Overall Franks place is located perfectly within walking distance to any side of the beach you could think of. The host was very friendly and responsive. Had some issues with the hot water. Maybe if it wasn’t cold at the time of our visit it wouldn’t have bothered us but at the time of our stay it was uncomfortable and somewhat of an inconvenience.

Very central location and a two minute walk to the nearest beach. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, tidy and everything you need. The Balcony is shaded and cosy. The building itself is new and has great security set up. This is a quiet block and had no issues with noise. There is a irish bar across the road which has live music at weekends, this didn't bother us as we enjoyed listening to the music. The only thing which was a bit of an issue was we were only given three sheets and two pillowcases for a twenty day stay.

Excellent modern spacious apartment in great location managed by a professional rental agency, smooth check-in and great comms. We enjoyed our stay, just had a few minor issues typical of a new build but nearby office always happy to help. Irish pub opposite seemed an annoyance until we adjusted to Spanish late nights and met the very friendly owner. The mattress was very soft, would prefer firm.

Apartment ideally located near the beach and other attractions, as well as bars and restaurants. Clean, modern, modern, and fully equipped. We loved that it had a balcony. I would definitely go back.

Hi! Nice flat. New building, with a little terrasse or balcony if you like. Nice bedroom and the bed was ok. A little traffic noise and citynoise. Bar right over street, and some parkingissues outside. Could not hear anythong from other peoplr in building and everything about this place felt safe and with good security. I'll be back!

The apartment is fantastic, super clean, great location, quiet, in a new building. We don't have a glitch on it. We'll be back for sure... at least to meet the host. The house is managed by an agency.
