They should improve the check-in process. I had to look for the keys several blocks from the apartment, like 15 if I remember correctly. With the suitcases and everything.

It is well located, quiet area. 5 days before arrival, we checked in online and chose a key pick-up point (airport). The night before arrival (we were already on the flight) they changed the place, indicating that we had to go to pick them up at the Fuengirola office of Costal Rentals (1.6 km from the apartment). Finally, they left us the key in a lockbox, in a square 100 meters from the apartment. The apartment is okay but it's missing things. Toiletries, they only leave enough for one day. We asked if they could add more, but they implied that it is not a hotel and that "Airbnb" is handled this way, which is false. Perhaps those managed by this type of company. But we've stayed in more than a dozen and that's not the case. Then, on the first day, when the door of the trash can was opened, it broke. They never came to fix it, which was very annoying as the door was heavy and every time we opened it, it fell. The rest was ok.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very welcoming, and the little touches (cold water in the fridge, a small set of cleaning products, a few coffees and hot chocolate) pleasantly surprised us. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back next year.

The location and the house are fine, everything is close. A larger refrigerator with 3 bottles of water would be needed. And fix the kitchen light. But overall good.

Clean apartment and good location, as described. Two bemols: - Constant barking of dogs in the building - The keys to be collected on the first day are too far from the accommodation, which is difficult for tourists without a car

Small apartment (maximum 2 people), clean and tidy; central in Los Boliches area and nearby transports, with taxi, bus, train next door and 20 minutes walking from downtown. On the other hand, I must say that bad smells often emanate from the bathroom, which makes the stay quite unpleasant at many times (especially at the time of eating in it) and also in the kitchen there was no light. Some neighbors in the building have dogs and a lot of barking are heard. With the hosts (Agencia) I only had contact (for messages) on the day of check-in and check-out.

We enjoyed are stay in the apartment.everything you need in the kitchen .only complaint Just a few recommendations a tall mirror in bedroom , shampoo body wash etc caddy to go on shower wall. Only complaint entrance to lifts awful smell like bad cabbage must be the drains but did not stop us liking the apartment as no smell . Would stay again . Very quiet and restaurants near and five minutes to beach.

Apartment is great, exactly like on photos, has all needed equipment for a multi-week stay. WiFi is like 200mbps. Location is perfect, 5 mins walking from the beach, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The only downside is a communication with their support (it’s an agency). Sometimes they ignore your messages, sometimes they promise and do nothing. As an example: we’ve asked for spare bed linens after 10 days of stay, multiple times they promised to deliver them but never actually did. Despite unresponsive support, it is a great place to stay

the apartment was great.. spotless, brand new , quiet location... but near to shops , bars , restaurants & the beach .. supercor & el jamon excellent supermarkets for a larger shop ... we used the train for the airport which is a great service & 2 min walk from apartment ... fantastic communication with Franks team ... can't wait to return... thanks again for everything

The place is absolutely perfect for an adult couple like us. Proximity to all amenities. Lovely location in a quiet and quiet street. The apartment is super contained everything we needed. Super lovely bed. Lovely little porch. Frank as the contact person was on with information about arrival as well on departure. Will be back for sure. Loved the place!

A clean and tidy place in a new house. The location is great. Numerous good restaurants, beach and train station nearby. We ate mostly in restaurants, so we didn't make anything more complicated than sandwich in the apartment. However, everything you need for cooking seemed to be in the kitchen. The wifi was fast and all appliances were new. I can sincerely recommend this place.

Cosy Gem/Frank’s place in Los Boliches was fantastic. A bright, beautifully furnished, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. I have stayed many times in Los Boliches over 17 years at numerous apartments/holiday lets. This is up with the best. Will definitely return.

Apartment was perfect for our weeks stay and more spacious than expected. The balcony was a lovely place to start and end the day. Everything was near to the apartment, train station (no noise from this), beach, supermarket and restaurants. Good transport links made it easy to visit other places such as Malaga and Mijas Pueblo and taxis were always available nearby. Hope to return soon.

Nice apartment, but you can't access the street with the car, so you have to park as close as possible to lower your bags. Good amenities of the apartment

Great location for beach, restaurants and train station. 2nd time staying there so all as you would expect. smart TV was good as able to connect to Netflix and prime etc. would recommend this apartment.

The house is great, brand new, it's probably less than a year old. Well located 3 minutes from the beach and there is a free public parking 5 minutes away, the fairgrounds. The house is fully equipped and everything is new and of good quality. There are beach chairs and umbrella that are greatly appreciated. It faces a pedestrian street so there's no noise. If we return, I'm sure it would be here

We had a great holiday and the apartment had all that we needed to facilitate it. It's in a great location 1 min from shops and restaurants. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. 5 minutes to the train station. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
