Nice and modern apartment 50 meters from the beach. Large terrace towards the mountains was perfect after a day in the sun. Only one towel p.p was a little surprising, would have expected at least two, large and small, like hotel standard. Otherwise no complaints.

Fully corresponds to the photos. Direct access to the beach. The apartment is cozy and clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice and large balcony, relaxing there in the evenings is a pleasure. I recommend.

Lovely wee apartment in a great location, the building is right next to the beach and a short walk from the train station. Enjoyed sitting on the sunny balcony in the afternoons - it gets the sun from mid afternoon through to the evening.

Instructions to get there were clear but e.g. location washing machine could be mentioned. Due to bad weather the first 2 days on the terrace and washing machine is behind a door on the terrace. Afterwards, asked if we could leave the luggage for a few hours on the day of departure. Did not receive any response. So location ok, basic o Instructions definitely ok, further communication.... non-existent.

Nice apartment in very good area of fuengirola. Only minus was the very dirty couch and broken chairs at the balcony.

Very nice apartment with a massive terrace. Great location. Big kitchen was a bonus since we mostly ate our own cookings during the stay. Would recommend.

Everything perfect, even the mountain orientation of the terrace was preferable to avoid the sunny hours of the ocean facing terraces.

The apartment was extremely spacious, very well equipped and in the very centre of the town. The air conditioning was excellent and the TV with English channels was great for catching up on news stories each morning. Lovely big back terrace facing the mountains over the roof tops of the many apartments and houses in the tiny backstreets. The terrace was extremely hot and sunny late afternoon and evening.

Nice spot close to lots of nice restaurants. Front door is on the beach line so really handy. Overall nice stay, clean and comfortable. Check in was a bit of a melt, the office said we could check in at 4pm and would try for an earlier check in but it was more like 5pm before we got the keys and the cleaners were still in the flat at that time so just left our bags.

Great apartment in an excellent quiet location close to restaurants and all the other amenities you need when on holiday, I will try use again in the future if returning to Fuengirola.

"sunny terrace" in the title is totally false. The sun shines on the terrace only between 16.30-17.30. The terrace table was really dirty. Some basic needs were missing like kitchen roll/towel and only one toilet paper. Bedroom air conditioner didn´t work and it really cold at night and I got sick. The toilet cabinet door was broken and also the shoe rack. To top it all off they ask me to pay 100€ for the shoe rack that I didn´t even broke. So be careful about this one and film the apartment after check in.

Frank’s place was in a great location and easy to find. The apartment was very clean and had everything you’d need. It was beautiful and the sofa was nice! Communication with Frank went well and they were helpful. Definitely rent this place if you’re going to Fuengirola.

You are right in amongst everything you need in terms of restaurants, bars and min markets etc. and just out the door and across the road to the beach. A well furnished apartment, very comfortable bed and sofa and great kitchen amenities for making yourself dinner. Good size balcony although wished it got more sun during the day but the late sun from late afternoon into evening and watching the sunset. Overall a great stay in Fuengirola, check-in and check out was a breeze and communication prior to arrival and on departure was helpful.

The perfect beach apartment! It’s also near restaurants, supermarkets, shopping etc. Easy communication with the hosts! We were four persons staying in the apartment and it worked fine. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone that wants beach and city nearby.

The apartment is located by the beach, just walk across the street to the playan. When in the modern apartment it is quiet and quiet as it is located against a not busy street. Large and nice patio where we spent time after beach life or city walk, plenty of space to sunbathe or eat in peace

This place is fantastic. It is exactly what it said it is. Clean, well located, on the quiet side of the Passeo Maritimo. Great views from the super large terrasse. Will definitly be going back there again.

Clean and very comfort accommadation with plenty of good equiptments like kitchen tools etc. Just near by the beach - good balcony but not a see veaw.
