Beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Great location, diverse amenities nearby, and a short walk to the beach. A parking spot in the garage and a spacious rooftop deck. Particularly suitable for couples. Two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great apartment with amazing roof terrace where you get sunshine all day. Rooms are big, AC working well and everything is as shown on the pictures. Location is also great, you are in walking distance to Estepona City Center, but also only a short drive away from Marbella. Gym, Golf, Restaurants, you can find everything here. Communication was great, when the water wasn’t working on a Sunday evening Audrey managed to call a technician and got the problem solved. The only thing which is suboptimal is the garage, if you don’t have a very small car it is not possible to fit in there. But there are enough parking spaces with max. 10 min walking distance, sometimes it just takes a little time to find something. Would definitely come back!

At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. Check-in is free of charge from 4 pm to 11 pm. Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale). Smoking inside the apartment is strictly forbidden. In case of violation a penalty of 200 € will be charged. Pets are not allowed. We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen a bath towel and a hand towel per person is included, pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
