Highly recommend! A well-kept flat, 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to a small shopping arcade with food and bars, 10 minutes to Lidl. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The pool meets all the requirements and was a very pleasant surprise. I recommend this place with a clear conscience.

Nice place, great views and all clean and tidy etc. Cheap and cheerful really and worth the price. Beds are quite tired and bowed so not ideal if you have a bad back etc but other than that can’t really fault it for the price. The host is really communicative and responsive and also accommodated a later check out when something came up so really good there

Nice apartment. The pool area is also nice. There are a lot of stairs in the housing association and the apartment is on a hill, so if you have bad legs or you are using a stroller, I don't necessarily recommend it. A great place for couples, we liked it. 15 min walk to downtown and restaurants.

Great location 10 minute walk to the beach , restaurants and shops. 15 minute walk into the village. Pool clean and great for the kids. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning in the lounge and small bedroom on a timer great idea no energy wasted . Looked exactly the same as on the photos on the site, overall fantastic stay , lovely apartment and always had a great response from hoist at all times Would most definitely stay there again very pleased wonderful holiday , location and accommodation Thank you very much

This apartment is just lovely, exactly as bright and clean as it is in the photographs - a lovely room for my 3 older kids (bunk beds and a bigger 3 quarter bed I think it is which was great for my 16 year old. The communication and help from the team who manage this apartment is fantastic, I asked a million questions and they came back to me very quickly and sorted a cot and high chair for me as well as a very reasonable mini bus transfer. I can’t thank them enough. When my boys couldn’t figure the WiFi out I messaged the team and they came out the next day with a new router - wow! Great service thank you, because my teenagers need to get on WiFi as I’m sure everyone understands ha x The pool area was perfect and the residents and other guests were all really friendly and helpful, giving us tips on ‘the pool rules’ which my kids needed to know 🤣♥️ There are lovely restaurants and bars 5 minutes away and the beach less than 15 mins walk (and it’s a lovely walk as well 🥰)

Fabulous place to stay in La Cala. Very comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony where we had breakfast each day. All the amenities you need. The washing machine Saša a godsend! Easy walk to the beach and into central La Cala. Such a lovely week with the kids here.

Nice apartment with all facilities such as at home (washing machine, dishwasher...). Was tidy when we arrived. Questions are answered quickly by the owners. Quiet location and no noise from neighbors. Shared pool is also quite clean.

Nice apartment, good stay what I thought was missing was the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms We are really very satisfied with the apartment because close to a beach, a lidl and a few restaurants. Still need a vehicle to move around more lively locations. I would highly recommend it

The apartment, except for the kitchen, is very poorly preserved. Plugs and switches in poor condition , window lock that makes door functions unusable. No cleaning products (I even had to buy broom stick) and miscommunication . You can tell it's an agency that manages the apartment and not an individual owner. The TV does not have an antenna only works as a monitor on your phone through the wifi (if the wifi works and if you have your own subscriptions to Netflix , HBO …)

The listing is as described. It is perfectly located and its pool is very pleasant. The beach and shops are within walking distance, which is very nice. I put a downside on the fact that we encountered difficulties with a manual blind and another electric one that are out of order, but we did not get a reply until a second less friendly message... but no intervention. In addition, the dishwasher was not completely empty when we arrived (cutlery drawer) and dirty dishes were stored in the cupboards. The shower also needs a little refreshment.

Stayed for 4 nights with my 14 y.o. daughter. The place could acommodate three more people. It is situated in a very quiet area (which is important as there is a high way nearby). The main entrance door leads to the master bedroom so had to keep cirtains closed in all times, but it was OK, since I onle slept there. Amazing view feom the balcony. Downtown is about 15 min walk, as well as the beach and all the restaurants. Appartment looks bigger on the pictures but still absolutely big enough. The big Lidl supermarket is about 7 min walk from the place. We’ve remted a car in Malaga, as wanted to go mountain hoking, also went to the cable car and cavtus garden. Overall it was a great stay. Nothing to complain and very recommended☺️

Loved Frank's place! Clean, spacious, a lovely balcony, really well presented kitchen with everything you need. We did have trouble finding the apartment when we first arrived as the numbers seemed to be a bit 'random'. More instructions would have helped. Be aware that there are a lot of steps up to the apartment. This wasn't a problem for us, but could be for anyone with walking difficulties. The swimming pool was amazing! Spotlessly clean and I was often the only one in there, which was lovely. Lots of great restaurants within a five minute walk and the town of La Cala about a 20 minute walk. Easy walk to the wide, sandy beach. Local buses run from the stops just ten minutes walk away. We had an amazing week and hopefully will stay again.

