Excellent location in the historic centre. Easily walkable to all the main attractions of Malaga and a variety of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Some reviews mention noise. Possibly because it was winter, and therefore quieter, but we didn't find this to be an issue (and I'm quite noise sensitive).

Firstly i think the check in time is too late. We were offered to pay an additional fee but felt that if the place is ready then why further try to get money from customer. However, We were allowed to check in a little earlier which was appreciated. Apartment was a beautiful top floor with a very steep stairwell- and no lift. Very central location be mindful it is above clubs/bars, so quite loud throughout the night over the weekend. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. We went to Malaga for the marathon and it was very near start and finish.

Place was as described. In the pictures, however, it looks much larger than in reality. But it didn't bother us. There was always enough space for two. Communication was super easy, check-in was well described. An earlier check-in was possible, however, for an additional charge of €30. If there are no previous bookings and no additional expense for the owner, I always find it more hospitable if you can agree on something without extra charge. But that's the way it is. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Super central and everything is within walking distance. However, it should be mentioned that the Spaniards like to sing loudly. Even at 2 o'clock in the morning. That shouldn't bother you if you live centrally. It didn't bother us. Otherwise, the apartment was very nice, but could use a touch up in one place or another, like in the bathroom. But has nothing to do with the cleanliness. It was everywhere.

Such a nice apartment, in a lovely traditional Spanish building. Two great sized bedroom, lovely kitchen and social spaces. The balcony was a great space for four of us to chill and have drinks. The location is also so good, right in the centre with so many bars and restaurants in walking distance. You are on the top floor with no lift so the stairs are abit of a walk. Communication with the host was great, very responsive, flexible and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!

I spent a few nights in Frank's apartment with my adult daughter. Unfortunately, check-in is not until 4:00 pm. The apartment is located in the middle of the entertainment district. It can be reached by a steep staircase. Once you arrive, the effort is well worth it. The apartment is a small gem. 2 beautiful double bedrooms with windows and clean bedding. One of them with a large wardrobe. The bathroom is large, very clean and the shower water comes out with real pressure. The large kitchen is very clean, large refrigerator with freezer drawers, very well equipped and nice dishes. The best thing, however, is the terrace, we spent a lot of time on it. If it got too hot, it had a large awning. We would book the apartment again at any time

Overall our stay was great. Although we were aware the apartment was on the third floor the stairs were challenging with our suitcases. Having the balcony was a big plus. Noise was no issue. Thank you

A wonderful spacious flat right in the heart of the historic old town. Be warned there are 3 flights of narrow spiral stairs to navigate if you have suitcases as it is an old building. Fabulous roomy balcony and very clean and well presented - a great communicative host, thank you.

Rent the apartment on a Wednesday to go from Thursday to Monday. Arramos, we go up andando with our bags 3 stories. When we saw it, we had no choice but to leave the keys inside and look for a hotel. The apartment is not how they try to sell in the photos. It's not an attic, it's a hallway with a balcony. The biggest problem is that in addition to tiny, one of the bedrooms does not have Air Conditioning. The heat was literally unbearable. We told the owner and asked to reach the agreement to pay one night and to return the other two. He declined saying the cancellation policy was clear. Normal, you know if you don't do it like that no one would stay there. It is an authentic scam accompanied by a nefarious care service. If you can, any other option is better.

Nice appartment in the overall. Nice terrace. Really well located in the center. Lot of restaurants nearby et 2 groceries stores. Host reachable and reactive. Can be a bit loudy (especially the smaller room) as the appartment is located between 2 nightclubs. Good for those who want to enjoy the nights in Malaga. The appartment is at the 3rd floor without lift.

The apartment is very nice and well cut. The rooms are all very bright and go around a small courtyard. The terrace on the street side is also pretty. The location is very central, only a few minutes away is a supermarket and a shop where you can rent bicycles. It's also close to the beach. At weekends, however, it is quite noisy on the streets. Malaga is very popular for bachelor parties. There is also a nightclub in the same building.

The apartment was pretty nice. We knew that it is in a very lively neighborhood so the noise from the street was not a problem for us. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and everything is easily reachable by a short walk. The kitchen is well equipped and the rest of the apartment is laid out very nicely. Just the communication was a little bit delayed. But all problems could be fixed.

This is a lovely flat, right in the heart of historic centre of Malaga. Nowhere is far away and there’s loads to see, do, drink and eat! The flat itself is really comfortable and well equipped and the small terrace is definitely a bonus for the outdoor space. During the day it’s a pretty quiet spot but the surrounding streets certainly come alive at night and there is a lot of noise. Having said that it didn’t really bother us too much with the windows closed. We did think we were dealing with a private owner, Frank, but actually it’s rented out through a company which I usually try and avoid as I feel you loose the personal touch and the good spirit of the Airbnb community. Late check-outs are charged in increments and as we were there for 4 nights the one meagre toilet roll meant well had to buy another pack..I hope the next few occupants make good use of them:)

The apartment is surrounded by bars, restaurants and located directly above a nightclub... still the noise is bearable as the apartment is on a 3rd floor accessed by a steep staircase. Otherwise the space totally matches the photos, it is very well decorated and everything worked perfectly. The key is collected by a code in a bar that is 5'-10' walk from the apartment. The code facilitated was not the correct one so we had to wait and make a few calls for a new code to be provided. Check-in process, of course, can be improved.

The apartment is super central and everything is within walking distance. However, you also have to take into account that it can be louder at night, as there are several bars and clubs in the street. Great roofterrace. Nice contact.

The place is very well located, in a neighborhood with a lot of atmosphere, close to all points of interest. As a negative point, depending on what nights you hear a little the music from the pubs downstairs. For everything else, great!

Excellent location with everything on your doorstep. I was a little apprehensive as there were lots of comments about noise in this area. It didn’t bother us at all. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, watching the city come alive.

We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment was exactly what we needed for a few days in Malaga city. Very central. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony. Also when it rained, as you can pull out the sun roof.

Awesome location in lovely Málaga centre. The apartment is in a cozy old house that gives the right feeling of blending in with the locals of Málaga. The balcony is super comfy every minute from morning 'till nightfall. The night life is right there but is of no disturbance if you want a quiet evening.

The host is very helpful and friendly. The apt is spotless, has a cute balcony, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, very central which causes the downside; it's very very loud at nights, since malaga is a partying city it's really hard to not to party and chose to sleep. Also there are many stairs to climb to get to the flat, not easy for kids or elderly. I would recommend if you don't have any issues with those.
