A very good apartment with great facilities and equipment throughout. Good views from large balcony. Close to lots of bars and restaurants. Only slight negative was the fridge freezer broke on day 2 and although response was very quick, it did take a further 3 days to get it replaced.

Excellent location by the beach. Close to the Mercadona store. The perfect terrace, which can be used all day long thanks to its good shading. The big advantage is the parking in the building, which is also suitable for a bigger car (we had 9 local Opel Vivaro). Well-equipped kitchen (but there's only one dish towel, at least one more would be good). I would welcome more towels, didn't get the towels to dry after washing. We had an issue with the AC which the workers were very quick to resolve. The service technicians were very nice and professional. It would be good to state that there is not a closet in one room (separated by a curtain) (it is locked for the owner). Despite the minor shortages, the overall experience of the accommodation was very good. I would pick up the speed of communication and willingness to Costarental staff. I can recommend the apartment 100%.
