The apartment was clean and like the photos however there was a really bad smell of drainage and the tap was broken. I did flag both issues to the host and they offered for someone to come round to look at the tap but I managed to use it still. The smell however should really be addressed before future guests stay. Other than that the stay was good and the host had good communication throughout my stay.

Spotless clean, new mezzanine studio with some noise from the main road, monorail is usless for daily commuting, but taxi to the metro (Sobha Realty) are plenty on the main road and are cheap (17AED). Kareem mall has limited number of shops but is only 7min walk. Food options on the beach have nice settings but have rather medium price/performance ratio. Beach chairs go for 200AED (250 weekends) but fully redemable for food and drinks. Rooftop pool at the top is nice but you need to bring your own towel. Rooftop poolbar's food is poor & rather expensive.... but they have draft Hoegaarden and Corona, selection of wine is limited and the bar is rather empty at night, so for real skyline bar experience you will need to do the 10min walk to Marriot's Above Eleven or Hilton's BarFly by Buddha bar.

New apartment, quite recent structure, lacked gas for cooking, no problem because I didn't cook! The location is slightly different from the one sent, basically the building next door, spectacular rooftop pool!... the card to access the garage was missing, getting opened by security was not always easy, overall I'm satisfied + + +
