The apartment is quite spacious and with a fantastic terrace. It has a very good location because it is very central and there are many amenities nearby. Being in such a crowded area, there is a bit of noise at night. Being a penthouse, it's quite hot, especially in August that's when we were there. One of the airs in a bedroom didn't work and we had been left with a laptop that was quite noisy. Despite alerting the first day, no technician ever arrived. At the end of the accommodation period, we talked and reached an agreement. All in all, the apartment is fine, but there are some details that could be improved quite a bit.

we had a great time.. the apartment matches the photos and the description. a few small inconveniences very quickly resolved. area a little noisy but not disturbing..

Nice apartment with proximity to the boardwalk and all restaurants. Water was a bit bad, but we knew that because there were restrictions due to drought. We never got to go to Wifi, it's probably the only thing that was bad about the stay.

Great location and perfect terrace now in the fall where we ate breakfast and hung out in the afternoon. Close to the beach & shops, grocery store too.
