't bother much but you know! Good air conditioning, windows couldn't really open….supermarket nearby, we have enjoyed! On a separate terrace next to the house with a lovely view is now old table with chairs, but cozy lights, so I would put nice lounge and nice dining table myself!

Very nice villa in line with the description. Everything worked fine, but a wide variety of maintenance needs a little here and there. The cleanliness was good and we enjoyed our stay in the house and at the pool. The scenery is spectacular! The train track runs right behind the house and there were sometimes the sounds of the train track all the way inside. But not to be a distraction, as there were no more no voices at night. The house is on a steep hill, so I wouldn't recommend it for people with limited mobility. Communication with hosts went well.

The views and location were two of the main reasons we picked this property, and they absolutely lived up to expectations. Those views are spectacular. We did not tire of them a bit after a week's stay. We spent a lot of time in the pool, though I will note the majority of the pool is over the head of a 6-foot (2m) tall person. We had four kids under the age of 10 and this did not end up being an issue. There are floats (including a new one we bought and left) available to use in the pool. I was concerned about the proximity of the train going in, but this was never a problem from either a sound or security standpoint. The home is very private and has a large footprint. The walk up from the road is very steep, but five adults and four kids 10 and under managed it no problem. There was some wear on the house, cracks in the pool, etc., but nothing that caused us issues or affected our stay. Overall this property is spectacular and lived up to our expectations.

my family and I spent 1 week at the end of july. The house is beautiful and had enough space for a group of 10. the view is amazing and the house large enough for a big group. it was easy to find. if you have a car there is enough parking space. We had a rough start with house gate not opening and the AC downstairs not working. could not get a quick answer so had to drive to office for help. they sent someone and all was fixed. but the garage door never worked properly and had to open it and close it manually. even though the house is beautiful and very big it is in need of some updating. bathrooms are outdated and the pool in need of repairs. kitchnen is fully equipped but the stools need replacing. water pressure upstairs was very weak. almost no water in the master bathroom sink. showers have no pressure as well. linens were clean but the pillows very small and very uncomfortable. at the end of the day we had an amazing vacation and we will never forget that view.

We stayed there for 10 days and it was really nice and pleasant. Check in and check out was very easy. The owners were available and have always responded in a short time and fulfilled almost every wish. The view from the house was wonderful and you had only 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. Definitely recommended.

Villa with a great view and plenty of space. Well-equipped kitchen. BBQ, outdoor furniture- lunch on the terrace with sea view it starts well during the day. It is not new but well maintained and clean. Host responded to our requests quickly. The house is located 5 km from the center of Fuengirola but the walk along the walk is pleasant and several restaurants are close and within walking distance. Easy to use train too. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

As avid Airbnb members and super hosts ourselves we were excited to experience the south of Spain and stay at this Airbnb. Unfortunately, the experience started badly as the location was hard to find, the instructions were unclear and the host did not respond for hours. The host knew we were checking in after dark however did not bother turning on any lights outside or inside the property to assist us with the check in process. The house was freezing at 14 degrees Celsius, and none of the heaters worked. We messaged the host multiple times about the lack of heat with no response... On top of that, the power came on and off throughout the entire stay, to the point where we couldn’t cook dinner for our family. Again, no resolution from the host. We had to check out a day early because the house was uninhabitable. Other things to note; the location is not on the beach, they barely provide anything including coffee or necessary items for the stay, or proper linens. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

unbelievable views from the villa. beach, restaurants and supermarket are all within 3-5 minutes. the villais very spacious with good size of bedrooms and large dining/living room.

Great place with lovely views. Plenty of space and nice outdoor space. There is a railway line right behind the house. The train line is lower than the house so you don't see the trains and the train drove slowly past and was not a nuisance.

Very good accommodation. We were 8 people and plenty of space in the house. Good beds. The kitchen was very well equipped. Walking distance to train and bus and taxi. Ok to go to Fuengirola via boardwalk. A little further to Benalmaldena city centre. We were all very happy with the stay. The weather was brilliant despite November so the pool was used extensively.

Super villa with priceless view. Partially outdated and one or the other could be exchanged, but on the whole, everything is right😀. I can only recommend a wheeled pedestal. We would choose the house again.

The location is great, you can find everything you need in the house. The bedrooms could be more comfortable. the toilets on the 2nd floor are in dire need of renovation. Very early check out until 10am. We were offered to extend our stay for the money. we agreed, and then they withdrew. So disrespectful to guests.

Lovely villa, ideal location (although less suited for anyone with accessibility issues). Close to the beach - but steep! Well equipped, comfy beds. Right near to Carvajal train station, and frequent buses. Air conditioning worked like a dream! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience! The view is something you can’t even imagine! Waking up so close to the beach with the pool waiting for you, this is amazing. Close from everything, really calm and quiet, perfect place for your family. Everything is provided to have the best experience, Nikki and Frank were always there to help as well. If I have to be back in Andalucia this will definitely be the place I’ll look for first. Enjoy!

It is a lovely place. House is old but is mostly renovated very stylishly. House is on a hill and is a very private place, you even have your own garden and pool. There are neighbours and a train nearby but they do not bother you at all. We were 8 people and this was a perfect place for us. There is parking space also if you rent a car. I recommend this place!

This Villa is in a stunning location and although the walk up to it is quite physical in the hot sun, it is well worth it. You feel on top of the world! It feels like a traditional home from home, and despite a few problems that you get in all old houses, there is a chic feel to the place. The views are to die for, and it is very private. We would definitely come back again.
