The villa is In a good location in terms of Dubai and commutable to all areas by car/cab and check in/out was an easy process. The property itself does require maintenance in a number of aspects and if you are a larger group than 3 then additional utensils/cutlery would be needed. Rooms are large and spacious and a good WiFi across the whole house. The community has lots of play areas and Pools are excellent and has 2 supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

Everything was as advertised - location was great for our weekend as we were at the Hamdan Sports Complex which is really close by. Supermarkets are close by, easy delivery from restaurants and instashop.

The sliding glass door latch which opens to the lawn was found broken on check in , we reported the same on the very day we checked in, but till the last day it was never fixed. It was quite inconvenient as it was very difficult for us to access the lawn.
