The apartment is located in San Pedro de Alcantara just next to the boulevard on the beach side and its just a 10 min walk down to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach walk, it is also very close to Puerto Banus. Just on the other side of the boulevard you will find San Pedro de Alcantara which is the "sister town" of Marbella with all its genuine Spanish restaurants and shops. The apartment is newly refurbished and fully equiped.
The space
This is the perfect spot for your vacation both in the summer and winter.. Check-in: Arrivals before 4pm and departure after 10am can be requested to our customer service and are subjected to availability.


The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
Other things to note
Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

Beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood nearby to Puerto Banus just what we needed as a group. There is also a lovely rooftop space to relax and bbq also. Would recommend to potential visitors for sure as the Host is helpful and easy to communicate with Thank you Audrey!

Great location with some issues Dark and a bit smelly flat with grit in the bathrooms. I suspect that there is some mould in the flat from water damage or issues in bathrooms. The apartment looks great in pictures and is fairly good in real life. Balcony and terrace is great. Host communicates very clearly and answers quickly. They are also accommodating and nice. The apartment is in a great location in San Pedro if that’s your area. Close to restaurants and the sea
