The space
The property enjoys a strategic location with beautiful sea, mountain, and city views. It is a non-smoking apartment and comes fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, tableware, and major appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The sleeping area features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed—comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
The outdoor space includes a private terrace complete with a barbecue, outdoor dining area, and solarium, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

This is my first ever negative review on Airbnb. And the apartment is not terrible, but it was not cleaned and several things are broken, there was only one kitchen towel so if you plan to do laundry bring your own towel. The loft is nice but there is no beach view and the tables uspstairs are dusty and the wind shield was not put up, as well as the place to keep things is broken. The neighbours smoke weed and it comes through as the spaces are not sepersted which is not good for kids. The response time and customer service friendless is not as described. The neigbbourhood is the ghetto to be frank, which as not as it appears is the picture where they state their is a beach view, not true. Overall the rooms are nice and the apartment could be great if fixed up and if the host does not manage hundred of apartments perhaps he would have more time to dedicate to this one
