We picked up the key on Friday at 4pm as agreed. We were very surprised when we arrived at the apartment that smelled strongly of sewage. We immediately called the 2 phone number the landlord had provided but no response everyone had gone home. Then I wrote to them on Airbnb but didn't get a response until the next day. So we were supposed to sleep in that stench of sewage. They wrote so they would send someone who could handle the problem on Saturday they didn't arrive until Sunday night. 2 young men who tried to flush the sewer and shut out the smell with silicone it just didn't work. Monday we contacted again the landlord he still didn't answer the phone I sent so a message through Airbnb and got a quick reply that they would send a pro. who could do it the same day. he also didn't come as Tuesday we drove out to their office and then were told that we could cancel and get money back for the last days if we could even find another place to stay. the claim was so we had to leave the apartment Before 10am Wednesday.

We (2Erw and 2 Ki) chose this apartment because of the central location. The size didn't matter to us, but the cleanliness and positive recessions. All the more we were shocked than we entered the apartment for the first time. In the pictures, the apartment looks small, but in good condition. The reality is different. The apartment is old, dirty and smells. Walls are partly black. The bedroom does not correspond to the brightness in the pictures, it is a dark room, with hardly any natural light. Bathroom is old and dirty. Behind the washing machine has probably never been cleaned. The door is broken and if you let the water flow, it stinks of sewerage. In general, the apartment smells muddy and humidity. We contacted Frank and complained after one night. Frank referred us to his page. We wanted to rebook for an extra charge, unfortunately it was not possible The apartment is a nightmare, I can't recommend it to anyone.

The location is fantastic shops restaurants and beach on your doorstep Very quite apartment block apartment has everything you need for your stay we would stay there again

Very comfortable place. Really good location and everything worked well! Communication was also very good and very quick.

The apartment was clean and well located. (Although you can't find parking spaces nearby too easy) The bedroom was on the quieter side of the apartment. Frank / Sofia quickly answered my stupid questions :) No complaints and I could stay in the apartment again.

Very central location, easy reach for trains, buses, cafes, restaurants, the beach boulevard. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there’s an elevator to use. The bedroom is on the very quiet side, good for sleeping. All inside is nice and tidy, very cosy and stylish. The heating can be used if chilly. The kitchen had all equipments and appliances needed. All was fluent and nice, messages were answered promptly. Raija, Finland
