The apartment has a great location and two functional bedrooms, as well as one room for shorter guests; short beds. Tidy apartment and big nice balcony, albeit in the shade all day. There was no hot water; the maintenance man came by and said the device was working, but there was only a few minutes of lukewarm water. The only way to take a shower was cold water. A big minus for the apartment. The claim was only posted on the information that the maintenance man checked the appliance to work and take a shower one at a time and wait to water again. The water heater is a miserably small gas-powered toilet on the balcony and instructions are confusing. Apologies are not a substitute for disappointment and inaction, and there was no compensation for the complaint.

Lovely apartment with parking space which contains everything you might need and is walking distance to the beach. We would stay again despite a few issues that we encountered, first being the smallest bedroom, strangely has a glass door which means when the light is on in the sitting room, it lights up the bedroom and disturbs sleep. A blackout blind on the door would reduce this issue. We also had an issue where the water cut off completely to the apartment, we reported this and the issue was resolved swiftly by maintenance who sorted it without accessing the apartment. We also requested a checkout time of 11am which was approved and confirmed via email however was not honoured as housekeeping arrived prior to 11 and we felt hasseled into leaving early which wasn't easy for my disabled Mum. On arrival day there were 2 suitcases left in the bedrooms which we reported and were told to put them out of the way as they were likely left by the owners. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you. 😊

Great time, fantastic location, hosts helpful, could have been a bit cleaner and better stocked with basic supplies, unfortunately pool was closed but we had a very nice time regardless. All in all we had a great week of vacation in the appartment and really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this AirBNB.

a perfect development to go with children as they have a swimming pool for small children and the adult one has a children's area, green areas and friendly people, usually families.

Quiet and peaceful apartment on a good location,perfect when traveling with kids. Restaurants, beach and train station nearby. Pool area was great!

The stay was great. Very nice big balcony where you could eat and sit in the morning, lunch, and evening. The apartment was clean and tidy. The carpet in the common room could use a good clean as there was a nest made of sand in it:) going over barefoot, it felt like a beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, dishes for everyone, dishwasher. Bathrooms were clean and tidy, washing machine new. Bedding was clean and white. Pillows would have liked 1 more set on each bed :) We had a quick relationship with us, and if we needed an extra set of keys, we got them very quickly. We are so grateful for this accommodation and would definitely recommend to the others!

The apartment company is built next to the river, which is lush and especially I loved waking up to the song of the blackbirds. The location works on foot to the beach, the apartment doesn't get much sun, so consider that, in the summer I think it's nice to be on a shady terde.

We had a great stay at the apartment. Apartment was clean, spacious lovely outdoor space. Good location walking distance to the beach & train station. You will work your glutes walking back up. Only negative for me was the pool is not heated and is not in sun so was a bit chilly when we were there.
