A very welcoming and cosy accommodation and had everything we needed. Including a trolley to carry all the shopping! Few things to note however: - at check in, we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to turn up at the Costarental desk. We were not notified there will be an issue or a delay. - the gate lock at the entrance of the accommodation was very temperamental. - a lot of ants (even if you put all food away and clean) also spotted a few cockroaches. - building site behind the accommodation, expect to hear noise from the site. But, if you’re easy going then this is a good place to stay! I enjoyed it overall despite the hiccups

First, I sent a message on Tuesday (they said it was not possible to enter the establishment) and they only replied on Wednesday. A friendly couple who were inside the “condominium” resolved the situation on the same day to get into the house, otherwise we had no way to get in (and it still took a while). Second, I asked to check out 1-2 hours late, which they refused. On the day of check-out, they knocked on the door to clean (at 11 am) we already had everything ready, but we wanted to leave the whole house in good condition (we even took the rubbish bags from the bathrooms). They said they were going to clean another house while we were just getting ready and that they would be back 10/15 minutes later. When we left the building, I received a message saying that I had to pay 50 euros for a late check-out! It would have been better to leave the house as soon as they arrived and pay the non-cleaning fee (30 euros). After so many trips, I had never paid for a late check-out, much less for 1 hour, to leave the house impeccable. The exhaust fan didn't work either.
