  At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. Check-in is free of charge from 4 pm. Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 200 € will be charged. Pets are not allowed. We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen a bath towel and a hand towel per person is included, pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price. EXTRA Baby crib: € 39 per stay, on request. High chair: € 39 per stay, on request. Baby package: crib + high chair at € 39 per stay, on request.