Clean apartment but much smaller than expected. Pictures do not portray true size. Front door is actually back door. So when other couple wanted to enter or exit they had to pass us by in bedroom as front door was in main bedroom. When I asked to go to another property they had close by they told me To go and pay through Airbnb. I have photos of Broken and dirty glasses in press. Also about 100 steps or two steep hills to walk from Main road. Definitely not 450 m from beach Well only if you walk a straight line through a very busy motorway. I have pics of steps and hills. Broken glasses and broken bed. Fan only in Main bedroom so room was stuffy. Not a great experience and as a past Airbnb owner I would advise Frank to change bio on apartment.

Perfect for us, family of four (3 & 5). Functional and spacious. Good pool for the little ones. Really liked the town, especially walking the beach in the evening. 10 min walk or so to get over the main road which was hard with a three year old but is what it is.

Disappointing. The property is not maintained and you can see in the common areas (broken stairs, broken mailboxes, outdoor cleaning..) We will not repeat it, so we told the host, who by the way, he only communicated with us when what we told him was to his liking, when we sent him photos of what we did not like, he didn't tell us anything. We stayed for a week and it was perfect. The photos of the property correspond 100% to the property. The apartment has everything to enjoy the vacation as a couple or family with children. The pool is communal and there are always few people who give rise to tranquility and enjoy a good reading. Supermercado Lild you can walk from the apartment and Carrefour and Mercadona a 5 minute drive. The apartment is very close to El Bombo beach and you can walk without needing to take the car. The chiringuito that we recommend for lunch or dinner D Papa, very good food, cleanliness and very friendly and helpful waiters, adequate prices. If you can't go without visiting Mijas Pueblo is 25 minutes away by car but it is a beautiful tourist town. Regarding communication with Frank and Niki, we valued it very positively because the response time and support from the arrival, during and our departure was very fast and fluid. We definitely recommend your accommodation. Thank you very much for everything

Very good stay in Cala Mijas. The apartment had EVERYTHING you need, even a parasol and hammocks to take to the beach. The pool in the development is in very good condition. The beach is close (5-10 min walk) although it was a bit difficult with all the beach junk. In general, everything was very good

The apartment is perfect , cozy, tastefully furnished, we felt right at home, very nice, all the amenities you need, the very quiet area, the only point that didn't go very well is that walking to the beach is a good piece if you leave with younger children, otherwise everything is great, thank you couple 👍🏻

Very clean and tidy apartment! The pool was lovely and hardly used so we had the place to ourselves most afternoons, you do need a key to get in and to get out. The location is very close to the beach, it was a little further than I expected from la cala centre, we have a 3 year old so we struggled a little bit getting him to walk into town but, there are some lovely places to eat on the way so that shouldn’t put you off at all!! We would recommend to friends and family and would consider staying again when we are next back in the area.

Frank’s apartment is clean, stylish and well equipped. It is in a lovely area, quite close to the beach and restaurants and nearby supermarkets. Of note, it is up a lot of steps or alternatively steep slope so not for holidaymakers who have mobility issues.

Apartment was decorated to a very high standard, very modern internally. The only point that would have improved our stay was there was no air conditioning in the main bedroom. Although there was a fan, it was quite stuffy on the hot nights but other than that we had a lovely holiday! 😀

The apartment was just as described. Nikki was there to receive us, earlier than the check in time, much appreciated. Very clean and had all the mod cons we needed. Well appointed and it was a short walk to the beach and la Cala. We are family of 4 (2 teenagers) and it was very comfortable for all of us. The swimming pool was amazing and even in August was never busy. All in all, great holidays and I’d recommend Frank’s apartment.

Franks apartment it was lovely - spotlessly clean and well appointed. The walk to the seafront is easy and there were lots of useful things to use whilst there. The only comment to make is that it would be helpful to have a tourist folder of things like like rubbish bins and and taxi phone numbers and recommendations for restaurants

This is a fantastic apartment. Stylishly decorated throughout and offers a peaceful location...but only a short walk to everything you need in this part of the world. This is one of the loveliest apartments I’ve stayed in in Spain. Highly recommended!

The development is very quiet, the location is very good, close to the beach. The apartment is very good but it should be noted that there was no microwave and the TV could not be seen.

Really enjoyed our stay at Frank's, location etc all good, nice to have balcony area for morning sunshine, can't fault the apartment, but disappointed there was no cable TV, the smart TV does have chromecast fitted so, if you are tech savy you can watch anything through you phone, Niki was lovely and set up Google Home on my phone so we could watch anything through that, but it's not ideal. Otherwise i would highly recommend the apartment, and was very grateful for late checkout on day of departure.
