The place has met our expectations. Both the instructions received as well as the communication with the host were smooth. Without a doubt, our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely consider booking again in an upcoming vacation with this host. As a couple of recommendations would need more small cutlery and renovate the cleaning supplies in order to keep the home clean during the home. The air conditioning worked perfectly and allowed us to rest enjoying a very pleasant stay, however, on the first day we arrived we realized that it was necessary to get some empty water bottles that were constantly filled while the equipment was running, so it would be very useful if the drains of the machines were connected to a community pipe that will avoid having to empty the containers so often. Overall , we felt very good and comfortable

The location is beautiful and the views are superb. However, the smell of chlorine in the pool was very pronounced, to the point that my children complained of eye pain, which usually doesn't happen to them after a pool swim. We noticed that the person in charge of maintaining the pool did not take the measurements of chlorine (never from what we saw) before pouring a product out of sight. I discovered piles of dust under the beds and furniture. The pillows had an unpleasant smell and were covered in dust. The lounge chair was dirty, stained, and also had a foul smell. I also noticed the presence of small whitish creatures on the double bed. In addition, the pellets jumped as soon as the oven was used at the same time as the hobs.

From the beginning, as we talked to host Frank, from arrival to exit, everything was always wonderful, house as in the description, clean and organized house, quiet and familiar environment. we love, recommend and will return. Thank you for your stay.

We arrived late at night (11:30 pm) and had a lot of trouble finding the lock box and the host was not responding to our messages. Then when arriving at the accommodation it was the disaster: no de facto cleaning, personal belongings on the floor in all the rooms, the fridge full, food everywhere, the trash can overflowing, dirty linens throughout the accommodation. It felt like the space was inhabited and people left speedily. We sent the photos to the host but no response from them even until 10 a.m. We called Airbnb Support who took care of our issue, notified the landlord and were refunded because we couldn't stay in such an apartment. Because of the deplorable condition of the accommodation, no hotels were available to accommodate my family (4 adults and a 4 year old child) we had to spend the night in the car.
