The furnishings are modern, tasteful and cozy, the amenities are great, just everything there; but two thin, light blankets in addition to the sheets would be nice. Everything was very clean. Air conditioning was helpful, but turns off after three hours; condensed water containers often need to be emptied. Balcony with sea view great for breakfast. Care by Personal Costarentals without exception very friendly, even if they could not always help immediately. For a second key we had to ask a few times. The location is great, you are in a few minutes' walk on the promenade, on the beach or in the old town. What should be more pointed out: In the area, all parking spaces are subject to a fee and still almost impossible to get; free parking is about a 15-minute walk away. Unfortunately very clairaudient; the apartment next door was celebrated, in the bedroom this was hard to bear. All in all but still recommended.

This home is a full heresy home: Cockroaches appeared on the 2nd day and Franck did something to something only after 15 days after 15 days, we only had 5 days of vacation left Ah yes the photos are beautiful The apartment is very well equipped, but the cockroaches are memorable it ruined the holidays for us The pompom is that Airbnb did not want to take care of anything but we go with them every year

We had a week vacation in Fuengirola, where the apartment was a great starting point. The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. However, we had issues with the air conditioning, which meant that the first night we didn't get to sleep due to the heat. However, we had a lovely time and enjoyed the nice balcony with sea view and the well-equipped kitchen :) However, it should be noted that the apartment is close to the area with bare and clubs, which resulted in us waking up every night from the street. This was due to drunk people shouting at each other as well as a single fight. In addition, we were told that in between each rental, professional cleaning was done. However, we found dead cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets among frying pans, pots, and other dishes. In addition, there were large living cockroaches in the bathroom, which we lingered with throughout the stay. This was not satisfactory: (

Nice apartment. Clean on arrival. Bed was comfortable and it had a balcony large enough to fit two, more that comfortably. You get the sun from early afternoon till sundown more or less. That being said, Air con is on a 2 hour timer, which we found a little inconvenient. The kitchen would benefit from an extractor fan. Lots of noise from the street due to the apartment's central location. Prepare for broken sleep, particularly at the weekend. The building concierge contacted us a few times about the Aircon overflow dripping onto the street. we reported it back to the rental company. We liked the apartment but it's location is both a plus and a minus. very central but lots of noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Franks apartment, The apartment was clean, spacious with attractive furnishings and was well equipped. It was in a very good location within walking distance to lots of local amenities, shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants etc and of course the beach.

Great stay. We did have multiple complaints from neighbours that the A/C was dripping and we tried communicating this to Frank and his team, but nothing happened. Also the communication was not the quickest/best. But overall we had a great stay, the apartment was lovely and super great location, even though it was close to the paseo it was not to much noise. Overall a super experience, and we would come back😊.

A beautiful apartment in the middle of Fuengirola's seaside promenade. I recommend it and I'm sure we'll do it again! Ideal for couples. The only catch that the water in the big artichoke didn't have enough pressure and didn't come out hot. Otherwise, great😊

This apartment is perfectly located to all my favorite restaurants and bars in Fuengirola with easy access to the train to/from the airport. It was perfect for my one week stay for myself while doing a bit of wedding planning.

A very nice and clean apartment , close to everything . We were a little bit sceptic when we saw the entrance door to the apartment, but inside it was perfect.

Nice and neat, well furnitured apartment with great location close to the beach road. Nice small balcony with an ok view. Would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Fuengirola. Note that the sofa is a bedsofa why you can stay up to 3-4 persons in the apartment.

nice place, very close to marbella and málaga :) the apartment was cozy and clean, additionally close to the beach. a bit loud sometimes due to construction works outside :)

Location is great, very close to the beach and restaurants. But the disadvantage is that it can be quite noisy during the night. The bedroom is facing the streets and does not have double glazing windows. So bring your earplugs.

Everything works fine. Location is the key here but all in all this apartment has everything you need from a place. Clean, easy to find, equipped. Close to railwaystation and busstation. Right next to beach. 200m walk to main shopping street also. I can recommend.

In terms of location, quality of the apartment and cleanliness I found this apartment to be excellent and we really enjoyed our stay here. I would have given this stay 5 stars had the host service been better. As I mentioned previously, the person who checked us in wasn't familiar with the property and so was not able to demonstrate simple things like how to start the hot water. I found Franks ability as a host quite poor in terms of communicating with us while we were at the property and assisting us when needed. Two examples of this are as follows: 1) We were advised that Frank would be at the property to turn on the hot water by 11am the morning after we arrived. We advised the host that we needed to be out of the house that morning but we would wait for him to arrive as we needed showers due to the heat. Frank did not arrive by the time he stated and did not answer his phone. We were then advised, after 11am that he would be over later in the afternoon and that he would let himself in. This was unacceptable and provided a very poor experience. 2) We had arranged to check out on the morning of our departure and were informed that Frank would come by and collect the keys (Instead of us leaving the keys behind which is normally how we do it). We advised Frank that this was fine and we would meet him the next morning but we told him that he had to be on time as we had a plane to catch. Frank never showed up. When we contacted his phone a woman answered and said that Frank was in a meeting. So not only did Frank not arrive to collect the keys, he didn't have the professionalism to contact us. This was extremely disappointing. I understand that Frank and his team manage over 100 properties however this should never get in the way of good service. For this reason I would not consider renting an AirB&B from this host in the future.

Spotless apartment and in a great location, close to the beach and centre of Fuengirola. Nice balcony with a side view of the beach. We had everything we needed for a week away and the apartment was tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable too. Unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn't working when we were there so we had to leave the balcony door open. Overall it was a comfortable apartment.
