Completely objective pointers: Kitchen floor was dirty on arrival, there was still fruit in the fridge and the toilet broke after 1 day - took 2 days to fix.

The apartment was fairly well maintained with most of the amenities that one could ask for. The Ops manager was always available and helpful. However, I had specifically asked the host if there is noise due to traffic - he promised that there is no noise, which wasn't true. There is constant traffic noise especially during rush hours (evenings, morning) and late night. And he stopped responding when I mentioned this after i checked in.
