The apartment is located in Fuengirola on the 5th floor and consists of 3 rooms. Sunny rooftop by Fuengirola harbour - Ref 232 enjoys a strategic location with sea view and city view. The house is for non-smokers only, and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi and a washing machine.

The space

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and the main appliances: oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The outdoor area consists of the terrace and is enriched with a barbecue, outdoor dining area and solarium.

***The building has an elevator; however, please note that the top floor can only be reached by stairs.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

This apartment is right in the center and it is a short distance to the bus and train station. The beach is right next door as well as restaurants and shops. So, perfect for the location. However, the place is quite noisy at night and the facade renovation of a nearby house causes noise during the day. There is nothing terribly positive to write about the place. The refrigerator is set under the water heater, which dripped water on the electricity. The second toilet is some kind of electric toilet that you could only put liquid waste in, and the other bathroom door could not be opened, and here the wooden furniture was so swollen from the water that their doors or drawers could not be opened one by one, but several opened at once. The second bedroom also has a wonderful 2h timer air conditioning. Quite painfully hot to sleep and very intermittent sleep when you wake up to turn the air conditioning back on. So I can't recommend this place at all.

We were there for 6 weeks and it was great! The roof terrace is huge and all the amenities were great! Communication went smoothly. It was just a little dirty at first, e.g. kitchen appliances and dishes. The rest was great! Thank you!

The apartment is quite spacious and with a fantastic terrace. It has a very good location because it is very central and there are many amenities nearby. Being in such a crowded area, there is a bit of noise at night. Being a penthouse, it's quite hot, especially in August that's when we were there. One of the airs in a bedroom didn't work and we had been left with a laptop that was quite noisy. Despite alerting the first day, no technician ever arrived. At the end of the accommodation period, we talked and reached an agreement. All in all, the apartment is fine, but there are some details that could be improved quite a bit.
