Welcome to Mijas Golf and this lovely apartment in the resort of Matchroom. Here you live in a first-class complex on the first golf line in front of Los Lagos and Los Olivos.
The apartment is located in a quiet environment on the southeastern part of Mijas golf course and which has communal gardens with two large pools, pool bar (seasonal).
The properties have views of the countryside, the mountains and the golf course.

The space

When you step in through the door you are greeted by a spacious living room and an open plan kitchen, here you have a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and much more.
Furthermore, you have a large dining group for 6 people, a comfortable sofa bed in front of a large Smart TV with several channels. Furthermore, it leads out to the lovely balcony in a south-west facing position with a view of the golf course and the pools in the area.
Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with its own balcony and A / C and the second bedroom has 2 single beds and also there its own small balcony.
There is a bathroom with a bath and shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C, dishwasher, WIFI, washing machine, fridge and freezer, free parking on the street.
The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!
